Responsibilities: <ul><li>The Professional, Platform Engineering job maintains and partners to design and develop digital technology infrastructure to support information technology applications and services.</li><li>With limited supervision, this job collaborates with cross functional teams to implement new software features to meet user needs and business goals and upgrade existing platforms to improve performance and functionality through writing clean, efficient and scalable code and troubleshooting and debugging moderately complex issues.</li><li>This job also participates in code reviews to maintain high code quality and share knowledge with platform engineering team members.&nbsp;</li><li>SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT: Partners to design and develop high quality software solutions by writing clean, maintainable and efficient codes.&nbsp;</li><li>AUTOMATION: Applies internal software deployment platform, continuous integration or continuous delivery pipeline and twelve factor development methodology to automate the deployment process, ensuring smooth and reliable releases.</li><li>COLLABORATION: Partners with cross functional team of product managers, designers and other engineers to gather moderately complex requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.</li><li>TESTING &amp; DEBUGGING: Writes and maintains moderately complex unit tests and integration tests, and performs debugging to maintain the quality and performance of the software, applying test driven development as needed.</li><li>CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Identifies and suggests options for improving the software development and deployment processes, and implements the approved standards to improve efficiency and reliability.</li><li>DOCUMENTATION: Drafts and maintains comprehensive documentation for moderately complex software applications, deployment processes and system configurations.</li><li>TECHNICAL SUPPORT: Provides technical support and troubleshooting for moderately complex issues with deployed applications to ensure minimal downtime and fast resolution.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience.</li><li>Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.</li><li>Preferred Qualifications</li><li>Proficient in JavaScript, Java and Python</li></ul>

This job oversees the delivery against project planning and prioritization, coordinates collaboration with cross functional teams, and allocates resources effectively and efficiently.</li><li>The job also leads the team to implement best in class industry standards to continuously improve the development process&nbsp;</li><li>PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Oversees the implementation and delivery of software projects, including resource allocation, to ensure they are completed on time and within scope.</li><li>TECHNICAL GUIDANCE: Leads the team to apply internal software deployment platform, continuous integration or continuous delivery pipeline and twelve factor development methodology to automate the deployment process, ensuring smooth and reliable releases.</li><li>QUALITY ASSURANCE: Leads rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best in class industry standards to ensure the quality and performance of software applications.&nbsp;</li><li>PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Suggests continuous improvement initiatives and leads the implementation of approved standards to improve software development and deployment processes and operational excellence, applying test driven development as needed.</li><li>COLLABORATION: Coordinates collaboration with product managers, designers and other cross functional teams to gather requirements, set priorities and deliver resolutions to meet business objectives.</li><li>DOCUMENTATION: Leads and reviews the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation for software applications, deployment processes and system configurations.</li><li>TECHNICAL SUPPORT: Leads technical support and troubleshooting for deployed applications for minimal downtime and fast resolution of issues.</li><li>STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Maintains partnership with key internal and external stakeholders, understanding their needs and enabling effective communication to assure project alignment and success.</li><li>TEAM MANAGEMENT: Manages team members to achieve the organizations goals, by ensuring productivity, communicating performance expectations, creating goal alignment, giving and seeking feedback, providing coaching, measuring progress and holding people accountable, supporting employee development, recognizing achievement and lessons learned, and developing enabling conditions for talent to thrive in an inclusive team culture.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience.</li><li>Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.</li><li>Supervisor experience in software engineering.</li></ul>

Ensures employees adhere to HACCP, FDA and safety regulations and compliance with company policies and procedures.Trains and monitors employees on proper work procedures and production of products to ensure maximum productivity with minimum labor and food expenses.Assists in the development and training of cooks as required.Prepares administrative reports as required.Ensures maximum productivity and labor costs are maintained according to financial requirements. Monitors daily manpower planning and employee turnover. Responsible for employee retention.Ensures meal cycles are communicated in a timely and accurate basis. Monitor yields of products to ensure maximum usage.Works with management staff to improve performance of the unit.Ensures Menu presentations are properly planned, set up, and specifications reviewed to ensure compliance.Maintains labor requirements, food costs, overtime, and all productivity requirements.Must ensure all cooks, and Sous Chef employees have the skill and ability to perform all cooking and food preparation requirements of all the Airline Accounts serviced in the Unit.Ensures all products are cooked at required temperature according to airline and food safety specification, etc.Responsible for coaching, counseling and preparing corrective action for employees.Completes all company required training including but not limited to ServSafe Sanitation Manager Certification.Requirements:Education:Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in the Culinary Arts or a related field, (formal culinary education) required or at least 4 years of experience in an Executive Chef role.Work Experience:Minimum 10 years of experience as a Chef required.Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Executive Chef required.Minimum of 1-3 years of supervisory experience working in a high volume, manufacturing, food production, and restaurant or catering environment required.In-flight catering experience or experience in a high-volume food service environment required.Halal: 5 years of experience required.ServSafe Certified preferred.
