Technology Application Analyst

My client is an American multinational food manufacturing company headquartered in United States. 

Responsibilities:

Primary Function - 

• Analyst role supports the delivery of Technology Applications team initiatives within process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple geographies and functions within GBS Organization. 
• Provide tracking and support for tracking and metrics for standard Client's Work Systems metrics and reporting like direction setting metrics, project portal technology portfolio of projects, etc.
• Administrative work to support the overall program initiatives for GBS.
• Support the global technology applications team with maintenance to tools in use within our GBS teams.
• Creates basic automation solutions in partnership with solution experts to build small process improvement automation solutions under guidance of an automation SME (Subject Matter Experts).
• Ensures that standard work is properly documented and compliant with GBS requirements.
• Participates in workshops, kaizen events, meetings and offers general technical support for small GBS applications.
• Shares the use and distribution of information of the systems and tools available in both performance excellence and small independent applications.
• Consolidates requests and acts as mediator with IT where applicable for updates to tools utilized as needed.
• Manages system issues/requests and submits IT tickets as needed.
• Tracks enhancement portfolio of technology projects submitted to IT.
• Responsible for enhancements to automate existing reporting or visualizations.

• Synthesize information to reach effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• Experience of hands-on implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and rapid automation solutions.
• Good understanding of continuous improvement concepts (including Lean and Six Sigma) (Preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of Office 365 (Power Platform: SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI etc.) 
• Knowledge of SAP, Tableau, Celonis (Preferred)
