Responsibilities: <ul><li>Uses a set of tasks and techniques to work as a liaison among and elicit the needs of stakeholders to define and validate solutions that meet business needs, goals, or objectives.</li><li>Analyzes and synthesize information elicited from stakeholders, defines, and manages the plan to deliver requirements and documents, and manages requirements throughout the project life cycle.</li><li>Develop ETL (Extract, transform, load) process to help extract and manipulate data from multiple sources.</li><li>Reformulating or automating the existing data workflows to maximize their functioning and greater scalability.</li><li>Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and produce actionable business insights out of it.</li><li>Need to conduct complex data analysis and improve data quality and efficiency.</li><li>Develop models to create reporting infrastructure/dashboards for business process management and data mining.</li><li>Design Summary, Detail, and Dashboard reports and management summaries which present data findings in a professional, concise, and readable format appropriate for content and audience.</li><li>Solve ad-hoc requirements of Management related to data for critical decision making</li><li>Troubleshoot data inaccuracies, identify root causes, and take corrective action</li><li>Effectively communicate and translate quantity findings (Storytelling with data) inclusive of key insights and actionable recommendations to optimize performance</li><li>Optimize reports to ensure a responsive solution when visualizing vast amounts of data.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>5+ years of data engineering experience in ETL design, development, optimization &amp; testing using, Alteryx, Data Bricks, Cloud AWS Services, Python, SQL scripts,</li><li>5+ years of hands-on experience in business intelligence and in configuring, designing, and building visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and other BI tools (Tableau Prep, Tableau Dashboard, Tableau Server, Business Objects, Power BI, etc.)</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in performance tuning and optimization of ETL processes to enhance efficiency and minimize data processing time</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills to meet a critical deadline</li><li>Self-motivated, ability to prioritize work and multi-task across many assignments in a fast-paced work environment</li><li>Collaborated with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design data models, and implement scalable data architectures to support business analytics and reporting needs</li><li>Proven ability to work independently and with a team.</li><li>Ability to interpret technical or dashboard structure</li><li>Experience in business domains – supply chain, pricing, sales &amp; marketing, sales, finances</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Work independently on our client vacuum valves installation, troubleshooting, problem solving, maintenance and repairing on site/internal workshop.</li><li>Responds to customer calls; analyzes, and troubleshoots problems via phone, remote session or at customer site.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>On time and correctly report working activities and time duration with customer signature.</li><li>Keep good communication with customers at various levels (tool engineers, section managers etc.)</li><li>Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders relating to technical and service issues.</li><li>Conducting customer support meetings and ensuring regular communication with customers.</li><li>Follow up and feedback customer complaints.</li><li>Follow up customer open issues until it closed.</li><li>Response for our client quality information collection and quality problem report.</li><li>Provide technical problem solving and roots cause analysis report.</li><li>Ability to support customer for urgent request in weekend and holiday.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Assessing customers’ needs and advice the customers with regards to spare parts, preventive maintenance and retrofit possibilities.</li><li>Special projects and other duties as assigned.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Mechanical or electronic background with college degree or above.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of service experience in Cleanroom environment (Semiconductor or vacuum industry is preferred).</li><li>Strong skill of diagnosing, repairing and troubleshooting.</li><li>Strong business acumen and ability to identify opportunities within problems.</li><li>Be able to work independently under pressure and irregular hours.</li><li>Personal accountability, team player.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skill.</li><li>Goal achievement.</li><li>Willing and able to travel frequently within short notice. Be adapted to irregular over time work together with customer urgent need.</li><li>Able and comfortable to communicate in English, Chinese. And 1 other additional language is a plus. (Japanese or Korean).</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Participates in the engineering core team for projects from initial concept to production release in a timely, innovative manner.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient skills in the drawing and simulation tools ( CAD, Creo, ANSYS,...)to create and optimize design, especially good at structural design and innovation.</li><li>Providing engineering support of cable accessories including Lite and sustaining projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Technical understanding of power system products and related standards</li><li>Interprets related standards, analyzes data, creates test reports, and provides presentations.&nbsp;</li><li>Innovative, computer literate, low to moderate travel, power industry experience or equivalent essential.&nbsp;</li><li>Possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and drive projects to completion. failure analysis and improvement timely.</li><li>Coordinate with other functional and oversea regional teams (including EMEA, US and Asia...)for the technical development in order to achieve targeted cross functional project goals and schedule.</li><li>Daily system management and file management</li></ul> Requirements: Education, Technical Qualification &amp; Experience: <ul><li>Min. bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering related major. Graduated degree is prefer.</li><li>Good English communication skills, including listening, speaking and writing.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in power product development at least 5 years, especially cable accessory product development.&nbsp;</li><li>knowledge and experience of materials and production processes used in power products.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manages the Advance Manufacturing Process (AMP*) team in Asia Pacific comprised of experienced professionals and/or supervisors who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments.&nbsp;</li><li>Develops the organization to support AMP operational strategy, defines and implements operational plans, and has measurable impact on operating efficiencies and organizational objectives.</li><li>Responsible for project and compliance, assessing risk and compliance across the AMP function.&nbsp;</li><li>Analyzes and plans work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.&nbsp;</li><li>Develops and administers schedules and performance requirements and have budget planning and management responsibilities.&nbsp;</li><li>Performs staff responsibilities, including interviewing and performance management.&nbsp;</li><li>Builds and grow individuals and teams.</li><li>Frequently interacts with multiple organizational levels and interactions normally require the ability to gain cooperation of others.&nbsp;</li><li>Provides strategic leadership to foster growth of the business.&nbsp;</li><li>Provides input on resolving key issues that directly impact the AMP function.&nbsp;</li><li>Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.&nbsp;</li><li>Determines best course of action to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems.&nbsp;</li><li>Adapts/makes departures from traditional approaches to enhance quality or value in existing methods.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 12 years of related experience.</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical Engineering or related) required, Master’s preferred.</li><li>Broad Management, Technical and Project Experience with Deep Knowledge in Advance Manufacturing Process (* Manufacturing technology/capabilities development for Stamping, Plating, Assembly, Molding).</li><li>Fluent in English/Mandarin (read, write, and speak) is a must.</li><li>Competent knowledge with quality tools (FMEA, Six Sigma, DOE, 8D/Continuous Improvement), is a plus!</li><li>Broad project management process skill and experience</li><li>Practical application of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PPT, Project, &amp; Outlook).&nbsp;</li><li>Based in China-Qingdao mfg. site and willingness to travel up to 25% average.</li></ul>
