Role Description: <ul><li>Lead Field Service Engineer – Power Distribution Location: Spain Region Covered: EMEA Work Model: Hybrid / Field-based Travel: Up to ~50% across Europe</li><li>Role Overview We are hiring a senior Lead Field Service Engineer with deep technical expertise in Medium Voltage (MV) power distribution and switchgear systems.</li><li>This is a technical lead role supporting large-scale data center and critical infrastructure projects across Europe.</li><li>This is not a people management role, but a technical authority position supporting and guiding other field engineers on complex installations and commissioning activities. Required Technical Experience.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with Medium Voltage switchgear and distribution systems.</li><li>MV mechanical installation and commissioning experience.</li><li>Experience with MV testing and commissioning tools (e.g., Omicron, Megger, T&amp;R, Fluke or similar) Protection relay and control scheme testing knowledge.</li><li>Experience creating SAT test plans and commissioning procedures.</li><li>Ability to interpret electrical drawings and protection schemes.</li><li>Experience with interlocking, inter-tripping, blocking, and I/O testing.</li><li>Background in data center, critical power, or large industrial electrical projects.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of MV power distribution and switchgear equipment.</li><li>Execute site acceptance testing (SAT) and commissioning test plans.</li><li>Perform MV electrical testing and functional verification.</li><li>Act as primary technical point of contact during project execution.</li><li>Support and guide field service engineers on complex technical issues.</li><li>Review drawings, schemes, and specifications and flag gaps or risks.</li><li>Prepare RAMS (risk assessments and method statements).</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to electrical safety and LOTO procedures.</li><li>Support project managers to ensure delivery within timelines.</li><li>Interface with customers during installation and commissioning phases.</li><li>Deliver technical demonstrations and customer witness testing.</li></ul> Requirements: Preferred Qualifications: <ul><li>Electrical Engineering qualification or equivalent experience.</li><li>Typically 10+ years of relevant field service / commissioning experience Skills &amp; Competencies.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and decision-making ability.</li><li>Technical leadership mindset</li><li>High safety awareness culture.</li><li>Strong customer-facing communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently on complex sites Willingness to travel extensively across EMEA Language.</li><li>English — required&nbsp;</li><li>Spanish — preferred but not mandatory</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Architecture &amp; Design:&nbsp; <ul><li>Design end-to-end data architectures that integrate real-time streaming (Kafka, GCP Pub/sub) and batch processing (Big Query OR Databricks).</li></ul> Pipeline Development:&nbsp; <ul><li>Build and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines flowing into BigQuery/Databricks, ensuring data is clean, modeled, and ready for consumption.</li></ul> Custom Integration:&nbsp; <ul><li>Develop custom APIs and microservices using Java/Python/C# to facilitate data movement between niche systems and the data lakehouse.</li></ul> Infrastructure Management:&nbsp; <ul><li>Deploy and manage data workloads on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), ensuring high availability and cost-efficiency.</li></ul> Technical Leadership:&nbsp; <ul><li>Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish DataOps best practices (CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring).</li></ul> Data Reliability:&nbsp; <ul><li>Implement data quality frameworks to ensure accuracy and lineage across the hybrid environment.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Experience with Terraform &amp; Azure Dev Ops (ADO).</li><li>Knowledge of workflow orchestrators like Apache Airflow (Cloud Composer).</li><li>Experience implementing Data Governance (metadata management, data cataloging).</li><li>Data Processing &amp; Storage</li><li>BigQuery: Expert-level SQL and experience with partition/cluster optimization.</li><li>Databricks: Deep knowledge of the Lakehouse architecture, Delta Lake, and Spark (PySpark/Scala) Software Engineering &amp; APIs</li><li>Languages: Proficiency in Java/Python/C# for backend development and custom data connectors.</li><li>API Design: Proven ability to build and consume RESTful APIs for data ingestion Streaming &amp; Infrastructure</li><li>Kafka/GCP Pub-Sub: Experience building event-driven architectures and managing producers/consumers.</li><li>GKE: Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestrating data workloads on Kubernetes.</li></ul>

Repsonibilites: <ul><li>Plant serves as a strategic business partner and trusted thought partner to Plant Leaders and in country senior Management.</li><li>This position is located on-site, but a hybrid work schedule will also be considered</li><li>Serve as the HR site leader for the Tullahoma facility, acting as a trusted advisor to site leadership and aligning HR support with key business initiatives.</li><li>Partner with the broader HR network to deliver strategic talent solutions, organizational design, and effectiveness initiatives, fostering a One HR mindset.</li><li>Provide guidance on leadership development, succession planning, and talent pipeline strategies to support long term organizational growth.</li><li>Champion diversity, engagement, and inclusion efforts, with a global mindset and focus on creating equitable access to development and information.</li><li>Coach and support managers on performance, team effectiveness, and employee development to enhance leadership capability and culture.</li><li>Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters, ensuring legal compliance and a respectful, inclusive workplace.</li><li>Design and implement talent development initiatives including stretch assignments, mentoring, and targeted training programs.</li><li>Lead HR project management efforts related to workforce transitions, organizational change, and process improvement initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high-impact HR initiatives, ensuring clear communication, risk management, and timely execution.</li><li>Preferred: Experience supporting M&amp;A activities, including HR due diligence, integration planning, and workforce impact assessments.</li><li>Develop and manage detailed project plans for HR initiatives, including milestones, communications, and risk mitigation strategies</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master`s degree in business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related field</li><li>10+ years of progressive, international, HR related experience; breadth of HR knowledge and skills in a variety of fields in international context, including Business Partner;</li><li>Experience in a manufacturing and or operations environment is strongly preferred.</li><li>Executive level and leadership experience; Experience influencing without authority Ability to influence, lead and drive execution into the functions/region through close partnership and collaboration with the broader HR function Proved track record in Organization Design, Change Leadership, Talent Management, and Organizational Development Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced, international matrix organization Strong project management and organizational skills.</li><li>Fluent English language skills Has advanced knowledge of regional labor laws and obligations and uses this knowledge to advise management, especially in conflict situations Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication.</li><li>Ability to travel up to 10%</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Setup and Configuration. Deploy and configure M365 services, including Teams, Exchange Online, Windows 10/11 Deployment and Intune.</li><li>Implement security and compliance policies to ensure data classification and compliance.</li><li>Conduct Proof of Concept (POC), new product evaluations and fitment.</li><li>Configure and manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions.</li></ul> Management and Operation: <ul><li>Monitor and maintain the health and performance of M365 services.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 services and applications.</li><li>Perform regular updates and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security.</li></ul> Collaboration and Support: <ul><li>Work closely with other IT teams to integrate M365 services with existing systems and applications.</li><li>Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff.</li><li>Conduct training sessions and create documentation to help users effectively utilize M365 services.</li></ul> Continuous Improvement: <ul><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest M365 features, updates, and best practices.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and productivity</li><li>Participate in the planning and lead execution of M365-related projects and initiatives.</li></ul> Requirements: Additional Requirement details - Microsoft 365 Certified: <ul><li>Enterprise Administrator Expert or other relevant certifications.</li><li>roven experience in setting up, configuring, managing, and operating M365 tenant and workloads.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, Exchange Online, Windows 10/11 Deployment and Intune.</li><li>Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.</li><li>Experience with hybrid M365 environments and integration with on-premises systems.</li><li>Familiarity with security and compliance features in M365, such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Conditional Access, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).</li><li>Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and related identity management solutions.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul> Educational Qualification: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field</li></ul> Experience: <ul><li>Minimum 5 to 6 years in EUC environment.</li><li>2 to 3 years of experience with skilled and experienced M365 Engineer and responsible for setting up, configuring, managing, and operating our M365 tenant and workloads. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services.</li></ul>
