Responsibilities: <ul><li>Deploy and manage Observability platforms and agents for ingesting metrics, logs, and traces from various sources.</li><li>Parse and organize logs to extract relevant fields and data for processing and filtering.</li><li>Assist developers in instrumenting application code to collect custom Application Performance Monitoring (APM) data.</li><li>Record, script, and manage synthetic monitors for testing purposes.</li><li>Capture user sessions and data for real user monitoring (RUM).</li><li>Set up alerts and notifications for proactive monitoring.</li><li>Generate dashboards, visualizations, and reports to provide actionable insights.</li><li>Participate in and support root cause analysis (RCA) and application/service profiling sessions.</li><li>Educate and assist teams in leveraging observability tools effectively.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.</li><li>At least 2-5 years of experience working with modern observability platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with observability concepts and standards such as OpenTelemetry.</li><li>Experience with observability tools like the Elastic Stack for monitoring cloud infrastructure and application performance.</li><li>Knowledge of developing, instrumenting, and profiling applications to enhance performance and reliability.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Promote security awareness program to instil a security culture and ensure a secure work environment.</li><li>Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate risks.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide briefing and guidance to ensure the outsourced security team always performs their duties effectively according to company security policy to meet the service agreement KPI.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide a monthly comprehensive report/update for management-related review.&nbsp;</li><li>Fully support internal Investigation for any security-related non-compliance incident. Prepare investigation reports to update the management. Including lodge police report if necessary</li><li>if there are cases related to the loss of the company’s properties or injury to site personnel.&nbsp;</li><li>Preparation of Investigations Report as well as evidence for Domestic Inquiry (DI) related cases.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.</li><li>Address stakeholders concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.&nbsp;</li><li>Support Facilities and Operations Team on contractor Management to ensure all contractors comply with EHS / Security / HR protocol and requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform/Involved internal/external Audit/Risk Assessment</li><li>Conduct security standards briefing during new hire orientation.</li><li>Required to work in various areas throughout the building/site.&nbsp;</li><li>Continuous improvement in security processes and systems to ensure abreast with industry best practices and to support internal stakeholder needs.</li><li>Coordinate systematically outsourced security team &amp; sub-ordinates when responding to emergencies situations/alarms, Work Place Violence, Authorities’ Raids as well as assisting plant</li><li>Emergency Response Team (ERT)</li><li>Main support for plant ERT execution during emergencies. Work closely with EHS/ERT Commander to lead, control crowd and secure site during emergency.</li><li>Attend meetings, professional seminars such as TAPA FSR, Loss Prevention Skills, Security Technologies, or conferences to keep abreast of changes in executive legislative directives or new</li><li>technologies.</li><li>Work effectively on Integrated Security Systems such as CCTV, VMS, Access Control System, Emergency Door Alarm, Biometric System, Key Management, Boom Gates and Badging</li><li>System.</li><li>Develop with Security Induction Training for new hires, Refresher Training (Online) and create awareness on Security aspects by having proper email communication &amp; strategy.</li><li>Ensure Security ID Badge being issued timely with proper access granted.</li><li>Establish and maintain liaison with relevant government agencies (Police, Anti-Drug Agency &amp; Fire brigade Depts.) in District/State Levels for security and safety purposes.</li><li>To participate in the Plant Safety Committee, and all other committees and/or processes involving safety.</li><li>Drive K-Values.</li><li>Adhere to and administer company policies and procedures.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor or Diploma in science, economics or equivalent education with experience working as a Security Ops Manager &amp; Investigation lead more than 5 years.&nbsp;</li><li>Extensive knowledge of fire prevention, safety, and security operations.</li><li>Availability to respond to security alerts outside of business hours.</li><li>Conducts risk management audits and good skills in asset loss investigations.</li><li>Demonstrate organisational, communication, leadership and analytical skills.</li><li>Respond to medical emergencies, bomb threats, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following ERT activities.</li><li>A working knowledge of environmental, health and safety regulatory requirements.</li><li>Must strictly comply with the standards, policies and procedures outlined.</li><li>Effective computer skills with a working knowledge of MS Office and other related computer software packages.</li><li>Time management skills are needed to maintain deadlines for Corporate and regulatory reporting.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Be part of the IT support team works in manufacturing environment and handles IT tickets</li><li>Attend to tickets for incidents, service requests and alerts or problems with IT system.</li><li>Maintain ownership of issues until resolution and ensure close timely.</li><li>Collaborate and work closely with global teams, application teams and third party vendors to resolve issue and minimal downtime.</li><li>Log tickets and set priority in ticketing tool and escalate for next level support if needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute ideas to enhance application to minimize repeating support issues.</li><li>Work on IT enhancement projects and deliver as per schedule.&nbsp;</li><li>Work as part of a global team to support manufacturing environment.</li><li>Provide after-hours support for manufacturing related emergencies.</li><li>Monitor IT incident tickets trending and ensure KPI is achieved.</li></ul> ﻿Requirements: <ul><li>Working knowledge of IT Hardware and basic understanding of network concept.</li><li>At least 3 years of experience supporting endpoints</li><li>Ability to learn and master applications used in manufacturing.</li><li>Willing to work on 12-hour shift patterns</li><li>At least 3 years of working experience in clean room environment.</li><li>Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skill.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to manage and meet customer expectation and high customer orientation.</li><li>Excellent communication and logical thinking mind set.</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Reports to EHS site Manager and Construction Project Manager all EHS related issues, concerns, improvements with a goal on achieving leading indicators and ZERO Recordable Incident Rate. </li><li>Ensure EHS compliance to all legal and other requirements associated with regulatory, local and other requirements.</li><li>Facilitates risk assessment to identify critical safety or health hazards and environmental aspects per company standard/spec and local regulatory standards.</li><li>Works with Project Management Team and Contractor’s leadership team to create targets and objectives based on key EHS risks.</li><li>Verify the EHS plan from Project Management company (PM), and work with PM to validate EHS plan from general contractor (GC).</li><li>Manages and directs construction site in achieving EHS targets &amp; objectives.</li><li>Involve in design review and make sure safety lesson learned are considered in new building design.</li><li>Pro-actively drives and promotes EHS culture throughout the construction site, e.g. by driving leading indicators.</li><li>Ensure zero tolerance culture is developed, recognition plan and discipline actions are in place and effective, and discipline actions well followed for unsafety behavior at construction site.</li><li>Drive construction EHS through close coordination with management team, safety leaders and EHS officers of company project management team, PM, GC, subcontractor per their scope of work, EHS plan, etc.</li><li>Organize regular EHS performance review to PM and GC EHS leaders per SOW and EHS plan, provide in time feedback to company project management team and leaders of PM and GC.</li><li>Report all EH&amp;S data and information as required by company. Use established EHS data processes such as Velocity to manage data such as injuries and illnesses, environmental metrics, risk assessments, EHS action items and other pertinent information.</li><li>Working with Construction project management team to develop management of change program at construction site.</li><li>For example, design change may trigger additional actions for safety, or to monitor and follow EHS law and regulatory revisions and report to EHS manager and Project Manager for actions required.</li><li>Training shall be delivered to leaders of project team, PM and GC about related safety alerts, new specifications and requirement from company, etc.</li><li>Work with site EHS leader and Construction Project Manager to prepare, submit and disseminate information in compliance with regulatory agencies in order to ensure timely submittals.</li><li>Work with Project and Construction Management team to ensure that all key EHS operational controls are in place and that EHS action items are resolved on a timely basis.</li><li>Strict Supervision of all contractor activities with PM in order to ensure compliance with EHS Work Permit.</li><li>Ensure emergency preparedness is in place, e.g. Construction Emergency Response Team ready to deploy in the events of fire, earthquake and strong typhoon.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>College degree, major in Environmental, Safety, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or relevant.</li><li>5 years minimum as manager or can consider 10 years as safety supervisor / senior engineer.</li><li>Actual experience as Safety Officer or Pollution Control Officer role is an advantage.</li><li>Experience in working with multinational company local or in abroad.</li><li>Comfortable to Speak and write English to all level of organization.</li><li>Demonstrated ability in conducting EH&amp;S audits and inspections.</li></ul>
