Role Description: <ul><li>Clients Customer Service Teams interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales and post-sales service functions. </li><li>They take and process transactions via phone, internet, and correspondence from customers and respond to inquiries about Clients products or services.</li><li>They may promote and sell our companys products or services as well as investigate and resolve customer complaints.</li><li>A key area of focus is to develop strong business relationships via Clients Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.</li><li>This position is the central point of contact for various accounts regarding all daily operational requirements from inquiry and pre-orders needs through all post-order activities.</li></ul> Responsibilities: Key performance responsibilities : <ul><li>Extraordinaire Customer Experience (ECE) and Customer touch point On-going efforts to drive ECE by interacting professionally with our internal and external customers. KPI’s are STR, CES, FCR, and efficiency.</li><li>Satisfaction Management Support the execution of improvement actions based on Net Promoter Score (NPS) and transactional surveys.&nbsp;</li><li>Metric - NPS/Transactional Survey.</li><li>Customer Relationship &amp; Satisfaction.</li><li>Central point of contact for Customer on all daily inquiries and provides timely follow up and resolution of issues and inquiries.</li><li>Proactive communication to Customer and liaise with parties to come up with solutions for open and upcoming matters.&nbsp;</li><li>Customer visits might be required.</li><li>Seek regular informal and formal feedback via transactional surveys or via phone and e-mail during daily communications.</li><li>Manage Service Delivery Process/Execution</li><li>Manage escalations for your customers.</li><li>Review quote and order requirements, create scheduling agreements, clear blocks, workflows daily, monitor critical shipments, backlog management.</li><li>Follow up on quotes and quality issues.</li></ul> Manage Interfaces &amp; Build Service Culture <ul><li>Act as voice of the Customer for internal support departments.</li><li>Participate in development training and process improvement projects to expand and challenge learning new ideas and processes.</li><li>Take ownership for actions and follow through on tasks until resolved.</li></ul> Requirements: Customer Focus, Organizational Agility, Communication Skills, Problem Solving, Drive for Results, Good working knowledge of English, Action Oriented, Detail Oriented and Business Acumen, minimal bachelor’s degree. SFDC (salesforce) is a big advantage. <ul><li>All candidates are required to be fluent in English.</li><li>Flexibility to work in US shift hours (6 pm to 3:30 am).</li><li>Education Experience: Any Graduation/Post Graduation.</li><li>Employment Experience: 6+ years.</li><li>SAP experience preferred (SD module).</li><li>Should be from Product based company (Manufacturing Industry).</li><li>Should have complete knowledge on Quote To Cash process.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Manage Relationship with business on Run service: <ul><li>In charge of Run activities for applications or services and conduct business review with business representatives</li><li>Manage escalation from business teams and ensure business continuity and follow till closure</li><li>Manage dependencies and trigger hierarchical escalation protocol as needed ("pending by user, awaiting vendor status" tickets etc.)</li><li>Own critical outbound communications from IT with business</li><li>Conduct or collaborate with BRM for demand management for minor evolutions in alignment with build teams</li><li>Track and ensure business satisfaction and take necessary action to improve CSAT progressively</li><li>Contribute to larger community of SDM and ITSM Process Owner.</li><li>Onboard other scope into service as the organization is moving to Platform organization.</li></ul> Monitor and control service delivery: <ul><li>Take ownership of major incidents, ensuring coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders and post incident review</li><li>Review ticket backlog (especially aging tickets) on regular basis and prioritize as per SLA commitments when applicable</li><li>Track, analyze and report metrics (SLA and KPI) and take corrective actions as needed for service excellence</li><li>Work with Application management service partner to generate actionable insights to improve system availability and performance</li><li>Ensure Knowledge Mgmt. and build to run practices are followed and regularly conduct audits</li><li>Recommend, monitor, and ensure continuous improvement activities are delivered by AMS teams</li><li>Increase the ITIL compliance for all services delivered by teams (incident, problem, change.)</li><li>Review global process KPIs using power BI dashboard for process excellence and draft process improvement suggestions</li><li>Lead change management including process governance, CAB &amp; quality control.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>High level of business orientation</li><li>Proactive and process mindset</li><li>Solid IT process knowledge with very good ITIL understanding</li><li>Practical knowledge and experience on IT process development and service roll outs</li><li>Strong experience in supplier collaboration with offshoring model (located in India)</li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders (both written and oral).</li><li>Ability to operate in a large and complex organization which is transformation to become more professional.</li><li>Strong Change Management skills</li><li>Excellent problem solving &amp; team collaboration skills</li><li>Experience on SAP function modules (FICO, SD, MM, WM)</li><li>Proven 6+ years working experience as an IT service delivery manager or coordinator</li><li>Knowledge of IT Service Management ITIL EXPERT certification will be appreciated)</li><li>Proven track record in IT/IS Project Management (PMI, Prince 2 certification will be appreciated) including coordination of various teams and service providers</li><li>Experience on SAP (SRM, ABAP, GRC)</li><li>Proficiency in using ServiceNow, PowerBI</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Configure, implement, enhance, support, and test applications supporting global SAP Finance functions.</li><li>Develop and improve a new global SAP S4 template, with a rollout planned over the next 3–5 years.</li><li>Participate in SAP implementation projects, focusing on Finance and Controlling areas and integration points with logistics modules (SD/MM/PP).</li><li>Prepare and execute master data and transactional data migration activities.</li><li>Define Finance data standards and governance rules.</li><li>Provide training to business and project teams as required.</li><li>Identify, evaluate, and implement opportunities to improve systems and procedures, including documenting business requirements, designing, and implementing solutions.</li><li>Prepare development specifications and collaborate with technical experts to design and test new programs or changes to existing programs. Serve as a project lead on SAP projects as required.</li><li>Work closely with all levels of staff within shared service finance and Business Unit (BU) controlling organizations.</li><li>Collaborate with the external AMS provider to continuously improve services for our client SAP ECC platforms and S4 system.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration with a Finance concentration, or equivalent experience.</li><li>Experience in SAP S4 with a complete project cycle.</li><li>Experience in SAP ECC Finance and Controlling.</li><li>Ability to work independently while meeting shifting deadlines.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills to interact with staff and management at various levels.</li><li>Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions.</li><li>Project management skills.</li><li>Strong analytical skills to investigate user issues and provide resolutions.</li><li>Ability to adapt to changing user requirements and business environments.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and implement accurate forecasting models to predict product demand using historical data.</li><li>Leverage time series analysis techniques to generate business insights and drive data-driven decisions.</li><li>Continuously optimize forecasting models to adapt to changing business needs and improve forecast accuracy.</li><li>Apply advanced ML algorithms (e.g., XGBoost, Random Forest, Deep Learning) to solve complex business problems.</li><li>Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.</li><li>Develop and validate machine learning models to support various analytical use cases.</li><li>Design scalable and maintainable data pipelines and architectures to support analytical workflows.</li><li>Ensure high data quality and consistency across multiple data sources.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering teams to implement best practices in data storage, processing, and governance.</li><li>Build and deploy data solutions on Databricks, leveraging its ML and Spark capabilities.</li><li>Utilize AWS services (e.g., S3, EC2, Lambda, SageMaker) for scalable cloud-based model training and deployment.</li><li>Ensure cost-effective and optimized use of cloud resources in project implementations.</li><li>Design end-to-end analytics and ML solutions tailored to client needs.</li><li>Lead technical discussions and contribute to solution architecture.</li><li>Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver actionable results.</li><li>Understand key metrics and pain points within manufacturing and supply chain operations.</li><li>Use domain knowledge to frame problems accurately and drive impactful analytical outcomes.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between analytics and business goals.</li><li>Understand SAP modules related to supply chain and manufacturing (e.g., MM, PP, SD) Use SAP knowledge to enhance data modeling and business context understanding.</li></ul> Requirement: <ul><li>Skills Required: o Strong proficiency in Python o Expertise in Time Series Forecasting and Demand Forecasting o Familiarity with Advanced ML Algorithms and Data Analysis o Must have experience in Data Architecture – practical exposure required o Hands-on experience with Databricks and AWS (should be visible in past projects) o Design and solutioning experience highly valued</li><li>Strong background in data architecture, solution design, and end-to-end ML model lifecycle</li><li>Experience as Data Architect, Solution Architect, or in equivalent architectural roles</li><li>Should come from a product-based or data engineering-focused startup background</li></ul>
