Role Description: <ul><li>Conduct new equipment introduction (automation) and set the equipment Maintenance plan and machine operation instruction, support Process ME (Cable and Cable Assembly) team for the new product pilot run with the objective of meeting production requirements and ensure the machine stability on production within Engineering policies, procedures and systems.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Equipment Development Project Subject matter expert and work with vendors to develop, set up/debug automation machine; Timely feedback and solve the problem to ensure the progress of the project.</li><li>Programming &amp; Digitalization Provide automatic control equipment programming according to the production needs and provide digital solution to implement site digital factory projects to improve process control real time.</li><li>Trouble Shooting Problem identification and trouble-shooting a wide range of complex electrical problems for automation line and be responsible for the effective communication across the company.</li><li>Technical Guidance Line maintenance/change over together with/guiding the engineers and technicians to make sure automation machine run smoothly.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Automation or Electrical Engineering, familiar with electrical control theory and design.</li><li>At least 7+ years experience with automated machines maintenance and electrical design.</li><li>Familiar with Vision Inspection (Keyence/Cognex), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC),Pneumatics, sensors, motors and other motion control devices.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Test System Development: <ul><li>Provide hardware and software integration support for high-speed tester and function tester.</li><li>Optimize the testing system to improve the production efficiency.</li><li>Research potential products opportunities and conduct feasibility analysis and provide feedback to supervisor in order to meet business development requirements.</li></ul> Testing Result Data Statistic Analysis: <ul><li>Develop software for automation data process and trend analysis in order to provide accurate reports to meet customers requirement.</li></ul> EEPROM Programming System Support: <ul><li>Add new feature for the Nimshi software per the production requirement;</li><li>Support for new station setup and software update</li><li>Review new product EEPROM setup and work with PDE for issue solution in order to meet business development requirements.</li></ul> Electrical Testing Setup: <ul><li>Support for new product electrical testing setup and related failure analysis to meet business development requirements.</li></ul> People Training: <ul><li>Conduct trainings and deliver testing methods and software automation usage to engineer/technician for work efficiency improvement in order to improve team college skills.</li></ul> Testing Standard Review and Update: <ul><li>Review the initial setup for Bulk cable and cable assembly test standard limit; Update the EEPROM check script when new revision released to meet business development requirements.</li></ul> Laboratory Equipment Operation Methods and TPM: <ul><li>Review laboratory equipment operation methods and monitor high speed testing equipment operation in order to improve laboratory Equipment Operation efficiency.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor Degree in Electronic technology and science application major</li><li>Direct experience in product testing&nbsp;</li><li>Must have experience in Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) and Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) or similar</li><li>5 years high speed testing working experience</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>The Position has been created to lead a team of Mechanical Designers, Electrical Automation Engineers and Technicians of the Operations team to define the process and build the machines needed to make the new products in line with the strategy map and market demand.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for working with a team of engineers for new project launches. Coordination with different technology leads connected with new projects. Responsibilities: Project Timeline: <ul><li>Identify and align projects goals and scope with PJM and PM, and breakdown tasks of tooling/process developments and qualification</li><li>Make/align tooling development and qualification timeline, assign tasks to Ops team include tooling development, materials purchase</li><li>Track and manage core team to execute project progress based on committed project schedule</li></ul> Project Cost: <ul><li>Lead Ops to simulate sample cost and production cost to achieve project landing zone target, lead Ops to optimize launch cost to the best</li><li>Budget and control scrap cost though leverage design and manufacturing process to meet project target during NPI phase</li></ul> Project Execution: <ul><li>Guide capacity planning, materials sourcing and manpower to support all builds in the plant.</li><li>Oversee the progression of tooling/process development, identify bottleneck and issues, organize Ops team to improve those bottleneck and issues.</li><li>Oversee risks assessment in project execution, stay interlock with PJM to make multigation plan and conduct the planned activities in Ops.</li><li>Finalize the Safe Launch plan for the appropriate mix of product, tool capability and demand with the approval of the PjM, Quality, MDPE, and PjE. a. Lead Safe Launch team meetings to assure successful HVM startup and manufacturing process qualification for attainment of required metrics for successful G5 handoff.</li><li>Align the budget with Ops team with the tooling list provided by MPDE-A, control total capital spending against CER.</li><li>Lead and coordinate line setup to conduct LVM sample builds and coordinate HVM tool builds.</li><li>Lead Ops to make ramp up plan, include materials, operations and tool capacity ramp up, ensure manufacture team take over production control smoothly after G5.</li></ul> Product Sustaining: <ul><li>Product migration, as a receiving or sending leader to execute product move in or move out, including project timeline, investment, cost control, machine/material/manpower preparation, safety stock, safe launch, etc.</li><li>Lead product capacity analysis and expand it through re-investment per estimation.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor degree, engineering background is better</li><li>PMP certification preferred</li><li>At least 5 years related working experience in project management, 1~2 years experience in connector/cable/cable assembly is better</li></ul>
