Role Description: <ul><li>As a Finance Analyst in our 9-month rotational program, youll rotate through various finance disciplines to get a well-rounded understanding of key functions.</li><li>These areas can include Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A), Accounting, Cost Controlling, and Operations Finance.</li><li>The ideal candidate for this role is a recent college graduate (graduation on or after May 2024) with a strong academic background in finance, economics, or a related field. Critical thinking, analytical skills, and a knack for numbers are essential as youll be responsible for data interpretation, financial modeling, and providing strategic recommendations based on your findings.</li><li>This is the first time this program is being offered. Candidates will have the opportunity to be part of a small cohort of finance analysts and have the opportunity for a full-time, permanent job offer at the end of the program.</li><li>Our expectation is that candidates will learn about the company and what role they would like to have before entering full-time to eventually grow into a leadership role. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide leadership to the purchasing and planning team.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for all aspects of raw material use.&nbsp;</li><li>This includes procurement, purchasing, warehousing, and associated transactions in the most commercially effective manner.&nbsp;</li><li>Key KPIs are inventory turns, Aging inventory, Factory orders on time, On-time shipment to customer orders, on-schedule shipment, and material productivity.</li><li>Plans and implements activities related to the timely and cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning, and quality control of production materials, including oversight and execution of the annual physical inventory take and the annual re-costing process. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead reliability planning and testing activities for new and existing products.</li><li>Define and implement reliability test plans based on product specifications, usage environments,&nbsp;and customer expectations.</li><li>Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and statistical&nbsp;analysis to identify and mitigate risks.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Design, Quality, Manufacturing, and Product Development teams to&nbsp;ensure reliability is embedded in the product life cycle.</li><li>Develop and maintain reliability models, such as Weibull analysis, and interpret results to guide&nbsp;engineering decisions.</li><li>Support qualification testing, including environmental, mechanical, and electrical stress tests.</li><li>Interface with customers to provide technical support and reliability data when needed.</li><li>Document and present reliability reports, metrics, and improvement actions to stakeholders.</li><li>Mentor and guide junior engineers within the reliability or cross-functional teams.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in reliability engineering, preferably in electronic&nbsp;components or a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of reliability testing standards (e.g., IEC, MIL-STD, JEDEC).</li><li>Experience with statistical tools and software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).</li><li>Hands-on experience in conducting HALT/HASS, thermal cycling, vibration, and environmental&nbsp;testing.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with tools like 8D, Ishikawa, and FMEA.</li><li>Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Sales &amp; Business Development: <ul><li>Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure company products are specified in their operations.</li><li>Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.</li><li>Increase market share by replacing competitor pump installations, including other peristaltic pump manufacturers and alternative pump technologies.</li><li>Develop proposals for transitioning clients to Bredel pumps through process optimization and de-bottlenecking.</li></ul> Customer &amp; Account Management: <ul><li>Manage and expand the spare parts and replacement pump business for existing clients.</li><li>Oversee spare parts and service programs for all delivered projects to ensure reliability and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Conduct regular on-site audits across target locations in Australia to secure ongoing spare parts and service contracts.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel in Reliability, Process, and Maintenance across all sites.</li></ul> Sales Planning &amp; Reporting: <ul><li>Develop and execute structured call plans and visit cycles to ensure comprehensive coverage of existing and target accounts.</li><li>Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer data, interactions, and sales opportunities.</li><li>Keep the Sector Manager informed of competitor activity encountered in the marketplace.</li></ul> Customer Support &amp; Training: <ul><li>Arrange and conduct customer training sessions and presentations, both on-site and office-based, to enhance product knowledge and engagement.</li><li>Provide technical support to clients, offering solutions that optimize pump performance and overall system efficiency.</li></ul> Quality &amp; Compliance: <ul><li>Conduct all activities in accordance with the company’s Quality Management System to ensure high standards of service and compliance.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Skilled negotiator to achieve sales targets.</li><li>Needs to work well with WMFTS co-workers, reps/distributors, and customers, and achieve desired results.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 3 years’ experience in mining sales</li><li>Mechanical / Technical sales experience</li><li>Experience in process engineering</li><li>Advanced English writing/reading competencies.
