Responsibilities:Near field and wildcat exploration mapping and prospect generation throughout the Basins of Saudi Arabia.Well log interpretation and correlations using basic logs.Use of advanced log interpretations where available.Work effectively with petrophysical colleagues.Participate in reflection seismic data survey planning, 2D and 3D.Execute reflection seismic data interpretation 2D and 3D incorporating multiple surveys and vintages, onshore and marine, generating attributes as required. Well ties using synthetics and VSP.Interpret seismic, including seismic stratigraphic interpretations for subtle traps. Apply sequence stratigraphic techniques to identify subtle traps. Structural geology skills including fault interpretation and fault seal. Integrate diverse data-types to construct and promote prospects. Assess petroleum risk elements to identify viable prospects.Map making using industry standard tools.Prospect volume and risk estimates.Preparing and presenting professional-quality presentation materials to technical peers and management. Provide mentoring and technical assistance to young professionals.Requirements:Minimum of fifteen years of experience in subsurface exploration and a proven track record in prospect generation and maturation skills including broad international experience.Extensive experience in applying Clastic and Carbonate Sequence and Seismic Stratigraphy & Regional Geology using seismic and well data to analyze the subsurface at all scales relevant to petroleum systems, from the basin evolution, to the identification of stratigraphic traps and the timing of structural trap development, gross depositional environment reconstruction, reservoir potential, seal characterization and structural geology.Extensive experience in using applications relating to data interpretation, correlations, mapping and prospect generation e.g., Petrel, Petrosys.

ResponsibilitiesConduct reservoir characterization studies, including Log-to-core integration, mapping, sequence stratigraphy and conceptual 3D geological modeling (Facies and reservoir properties).Contribute to field development plans through well planning using simulation ready 3D integrated model.Perform well planning, including creating well targets data with reservoir and drilling engineers, generating well trajectories and loading the directional data, preparing geological prognosis (including but not limited to tops, cross sections and correlation panels) along with monitor operational and geo-steering activities for all types of wells (horizontal, deviated, and vertical) in the office or offsite if needed, including monitoring, geo-steering and tracking wells, performing well evaluations while and post drilling, making well correlations, generating and/or updating maps for structural, stratigraphic and fluid limits in light of the new drilling information, and making critical decisions for wellbore adjustments.Interact with concerned geoscientists in the Reservoir Characterization Department, Reservoir Engineers, and Drilling & Workover Engineers and communicate clearly with all parties involved in drilling activities, and prepare post-drilling analysis.Requirements As a successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from a recognized and approved program, an advanced degree is preferred.You will have 15  years of experience in Field development activities or role of development geologist.You will have the ability to integrate all available Geological, Geophysical, Petrophysical, Sedimentological, and 3D Geological model and other dynamic information for advance reservoir characterization studies to in-depth understanding for reservoir architecture and flow behavior.You will also have the ability to integrate all characterization studies to identify suitable locations for drilling.Extensive experience in subsurface mapping and be familiar of utilization of various geological applications and packages (such as DSG, Petrel, Petrosys, Geolog, Teclog etc.) is also necessary.Also, a minimum of two years’ experience in geo-steering (with triple combo log) and real-time operations is preferred.You need to be familiar with LWD and/or wireline borehole image interpretation and also with rig operations and vendor logging systems.Previous experience in reservoir geology, drilling operations, field development, sedimentology/stratigraphy or structural geology is necessary

Responsibilities:Lead the development and implementation of instrumentation design strategies for capital projects, including the specification, selection, and procurement of all related equipment.Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to ensure the integration of instrumentation and control systems with other plant components.Manage and mentor a team of instrumentation engineers and designers, setting clear goals and ensuring professional development.Sound understanding I&C Deliverables and managing the delivery for scope of work such as P&ID Development, Control System Architecture & Drawing, Instrument sizing calculations, Instrument Data sheets and Specifications for all inline and Online Instruments, Instrument Installation & Bulk Material Specification/TBE, Vendor drawing reviews, Instrument Index, I/O List, Hook-up Drawings and Installation drawings, Interface drawing/scheme of DCS & PCC/MCC, Interlock logic, terminal details, 3D Modelling (Instruments, Cable Trays, Manifolds etc.), All Layouts - Instrument Location, Junction Box, Cable Trays etc., Instrument Power consumption, Cable Schedule, JB Schedule, Panel Schedule Etc., Cable Block Diagram, JB Wiring Diagram, Instrument Wiring Diagrams, Loop Drawings, Develop Control Narratives, Cause & Effects, & Alarm Points, SIL Study & Report, Telecom & CCTV system and associated wiring, Control Panel Specifications, Layout and Drawings etc.Knowledge on AVEVA P&ID, AVEVA Instrumentation, and AVEVA Engineering modules, including the creation of datasheet formats and preparation of I/O lists, instrument lists, electrical load lists, and instrument data browsing. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments, and validation of instrumentation designs.Manage vendor relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective instrumentation solutions.Serve as the primary technical contact for instrumentation in project meetings and liaise with counterparts to understand their requirements and provide technical support.Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of instrumentation scopes.Evaluate and implement new technologies and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in instrumentation design.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.Minimum of 10 years of experience in instrumentation design for chemical process plants, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.Extensive experience with AVEVA Instrumentation and AVEVA Engineering software.Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards (ISA, IEC, ANSI, API).Proficient with instrumentation design tools and software (e.g., INTOOLS, AutoCAD, MicroStation).Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:The candidate will be required to perform the following:Exploration mapping and option generation for CO2 storage in the subsurface geology of Saudi Arabia.Have a background of CO2 properties and how they relate to depth of storage, seal effectiveness and long-term aspects of trapping mechanism, subsurface dynamics and interaction with subsurface materials such as lithologies and drilled wells.Interpret well information, making well correlations and working with petro-physicists as required to define stratigraphic frameworks and the properties of reservoirs and seals, and characterize in-situ formation water properties.Participate in the acquisition planning and possibly interpretation of geo-mechanical information, such as analysis of conventional core, relating to seal integrity for CO2 storage.Familiarity with well injection testing and operations, and interpretation of well test data in terms of reservoir performance in relation to CO2 storage.Interpret seismic, including seismic stratigraphic interpretations for storage. Understand depth conversion of seismically-mapped geological surfaces, considering velocity information and uncertainties.Map making using industry standard tools. Storage volume and risk estimates. Prepare and present professional-quality presentation materials to technical peers and management. Provide mentoring and technical assistance to young professionalsTake critical decisions and solve problems.Works in multidiscipline teams.Requirements:As a successful candidate, you would need to hold a bachelor or higher degree in Geology or Geophysics.You will have 15 years of experience in subsurface geoscience including several years of experience specifically related to geological interpretation, mapping and preferably CO2 subsurface storage option mapping, selection and site characterization, including extensive experience in applying Clastic and Carbonate Sequence and Seismic Stratigraphy and Regional Geology using seismic and well data to document all scales relevant subsurface storage option generation, ranking and characterization.as well as an extensive experience in petro-technical applications relating to the use of wells and seismic (2D and 3D) for subsurface storage geoscience, e.g., Petrel, Petrosys.  You will be competent with basic well log interpretation and familiar with advanced logs and well data such as image logs, NMR, pressures and core. Apply sequence stratigraphic techniques to identify storage opportunities.  Structural geology skills including fault interpretation and fault seal.As a subject matter expert, you will have:Experience in planning and involvement with the operational decision-making of several wells.English language fluency with the capability to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing, with experience of working with multidisciplinary teams across different parts of an organization.Experience of other non-hydrocarbon subsurface management challenges such as geothermal, Hydrogen storage, chemical storage etc would be an advantage.A track record of research publications or patents would be an advantage.Excellent presentation skills.

An advanced degree is preferred.An extensive formal experience in petrophysical evaluation and resource assessment related studies is desirable.A minimum of 15 years of experience. An extensive experience in petrophysical studies and at least 5-10 years of professional experience in well log interpretation.Significant knowledge of logging and core analysis techniquesExperience in QC and validation of single and multi-well petrophysical evaluation interpretation results dedicated for 2D and 3D Pore Volume Assessment.Conduct sensitivity analysis on modelling parameters and uncertainties, highlighting their impact on volumes.Have good exposure to different petrophysical evaluation methods, understand and QC MICP and saturation height functions with detailed analysis.Conduct technical studies related to petrophysical applications in resource assessmentsGood communication, report writing and presentation skills in English.
