Responsibilities: <ul><li>Solutions engineer role is a highly customer-focused technical sales provides in-depth technical information and specific design/implementation mentorship to one customer in a dedicated manner.&nbsp;</li><li>This solutions engineer role provides a sophisticated architectural perspective across the company architecture portfolios, including software and services, demonstrating of the broad company portfolio.</li><li>He / She collaborates with the rest of the sales ecosystem on strategic and complex opportunities and coordinates additional resources (e.g. consulting specialists, demo labs, etc.) to recommend, develop, and propose appropriate customer solution and services offerings.&nbsp;</li><li>Design and architect cloud-based networking solutions tailored for AI workloads (e.g., data center fabrics, edge computing, high-speed interconnects).</li><li>Present and demo networking solutions tailored for cloud and AI scenarios.</li><li>Leverage AI and ML for network optimization, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance.</li><li>Looked to as a trusted technical advisor by the account team and customer allowing the systems engineer to identify company solution opportunities aligned to the customers business goals.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent</li><li>8-12 years field technical sales experience as a systems engineer/solutions architect or equivalent</li><li>Company product experience , pre-sales experience required.</li><li>Knowledge and strong operating experience in&nbsp;following areas of specialization: Compute hardware, HCI, Storage, backup, virtualization.</li><li>In-depth knowledge on Datacenter solutions like SDN, SDS, and compute hardware.</li><li>Knowledge of relevant solutions sets, product line specifications, performance criteria and applications.</li><li>Pro-active self-starter and innovator</li><li>Networking and relationship building skills</li><li>Phenomenal teammate</li><li>Consistent track record to focus and achieve goals</li><li>Perform daily with the highest degree of integrity</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills.</li></ul>

About role <ul><li>As a Manager, Embedded Software Engineering, you will be responsible for managing Platform developments requiring software development (embedded software, firmware) for the sensor products to grow the sensors portfolio serving the Industrial &amp; Medical markets.&nbsp;</li><li>This leader will build and lead a high-performing team of engineers that will engage with Global and Regional Engineering Teams in various Centers of Expertise all around the world.</li><li>The Manager, Embedded Software Engineering will engage and work with internal cross-functional engineering teams across the globe as well collaborate with internal and external technical partners of engineering teams/NPI teams. He/She will need to be comfortable, experienced, and adept working across time zones, geographical and organizational boundaries as well as ambiguity.</li><li>The Manager, Embedded Software Engineering will leverage a structured and systematic approach, applying best practices and Lean Product Development principles such as Front Loading, Risk Detection &amp; Countermeasures and Set Based Concurrent Engineering … all to ensure programs meet technical, performance &amp; product cost requirements, are completed on time and within the project budget.</li><li>The ideal candidate would be a highly experienced leader with vast experience developing and successfully delivering software in the industrial or medical markets, former Senior Design Engineer/Technologist, or a Senior Software Architect.&nbsp;</li><li>Also having experience of design for functional safety applications in Lean Product Development and DFSS frameworks, he/she can be proficient in IEC 61508 Functional Safety Standards. The Manager, Embedded Software Engineering, will bring know-how in CI/CD and highly efficient/automized agile developing processes&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Leading IMS Sensor software development team, mainly working on software architecture, System and Software Design, Software development, CI/CD and Testing. Analyzing and elicit stakeholder (internal/external) requirements to generate software requirement.</li><li>Leading all aspects of the software development life cycle:</li><li>Requirements capture</li><li>Feasibility study and architecture definition</li><li>Software design and implementation</li><li>Integration and unit/validation testing</li><li>Ensure the link between the SW architecture and the SW development</li><li>&nbsp;Facilitate collaboration with international development teams</li><li>Leader of the software project team to develop new products/processes using DFSS tools &amp; techniques and software metrics</li><li>He/She will have to perform architecture and requirement review, challenging their consistency, maturing change request, and analyzing their risks and impacts</li><li>Work with hardware and project team to propose the hardware / software roadmap for the future, enabling SIL and cost reduction. He/She will also work with test/qualification team to ensure all the defined software is well tracked and validated.</li><li>Work closely with software project management, product line engineering and quality teams.</li><li>Perform firmware safety-oriented analysis (IEC 61508)</li><li>Leverage structured new product development process and participate to stage gate frameworks</li><li>Anticipate and alleviate bottlenecks, identify and mitigate risks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs and be responsible to ensure every aspect of the project is properly and promptly executed.</li><li>Constantly assess what is working, what is not working, identify areas for improvement and consistently drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Continuous training of employees and drive the exchange of experience.</li><li>Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to team members creating a team mindset and culture that is aligned with our clients core values.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Above average engineering degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics/ Communication Engineering or related</li><li>12+ years of technical experience in delivering embedded software</li><li>Experience leading product development teams, ideally in cross-functional, multi-site environments and drive results in projects with multiple dependencies and constraints Excellent knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and hands on experience in C/C++ programming and modern agile SW toolsets</li><li>Experience in Microcontroller based system development (using ARM based microcontrollers)</li><li>Experience in wireless protocols LoRaWAN or LPWAN, MQTT, ZigBee, Bluetooth 5.1 supporting BLE protocol and IoT infrastructure</li><li>Expertise in secured bootloader</li><li>Expertise in UML / SYSML using Enterprise Architect or MathWorks System Composer</li><li>Expertise in SW-DFMEA</li><li>Experience with secure and safe coding standards for C/C++ (CERT SEI / MISRA C, etc.)</li><li>Good knowledge of Key Peripherals: ADC, GPIO, SPI, I2C, UART, etc.</li><li>Good experience in application lifecycle management as CodeBeamer</li><li>Good experience in configuration management (Git / Gitlab)</li><li>Good experience in continuous integration and continuous testing</li><li>Good experience in Vectors tools: CANoe / CANalyser</li><li>HW skills: Able to read HW schematics</li><li>Good knowledge on Software / Hardware debugging tools, Oscilloscopes, JTAG, Logic Analyzers</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualification: <ul><li>Functional Safety (SIL) Knowledge and Expertise</li><li>Experience in sensor technology</li><li>DFSS certification</li><li>LEAN development experiences</li><li>Power Management knowledge</li><li>Unified Diagnostic Services (UDS) knowledge</li><li>Python coding knowledge</li></ul>&nbsp;Motivation/Culture Fit: <ul><li>Result driven</li><li>Problem solving</li><li>Clear and concise communication</li><li>Passion for technology and innovation</li><li>Cross-Team Collaboration</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Testing Equipment/Measuring Tool Calibration, Management, and Maintenance <ul><li>To ensure the effectiveness and quality of testing equipment and measuring tools, participate in the calibration of testing devices and manage all testing equipment in the factory according to the testing equipment/measuring tool management standards.</li><li>Monitor the operational status of experimental equipment.</li><li>Develop calibration plans that translate national and customer calibration requirements into internal calibration guidelines and work instructions.</li><li>Assign identification numbers to all inspection equipment in the company.</li><li>Regularly calibrate equipment; contact external calibration agencies to assess their capabilities and perform external calibration on equipment that exceeds internal calibration capabilities to ensure accuracy.</li></ul> Cross-Section Sample Preparation / High-Frequency Testing Fixture Maintenance and Test Anomaly Analysis <ul><li>To ensure the accuracy of test results, assist testing engineers in analyzing and addressing anomalies in production and laboratory tests.</li><li>To assist ME/QC in confirming the terminal riveting process during production, prepare cross-section samples of terminals when testing technicians/engineers are off duty.</li><li>To ensure the accuracy of high-frequency testing, manage the preparation, maintenance, and management of high-frequency testing fixtures.</li></ul> Testing Equipment Safety Confirmation <ul><li>To ensure the safety of the testing equipment on-site, implement safety inspections and confirmations of the testing equipment in the field.</li></ul> Production and Maintenance of High-Frequency Testing Fixtures <ul><li>Assign identification numbers for all high-frequency testing fixtures on the production line for management and monitor their usage frequency. This includes the production and maintenance of all high-frequency testing fixtures on the production line, as well as the welding and fabrication of high-frequency fixtures for NPI products.</li></ul> Requirements: Education, Major, Work Experience: <ul><li>High school/vocational school or above</li><li>Over 1 year of testing experience in the electronics industry</li></ul> Skills Requirements: <ul><li>Good communication skills, sense of responsibility, analytical abilities</li></ul>
