Repsonibilites: <ul><li>Plant serves as a strategic business partner and trusted thought partner to Plant Leaders and in country senior Management.</li><li>This position is located on-site, but a hybrid work schedule will also be considered</li><li>Serve as the HR site leader for the Tullahoma facility, acting as a trusted advisor to site leadership and aligning HR support with key business initiatives.</li><li>Partner with the broader HR network to deliver strategic talent solutions, organizational design, and effectiveness initiatives, fostering a One HR mindset.</li><li>Provide guidance on leadership development, succession planning, and talent pipeline strategies to support long term organizational growth.</li><li>Champion diversity, engagement, and inclusion efforts, with a global mindset and focus on creating equitable access to development and information.</li><li>Coach and support managers on performance, team effectiveness, and employee development to enhance leadership capability and culture.</li><li>Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters, ensuring legal compliance and a respectful, inclusive workplace.</li><li>Design and implement talent development initiatives including stretch assignments, mentoring, and targeted training programs.</li><li>Lead HR project management efforts related to workforce transitions, organizational change, and process improvement initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high-impact HR initiatives, ensuring clear communication, risk management, and timely execution.</li><li>Preferred: Experience supporting M&amp;A activities, including HR due diligence, integration planning, and workforce impact assessments.</li><li>Develop and manage detailed project plans for HR initiatives, including milestones, communications, and risk mitigation strategies</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master`s degree in business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related field</li><li>10+ years of progressive, international, HR related experience; breadth of HR knowledge and skills in a variety of fields in international context, including Business Partner;</li><li>Experience in a manufacturing and or operations environment is strongly preferred.</li><li>Executive level and leadership experience; Experience influencing without authority Ability to influence, lead and drive execution into the functions/region through close partnership and collaboration with the broader HR function Proved track record in Organization Design, Change Leadership, Talent Management, and Organizational Development Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced, international matrix organization Strong project management and organizational skills.</li><li>Fluent English language skills Has advanced knowledge of regional labor laws and obligations and uses this knowledge to advise management, especially in conflict situations Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication.</li><li>Ability to travel up to 10%</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead and manage employee relations activities within the IMEA region, ensuring timely and fair case resolution in alignment with global ER policies and practices.</li><li>Provide direct ER leadership over the India business in particular, as the largest business in the region.</li><li>Support labor/industrial relations strategy across the region, including union engagement, worker committee processes, and required consultation protocols under local law.</li><li>Serve as the primary escalation point for complex and high-risk ER cases, partnering with Legal and other stakeholders as needed.</li><li>Directly manage ER case intake, investigation, resolution, and closure, ensuring a consistent, professional colleague experience across the region.</li><li>Partner with regional Business-Facing HR teams to deliver hybrid ER support where needed, especially in countries with minimal headcount or unique legal complexity.</li><li>Provide day-to-day direction and mentorship to regional ER Advisors, ensuring professional service delivery, skill development, and workload balance.</li><li>Monitor case trends, emerging risks, and workforce issues, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to regional and global leadership.</li><li>Execute the Employee Relations annual governance cycle within the region, including quarterly campaign delivery, stakeholder reporting, and process audits.</li><li>Ensure full adoption of ER case management protocols in ServiceNow, including accurate logging, escalation, documentation, and timely case closure.</li><li>Deliver coaching and education to site leaders on performance management, conflict resolution, workplace expectations, and policy application.</li><li>Collaborate on global ER projects and initiatives, bringing IMEA-specific insights to shape global practices, policies, and processes.</li><li>Support leaders to foster a fair, consistent, and compliant employee experience aligned with our client People Plan.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.</li></ul> Experience: <ul><li>7+ years of experience in employee relations or HR, including regional or global support experience.</li><li>5+ years of employee relations or HR experience in India</li><li>3+ years managing complex employee relations cases required.</li><li>Experience working in a centralized Employee Relations delivery model preferred.</li></ul> Skills:&nbsp; <ul><li>Strong leadership and delegation skills, excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, team leadership experience, and expertise in handling escalated cases and performance improvement processes.</li><li>Proficiency in English and Marathi required; additional languages based on region are a plus (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, French).</li></ul>

Leverage employee referrals, and University hiring</li></ul> Employer Branding &amp; Candidate Engagement: <ul><li>Position the company as an employer of choice in the Engineering, Tech and manufacturing space.</li><li>Create content and campaigns targeting industry professional (e.g., webinars, blog posts, meetups, TechEvents)</li><li>Craft compelling job descriptions and recruitment materials tailored for manufacturing, Production and Engineering professionals</li></ul> Full-Cycle Recruitment: <ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers &amp; compensation negotiation and onboarding</li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.</li><li>Implement structured interview processes, including technical assessments</li></ul> Stakeholder Management: <ul><li>Act as the primary liaison between candidates and internal stakeholders</li><li>Provide regular hiring updates, metrics, and insights to leadership</li></ul> Data-Driven Recruiting: <ul><li>Use analytics to track sourcing effectiveness, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and pipeline health.</li><li>Ensure Global Hiring Metrics, SLA and targets are aligned and achieved</li><li>Publish Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Qtrly reports on the efforts and progress</li><li>Optimize hiring funnel using recruitment metrics and KPI</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Work from Office - 3-4 days Hybrid</li><li>Should be hands on recruiting Engineering, Manufacturing &amp; Production roles</li><li>NO visa sponsorship / relocation for this role</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Setup and Configuration. Deploy and configure M365 services, including Teams, Exchange Online, Windows 10/11 Deployment and Intune.</li><li>Implement security and compliance policies to ensure data classification and compliance.</li><li>Conduct Proof of Concept (POC), new product evaluations and fitment.</li><li>Configure and manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions.</li></ul> Management and Operation: <ul><li>Monitor and maintain the health and performance of M365 services.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 services and applications.</li><li>Perform regular updates and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security.</li></ul> Collaboration and Support: <ul><li>Work closely with other IT teams to integrate M365 services with existing systems and applications.</li><li>Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff.</li><li>Conduct training sessions and create documentation to help users effectively utilize M365 services.</li></ul> Continuous Improvement: <ul><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest M365 features, updates, and best practices.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and productivity</li><li>Participate in the planning and lead execution of M365-related projects and initiatives.</li></ul> Requirements: Additional Requirement details - Microsoft 365 Certified: <ul><li>Enterprise Administrator Expert or other relevant certifications.</li><li>roven experience in setting up, configuring, managing, and operating M365 tenant and workloads.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, Exchange Online, Windows 10/11 Deployment and Intune.</li><li>Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.</li><li>Experience with hybrid M365 environments and integration with on-premises systems.</li><li>Familiarity with security and compliance features in M365, such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Conditional Access, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).</li><li>Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and related identity management solutions.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul> Educational Qualification: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field</li></ul> Experience: <ul><li>Minimum 5 to 6 years in EUC environment.</li><li>2 to 3 years of experience with skilled and experienced M365 Engineer and responsible for setting up, configuring, managing, and operating our M365 tenant and workloads. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services.</li></ul>
