Role Description: Our client is one of the top accounting, tax, and business advisory firms from USA, with nearly 4,000 employees and more than 350 partners across the world.Client's India operations started in 2007 and currently employs more than 600 employees.Responsibilities:Delivering a full range of Partnership tax services for Financial Services Clients in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe.Building relationships and interacting with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise.Providing tax planning and reviewing complex 1065 tax returns of Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds, Venture Capital Funds, Fund of Funds and similar complex structures.Review and managing of the Tax returns and supporting Work papers as per US Tax LawCompliances for:Form 1065, Schedules K-1,K-2,K-3State and Local Tax compliancesInternational filling compliancesYou will be involved in all aspects of tax assignments from planning and projections to finalization.You will be responsible to identify tax issues and propose potential solutions to resolve them.You will have an opportunity to work directly with the clients and provide exemplary client service that exceeds their expectations.You will receive direct and comprehensive training from our Manager and Senior Managers as well as on the job training.As a part of our client's team, you will have an opportunity to work seamlessly with US counter parts by utilizing our state of the art technology and electronic office tools and processes.Excellent opportunity to learn complex tax issues affecting US and Global investmentManage, train, and develop staff. Participate in the performance review processVolunteer for our firms technology initiatives.Requirements:Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required3+ years of progressive US/Global taxation experiencePreferred/Desired Qualifications:CPA/CA or Enrolled Agent shall be an added advantageExperience working directly with clients and/or global counterpartsExperience working with financial services clients.Education : CPA/CA or Enrolled Agent ( Must)Experience : 8 Years of US tax practiceOther Location:Location : Goregaon East ( max distance is 1 hour around)Office time : 12.30 PM to 9 PM

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Lead with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare (Pharma or Devices), This role involves significant exposure to in-licensing and out-licensing and will encompass both global responsibilities and a strong emphasis on marketing over sales. The role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and supporting devices, formulations, and OTC products, with a great emphasis on niche and unique product opportunities.Responsibilities:Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare (Devices) sectors through market research, networking, and cold outreach.Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and targets on a global scale.Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay abreast of industry trends and opportunities, particularly in the devices sector.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners globally.Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.Sales Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, with a significant focus on marketing initiatives.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.Negotiate contracts and agreements, with exposure to in-licensing and out-licensing.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations, medical and regulatory teams to align business development efforts with overall company strategy.Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and outcomes.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.Marketing Focus:Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and services, with a heavier weightage on marketing activities compared to sales.Create and manage marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads.Requirements:MBA with a focus on healthcare and commercial operations.2 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.Proven track record of pursuing sales targets and driving revenue growth.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.Experience in in-licensing and out-licensing is highly desirable.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in supporting devices, formulations, and OTC products, with a great emphasis on devices.

Responsibilities:Sr. Solution Account Manager, Smart Buildings will provide complete sales and marketing services to all customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory in accordance with sound business principles and specific sales and marketing policies.Also, to secure sufficient sales volume to meet or exceed established sales budgets as specified in the profit plan and accomplish other sales and marketing objectives.This position will report to Solution Sales Director, Smart Buildings, India & SAARCSecure sales volume to meet or exceed sales budget in the industrial verticalSpec-in company solution through active engagement with OEMs. Provide quote and application solutions to potential customers with timely and high-quality serviceManage and improve sales funnel/CRM with a good win ratio. Develop monthly sales forecasts. Initiate a weekly plan for specified verticals or territories. Educate and engage customers with new products/solutions/programs. Effectively manage existing and new accounts to consistently improve market share in India.Requirements:Education – Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in related technical sales. In-depth knowledge of solution selling to corporate or project customerMarkets –Good understanding of the eco-system of enterprise projects in such typical vertical markets as office/residential construction, banking, data center, telecom, audio/video, etc. Familiar with structure cable and connectivity productsCustomers Define our Success – Results oriented with a process mindset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong ownership. Willing to dedicate extra time and travel to meet objectives. 

Responsibilities:To monitor implementation of the sales strategy and execution for achievement of targets in the assigned geography in an ethical manner.To Budget, Plan & Modify the working of each Team Member in terms of Sales Execution Strategies in such a way that maximum ROI is achieved.To be able to launch and establish new products successfully.To be able to work with the philosophy of profit maximization and cost minimization with resource optimization.To develop the capabilities of the reportees by ongoing coaching and regular performance reviewsTo be able to delegate work to a team appropriately and monitor their performance regularly.To create new customers, retain them and do effective customer management.To spot talent and develop High Performers in the team.To successfully drive new initiatives by partnering with relevant internal & external customers Educational training programs and other marketing activities.Obtaining necessary government approvals for product demonstrationsFollow up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfactionRequirements:Minimum 10 -12 yrs. in Medical Devices IndustryMinimum 5 yrs. in Supervisory/ people management position at Zonal / National LevelMultiple Zone working experience.Exposure to sales & marketing of Ultrasound Devices would be an added advantage.Good connection in Hospitals.Proven track record

Responsibilities:Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs for the purpose of new business expansion, new products, internal-external portfolio assessment.Support potential brand acquisitions, mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures and help structure new business transactions, working closely with the business leaders.Building business proposals, market evaluation, sales forecasting, pricing strategies, goto market plan, P&L assessment, and new product launches.Assessing timelines, logistics, schedules, cost and other estimations associated with a project.Support end-to-end development and delivery of new business pitches and presentations.Close collaboration and communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.Requirements:B.Pharma / B.Tech with MBA with 15+ relevant years experience in marketing, sales out of which 10+ years in Business development from Pharma / Medical services.Proven track record of generating new business leads, work on new business leads, project management.Proficiency in MS Office / CRM software / Power point presentation and data analysis.Time management and planning skillTherapeutic & Market knowledge.Communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build rapport.Proficiency in English
