Overview:
The Territory Manager position is responsible for the generation of order income and revenue from new and existing large and medium customers mainly through customer visits or industry events; and is responsible for a region / area with a portfolio or a cluster of customers as defined in the sales plan.
Responsibilities:
- Experience working for an IT company in a consultative capacity is a plus.
- Prospecting and establishing referral relationships with organizations within their assigned territories
- Working with clients to understand their technology needs, analyze options with Delivery Team, and provide a custom
- Solution to mitigate risks for their business.
- Manage client relations, as a single point of contact
- Serve the existing client base by generating new business for the company in the form of professional project services
- Write and submit proposals
- Learn how to sell technical solutions (this is a non-technical support role)
- Utilize strong Hunting mentality to win net new Logo Accounts
- Drive revenue by prospecting and building pipeline while building strong personal relationships with existing and potential clients
- Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory and create reliable forecasts
- Listen to the needs of the market and share with delivery and marketing teams
- Leverage your skills and your customers' experience to continually evolve our product and the sales process
- Guides and educates clients to understand standard solutions via call, presentations, or trainings.
- Keeps informed of best practices and industry standards.
- Perform other duties assigned

Education:
- University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
Experience:
- Managed Services IT: 6 years (Preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in sales
- Experience working for an IT company in a consultative capacity is a plus.

- Work may be sedentary, sitting for long periods of time, working at a computer.
- Physical effort may require lifting up to < up to 50 pounds if hardware upgrades are necessary on site
