• Understanding and experience of service delivery organizations, expertise in P&C services and practices

• Support the Krakow P&ED Hub Delivery management in HC budgeting process collecting and analysing the plans (OB/RF) and actuals, working closely with PMO team.

• Manage liquid workforce (contracted employees) and interns to ensure accurate support during peak times and appropriate backfill to manage the turnover

• Support the plan and execution of the technical on-boarding for specialist positions within Krakow P&ED Hub Delivery teams

• Act as Business Continuity Plan Coordinator for P&ED Teams in Krakow, ensure the BCP plans are updated and successfully tested

• Plan, organize, implement and coordinate an integrated portfolio of wellbeing programs and campaigns with the support of both internal resources and third party vendors

• Maintain relationships with P&C Managers and other IBS business partners and listen to the voice of employees to drive improvements conducive to enhancing employee experience within Krakow P&ED Hub Delivery

• Participate in preparation/adjustment and implementation of guidelines and tools related to SMART work arrangements; monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions

• Act as key P&C representative (focal point) in matters relating to workplace conditions for Krakow P&ED Hub Delivery organization, particularly during the situation of temporary office lock-downs

• Monitor space occupancy, provide data and analysis on workplace conditions to Krakow P&ED Hub Delivery & IBS management, recommend action plans to ensure appropriate space utilization aligned with changing pandemic situation and employee needs

• Forecast the resource evolution of Krakow P&ED Hub Delivery organization, keep track of staff moves and teams’ reorganizations, collect the demand for additional office space, and provide the input to General Services

• Cooperate with General Service Manager and contribute to the overall office space strategy/ facility management strategy for PMI SCE. Participate in projects and initiatives related to the office space in post pandemic environment.
