Warehouse Supervisor

My client is an American multinational food manufacturing company headquartered in United States. 

Responsibilities:

• Area champion upon Warehouse best practice in term of Warehouse operation, Material handling, storage and transfer, Quality control, Food safety and on time material supply, accurate inventory and right storage zoning.
• Supervise logistics, warehouse, and transportation operation both quantitative and qualitative upon company’s standard and international certification applied.
• Keep track of operation plan and target, operation efficiency, stock levels, on time delivery, on time transportation.
• Organize warehouse operation plan, RM and FG plan routes and supply process.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints on Warehouse operation.
• Supervise, monitor, coach and train Warehouse team with positive thinking, initiative and service mindset.
• Meet budget, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement logistics improvements.
• Comply with laws, regulations and certify standard.
• Coordinate with Environmental Health & Safety, Food Safety and Quality to ensure that all KWS Operations practices/procedures/methodologies will be compliance in warehouse responsible areas.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics Management, Industrial engineer or related fields.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Warehouse and logistics Operation management, inventory control, material management upon several storage condition, specification, and requirement.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Quality management upon international standard in production related environment.
• At least 2 years’ experience in supervision level of operation staff under 3PL subcontractor.
• Well knowledge of WMS system, SAP and system workflow.
• Ability to solve a day-to-day logistics operation issue.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, service-oriented, initiative, and independent.
• Ability to communicate, coordinate and work effectively with all related function.
• Computer literate in MS Office application.
• Good command of spoken and written in English.
• Ability to work out of office hours.
