Marketing Automation Analyst

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop ABM strategies and plans to drive awareness and engagement within target markets, delivering superior user experience to key customers.</li><li>Design &amp; implement tailored campaigns (email, social, content, paid ads) for targeted accounts.</li><li>Develop account-specific playbooks and messaging frameworks aligned with buyer journeys.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional (Sales, PM, Engineering) teams to ensure alignment between ABM/digital efforts and sales goals.</li><li>Deliver ABM insights actionable for online &amp; offline customer interactions based on an in-depth understanding of business and customer needs.</li><li>Manage website experience relevant to target customers and identify opportunities to improve navigation &amp; personalization experience for target customers.</li><li>Optimize workflows and tools (e.g., CRM integrations, automation platforms) to streamline ABM processes.</li><li>Stay ahead of ABM trends and emerging technologies, such as AI-driven personalization and predictive analytics.</li><li>Make recommendations on digital and ABM capabilities to enable the business unit to deliver an optimized and personalized customer experience across all channels.</li></ul> Requirements: Background &amp; Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required.</li><li>Experience in digital marketing, including experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) within the B2B/SaaS, technology, or infrastructure industries (preferably in AI, cloud, data center companies, or ABM environments).</li><li>Experience with the whole process of an ABM/digital program from strategy, planning, execution, monitoring, measurement, and optimization.</li><li>Proficient in ABM platforms, CRM systems, data analysis (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), content publishing (AEM), and search and social media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.). Proficient in MS Office.</li><li>Self-driven candidate who anticipates challenges, identifies opportunities for improvement, and initiates cross-functional partnerships to achieve goals without direct oversight.</li><li>Strong data-driven decision-making mindset, with expertise in understanding enterprise buyer cycles, account scoring, and lead nurturing.</li><li>Clear storyteller able to translate data into actionable recommendations for cross-functional tea</li><li>Strong project management skills.</li><li>Good understanding of B2B customer journey, with customer-centric mindset.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.</li><li>Experience with website design, ABM/Personalized experience preferred.</li></ul>

Key Responsibilities: Integrated Campaigns &amp; Demand Generation <ul><li>Develop and execute multichannel integrated marketing campaigns to build brand visibility and generate qualified demand.</li><li>Leverage marketing data and analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, forecast trends, and drive performance improvements.</li><li>Oversee the lead funnel in collaboration with regional sales teams and solution centers to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.</li><li>Craft compelling messaging and positioning to clearly communicate our client solutions and value proposition.</li><li>Partner with ecosystem players (channel partners, module providers, design houses) to launch joint marketing initiatives.</li></ul> Branding &amp; Market Positioning <ul><li>Lead strategic branding efforts for our client DDN business across core and new markets.</li><li>Ensure consistent brand alignment across all touchpoints, including acquisitions, through a well-structured multi-year roadmap.</li></ul> Account-Based Marketing (ABM) <ul><li>Serve as the ABM Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our client and the DDN division.</li><li>Design and implement ABM strategies and campaigns that directly contribute to business growth.</li><li>Collaborate closely with digital marketing, sales, and product management to strengthen ABM programs and improve cross-functional alignment.</li></ul> Event Marketing <ul><li>Lead planning and execution of major corporate events including trade shows, exhibitions, customer events, and internal engagements.</li><li>Drive end-to-end event marketing initiatives that align with business goals and enhance brand recognition.</li></ul> Internal Communications <ul><li>Design and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy to foster alignment and engagement across the DDN organization.</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications &amp; Experience <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA strongly preferred).</li><li>7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the IoT, Data Center, or 5G industries with a global scope.</li><li>Strong business acumen and the ability to leverage analytics for marketing strategy and decision-making.</li><li>Expertise in paid, owned, and earned channels with a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.</li><li>Experience with CRM and ABM platforms; proficiency in Eloqua, Salesforce.com, Tableau is a plus.</li><li>Google Ads certification is a plus.</li><li>Prior business development (BD) or sales experience is advantageous.</li><li>Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong project management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li></ul>

Overview: <ul><li>The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical proficiency, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.&nbsp;</li><li>They will contribute to improving marketing operations by identifying areas for process optimization and supporting marketing automation strategies in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul> Responsibilities: Campaign Planning &amp; Execution: <ul><li>Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including personalization, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.&nbsp;</li><li>Implement nurture campaigns to move prospects through the sales funnel and drive conversions.</li><li>Collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across campaigns.</li><li>Balance multiple campaign requests while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.</li></ul> Demand Generation &amp; Account-Based Marketing (ABM): <ul><li>Support and provide strategic inputs into demand generation efforts by planning and implementing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead acquisition.</li><li>Partner with campaign, COE and&nbsp;BU teams&nbsp;to align marketing strategies with account-level goals and objectives.</li><li>Utilize ABM tools to engage high-priority accounts through targeted marketing activities.</li></ul> Data Analysis &amp; Reporting: <ul><li>Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.</li><li>Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs and demonstrate the ROI of marketing efforts.</li><li>Ensure data integrity across platforms and maintain compliance with data management protocols.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Experience in marketing automation or a related role, with demonstrated proficiency in Eloqua, Salesforce, or similar platforms.</li><li>Technical &amp; Analytical Skills:</li><li>Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and ABM platforms (e.g., Demand base, Marketo, HubSpot).</li><li>Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and develop actionable insights.</li><li>Proficiency in HTML, email templates, and API integrations.</li></ul>
