Responsibilities Key Accountabilities <ul><li>APPLICATION CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT: Builds and drives complex application configurations to meet user and business requirements while identifying improvements to complex application support processes and procedures.</li></ul> <ul><li>APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT &amp; DEPLOYMENT: Performs and drives the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support of changes and fixes, in accordance with established standards and practices.</li></ul> <ul><li>COMMUNICATION &amp; SUPPORT: Plays a key role and keeps an open channel of communication with stakeholders and responds to support requests and needs.</li></ul> <ul><li>APPLICATION SUPPORT: Conducts and leads advanced and complex application support activities to maintain system stability and meet business outcomes.</li></ul> <ul><li>STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Collaborates effectively with business partners, technical peers, &amp; vendors in multi-functional global teams, to ensure solutions and configurations align with business requirements and best practices.</li></ul> <ul><li>INCIDENT &amp; REQUEST MANAGEMENT: Leads prioritization of incoming incident tickets &amp; user requests and driving timely resolution.</li></ul> Requirements <ul><li>Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.</li></ul> <ul><li>ERP &amp; DOMAIN EXPERTISE: Solid hands‑on experience with enterprise‑scale applications (ERP preferred) in a techno‑functional capacity, demonstrating strong solution design and delivery capabilities. Deep knowledge of, and experience within, one or more ERP business domains (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Agriculture, Finance etc.)</li></ul> <ul><li>FULL LIFE CYCLE IMPLEMENTATION: Proven experience delivering large and complex application implementations (eg. ERP) across the full lifecycle, including system design and implementation, deployment, go‑live, and post‑go‑live stabilization and support, leveraging Agile, Scrum and/or DevOps practices.</li></ul> <ul><li>PROGRAMMING &amp; CUSTOMIZATION: Knowledge and/or experience with languages such as Java, C#, Python, or platform specific scripting (eg. ABAP for SAP) for application customization and experience with various pipelines, is preferred.</li></ul> <ul><li>DATA MIGRATION &amp; INTEGRATION: Experience with data migration strategies and large scale data transfers from legacy systems, including ETL processes.</li></ul>

Responsibilities <ul><li>APPLICATION CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT: Sets up and maintains application configurations to meet user and business requirements while developing and recommending and implementing improvements to standard and moderately complex application support processes and procedures.</li></ul> <ul><li>APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT &amp; DEPLOYMENT: Performs programming, configuration, testing and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases. </li><li>Designs, configures, tests, deploys and supports large and complex application changes and fixes in accordance with established standards and practices.&nbsp;</li></ul> <ul><li>COMMUNICATION &amp; SUPPORT: Keeps an open channel of communication with users stakeholders and responds to standard and moderately complex application support requests and needs.&nbsp;</li></ul> <ul><li>APPLICATION SUPPORT: Conducts application support activities to maintain system stability and meet business outcomes.</li></ul> <ul><li>STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Collaborates effectively with business partners, technical peers &amp; vendors in multi-functional global teams, including business partners to ensure solutions and configurations align with business requirements and best practices.&nbsp;</li></ul> <ul><li>INCIDENT &amp; REQUEST MANAGEMENT: Reviews, analyzes and prioritizes incoming incident tickets and user requests, driving timely resolution within agreed processes, balancing delivery speed with quality and stability.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements <ul><li>Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.</li><li>ERP &amp; DOMAIN EXPERTISE: Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale applications (ERP preferred) in a techno functional capacity, with exposure to one or more ERP business domains (eg. Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Agriculture, Finance).</li><li>Translating business requiremts to technical specifications.</li><li>FULL LIFE CYCLE IMPLEMENTATION: Proven experience working on large and complex application implementations (e.g. ERP) across the full lifecycle, including system design and implementation, deployment, go‑live, and post‑go‑live stabilization and support leveraging Agile, Scrum, and/or DevOps practices.</li><li>PROGRAMMING &amp; CUSTOMIZATION: Knowledge and/or experience with languages such as Java, C#, Python, or platform specific scripting (eg. Responsibilities: Technical: <ul><li>Collaborate with the MAgNA Tech support team to promptly resolve dealer service &amp; parts issues and improve customer satisfaction.</li><li>Provide regional and on-site system training to aid in troubleshooting and repairing equipment.</li><li>Work with the Dealer Service team to advance the Service Management Development and Certification Program.</li></ul> Dealer Development: <ul><li>Participate in the new dealer selection and onboarding processes.</li><li>Conduct capability assessments for dealers and develop action plans to enhance their performance.</li><li>Ensure dealer participation in required technical training and certification programs for products.</li><li>Train dealer service and parts personnel on systems (Dealer portal, mTAR, EPC, mWarranty, etc.).</li><li>Assist dealerships in improving absorption rates through increased sales.</li></ul> Parts &amp; Service: <ul><li>Collaborate with the parts aftersales team and dealer parts team to meet parts purchase targets for the region.</li><li>Basic understanding of Service&amp; parts Operations management and KPIs</li><li>Promote the usage of our client OEM service parts within assigned dealerships.</li><li>Increase dealership participation in parts programs and promotions.</li><li>Provide technical assistance related to parts to dealerships.</li></ul> Quality, Warranty &amp; Campaigns: <ul><li>Ensure dealers personnel are trained in warranty processes and procedures.</li><li>Monitor campaign completion and advocate for 100% closure on all safety-related issues.</li><li>Administer the goodwill policy in alignment with customer, dealership, and our client interests, adhering to budgetary constraints.</li><li>Conduct regular warranty audits to ensure compliance with warranty policy.</li><li>Report field issues and repeated failures to the quality team.</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; Education: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree and experience in agriculture, or construction industry.</li></ul> Required Qualifications: <ul><li>Minimum 5+ years of Aftersales experience in the agricultural, construction, automotive industry.</li><li>Knowledge of dealership operations and working with dealers</li><li>Good understanding of service and parts operations management</li><li>Strong Technical knowledge in Agricultural equipment’s</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with dealers and customers.</li><li>Ability to resolve technical problems across various domains, including mechanical, electrical, electronic, and hydraulic issues.</li><li>Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.</li><li>Ability to Tavel 75% of the time.</li><li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and manage the Compact Tractor business P&amp;L, ensuring alignment with growth and profitability targets.</li><li>Partner with Finance and Sales to develop accurate forecasts, pricing models, and incentive programs.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Sales, Product Development, Service, Finance, Marketing, Parts, Operations, and Supply Chain to create and execute business plans.</li><li>Lead and manage product launches with key internal stakeholders.</li><li>Coordinate with marketing teams and agencies to develop advertising, digital content, brochures, point-of-purchase (POP) materials, and more.</li><li>Design and implement multi-level promotional and dealer engagement strategies, including launch events.</li><li>Develop branding and communication strategies aligned with targeted marketing initiatives.</li><li>Support training development programs for dealers on product features, sales approaches, and after-sales support.</li><li>Work with Regional Sales Managers to ensure effective utilization of Coop programs and local marketing execution.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of annual operating plans and budgets.</li><li>Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify customer needs, competitive positioning, and market expansion opportunities.</li><li>Translate customer insights and research into successful brand strategies.</li><li>Monitor and adjust marketing execution based on local market needs and sensitivities.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Master’s Degree required (MBA preferred).</li><li>3–5+ years of experience in product development, branding, sales, or marketing within relevant industries.</li><li>Strong strategic and tactical planning abilities grounded in market analysis.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work in a flat organizational structure and matrixed business environment.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret competitor actions and customer behavior.</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Deep understanding of rural markets, especially in the U.S.</li><li>Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing priorities.</li><li>High standards of customer service and team collaboration.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.</li><li>Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.</li><li>Physical ability to perform the duties as described (occasional standing, walking, kneeling, etc.).</li><li>Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Agrees on performance expectations with the commercial team and works with GM/Unit staff to deliver against these expectations&nbsp;</li><li>Approves (w/GM consent) specialty orders, uplifts, and responsible for invoice accuracy and timelines.&nbsp;</li><li>Works closely with the production team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of current specifications and customer expectations through routine audits.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures supply chain/purchasing has current up to date data and support purchasing requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that all processes and procedures related to specific flights are completed, quality standards are met, and additional revenue opportunities documented on invoice.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Communicates the customer goals and represents the customer interests to the local GGI team.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of unit capabilities and services, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client w/GM approval.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Reports to the GM and or Account Director, providing regular input on all account activity, including service status and call reports on a weekly basis.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Provides coordination between customer and GGI on special events such as Menu Presentation (scheduling, transportation, security, specs available, tent cards, tasting equipment, unit tours, beverages, etc.).&nbsp;</li><li>Owner of T-minus schedule to facilitate changes and bringing all departments together for success.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains a professional appearance at all times. Treats the customer with dignity and respect.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Internal &amp; External Communication:&nbsp; <ul><li>Daily reconciliation of delays and communications need activities as required.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicates daily to the GG operations team of any spec changes, performance issues, call backs, inspections, etc from previous day. Drives root cause analysis.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Weekly recaps of delays vs. targets, FAC’s, and Update with customer on weekly basis and local station management. SR (Shared Responsibility)&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the General Manager and Commercial leader (PAM. Local Director) of any problems that may arise.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Weekly inventory status checks. SR&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Provides regular two-way communication between the client and local GGI, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Inventory Management: <ul><li>Ensures customer inventory sheet to be current and up to date par levels.&nbsp;</li><li>Manages inventory process taken accurately and on time. Results reviewed before submission to the customer. Communicate to the customer when par levels need to change. SR&nbsp;</li><li>Provides customer feedback to help customer reduce costs through inventory management.&nbsp;</li><li>Warehouse space, issue here is to not be a warehouse for obsolete or excessive inventory. SR&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that Customs requirements, GGI Bonded policy and local Agriculture (compliance agreement) are implemented. SR&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Quality: <ul><li>Assists internal department on quality/compliance through weekly specification checks and audits (chef tables, packing diagrams, CCP’s, VSIE process, safety).&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Compares FACs against goals.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Ownership of CSI and drives the process as outlined in GG policy and procedures.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Cost Management: <ul><li>Conducts weekly documented billing checks to ensure items billed.&nbsp;</li><li>Reviews monthly service order to ensure all service items captured and aligned with CXP and Sales force.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Targets: <ul><li>Manages to a customer-specific set of KPI’s – reports on this performance to the commercial team, agrees performance targets to these KPI’s (e.g., delays, complaints, audit results) with Commercial VP and GM&nbsp;</li><li>Annual (or quarterly) customer feedback survey on each aspect of the role – communication, inventory management, Quality cost management/invoice accuracy, and customer service orientation (does the customer view this role as representing their interests in the unit) SR&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: Education:&nbsp; <ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Associates degree or degree from a 4 year university or college is preferred&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Work Experience:&nbsp; <ul><li>Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of account/project management experience.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)&nbsp; <ul><li>Extremely detail oriented&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Technical and analytical competence (understands software, hardware, networks, etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>Motivated, goal oriented, and persistent&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>High level of initiative and works well in a fast paced, team environment&nbsp;</li><li>Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Full knowledge of any customer specific requirements in Service Agreement and delivers as listed below:&nbsp;</li><li>Delta Airlines: Full knowledge of IFX system; Owner of change notice distribution list; understands the unit performance grading system; ensures the AC Damage reporting process is followed; full knowledge of Delta build tool.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>United Airlines: Full knowledge of Unimatic (aircraft operation); Full knowledge of IBSOPS (meal board location); Ensures PSS (passenger counts) is used for forecasting; Ensures AirServ/AirVision is used for flight finalization; Ensures Sky Net is used for packaging/general requirements; Full knowledge on the use of Igaps (real flight info)&nbsp;</li><li>American Airlines: Understands AA evaluation and evaluation definitions; Full knowledge of AMOS &amp; Sabre systems; Ensures food/equipment inventories in AirVision; Ensures equipment distribution is updated in AirVision; Ensures monthly IUR is documented in AirVision; understands the PMP process.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>British Airlines: Knowledgeble/Ensures BA IFX tools are used in operation; Maintains chronological telex and bulletin information; Analysis TCS and BBSC sheets for BA performance; Full knowledge of AirServe and train staff on the use; Owner of TP006 accuracy for each scheduled change&nbsp;</li><li>Virgin Airlines: Take weekly photos of menu items and submit them to Virgin; Monthly review of TP006 and distribute the flight information; Must have full knowledge of Skylogistix; Must have full working knowledge of AirServ.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Language / Communication Skills:&nbsp; <ul><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Bilingual is a plus.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>
