Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage Uninterruptable Power Supply UPS project works, and ensure projects are delivered and commissioned to agreed scope, time, cost and quality to meet the clients expectations.</li><li>Manage customer relationships and expectations through timely responses to queries and requests throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Manage project specific documentation including commissioning and site acceptance test SAT scope of works, project SWMS and project schedules.</li><li>Manage project technical documentation including detailed drawings, single line diagrams, specifications, technical guides and installation manuals while managing approval process with clients.</li><li>Attend regular site visits, review site conditions to ensure smooth product delivery, installation and testing and commissioning.</li><li>Manage third party contractors and suppliers relationships, ensure competitive pricing is obtained with best possible outcome.</li><li>Manage forecasting project delivery and invoicing with sales administration and forecasting commissioning and SAT dates and booking service technicians with services team and third party contractors.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education Background: Bachelors (MBA Preferred)</li><li>Working Experience: 3-5 Years of Channel Sales or Business Development Management</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Executing Hiring Strategies <ul><li>Collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and Business teams to understand short- and long-term hiring needs.</li><li>Develop hiring plans, agreed Global SLAs are aligned with the Business Goals</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging hiring practices &amp; tool</li></ul> Talent Sourcing &amp; Pipeline Development <ul><li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for various key roles such as NPD, NPI, PDE, MPDE and many more.</li><li>Develop and implement innovative hiring strategies using Market intelligence &amp; Talent Mapping tools.</li><li>Leverage a mix of sourcing channels: Internal/External career sites, Social Media Hiring such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook etc., Job Boards such as JobStreet, Monster</li><li>Familiar with hiring tools such as HireEz, ZoomInfo.&nbsp;Leverage employee referrals, and University hiring</li></ul> Employer Branding &amp; Candidate Engagement <ul><li>Position the company as an employer of choice in the Engineering, Tech and manufacturing space.</li><li>Create content and campaigns targeting industry professional (e.g., webinars, blog posts, meetups, TechEvents)</li><li>Craft compelling job descriptions and recruitment materials tailored for manufacturing, Production and Engineering professionals</li></ul> Full-Cycle Recruitment <ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers &amp; compensation negotiation and onboarding</li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.</li><li>Implement structured interview processes, including technical assessments</li></ul> Stakeholder Management <ul><li>Act as the primary liaison between candidates and internal stakeholders</li><li>Provide regular hiring updates, metrics, and insights to leadership</li></ul> Data-Driven Recruiting <ul><li>Use analytics to track sourcing effectiveness, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and pipeline health.</li><li>Ensure Global Hiring Metrics, SLA and targets are aligned and achieved</li><li>Publish Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Qtrly reports on the efforts and progress</li><li>Optimize hiring funnel using recruitment metrics and KPI</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Role based in Bangkok, visit Bangkok office (Corp office) and Chachoengsao (Automotive plant )- visit 1-2 times a week, travel allowance will be provided to go to plant</li><li>Min 3 years experience in recruitment.</li><li>Should be hands on recruiting Engineering, Manufacturing &amp; Production roles</li><li>NO visa sponsorship / relocation for this role</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>In charge of tax compliance execution for Thailand, Singapore, India and other countries or cities.&nbsp;</li><li>The scope includes but not limited to designing and timely reviewing tax reporting, tax forecast, and budget process, and etc.</li><li>Work with cross functions (i.e. FP&amp;A, Global tax) to set up tax forecast and budget, and monitor and adjust (if applicable) it on monthly basis.</li><li>Be responsible for tax-related data collection and analysis (i.e. Tax Burden Ration on both P&amp;L and cash basis, Margin, and Transfer Price, etc.) and outstanding problems / questions resolution in order to 1) increase tax efficiency; 2) mitigate tax risk; and 3) accurate tax forecast or budget.&nbsp;</li><li>Independently manage internal tax health check, and provide proposal &amp;advice to reduce compliance risk.</li><li>Lead transfer price strategy setting up for both domestic and cross-border transaction for all countries and cities in SSEA.&nbsp;</li><li>Design detail transfer price plan (I.e. mark-up rate, sales price, transaction flow, etc.) for each affiliates and each transfection types, and ensure the success of implementation.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare transfer price documentations to support the strategy and plan.&nbsp;</li><li>As internal consultant to provide tax guidance to related functions (e.g. supply chain finance, GL).&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor the tax status and position on monthly basis, and handle challenges, questions and tax audits (if any) from each level of tax authorities.&nbsp;</li><li>Establish or maintain the good relationship with Finance Bureau, Tax Bureau, and other government authorities.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage and coordinate with external consultants.&nbsp;</li><li>Support AEM tax lead in coordination with global tax team to keep consistent tax strategy between local and global.&nbsp;</li><li>Support global tax team for tax return or provision preparation for other jurisdictions from compliance perspective.</li><li>Lead complicated applications such as tax exemption / reduction / deferral application, cross-border double tax treaty application, tax liquidation application, tax audit defense, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>and make achievements.&nbsp;</li><li>Proactively seek benefit such as government incentives for group from not only tax perspective.&nbsp;</li><li>Propose suggestions or ideas for any improvement or projects, and lead the implementation to make it happen.&nbsp;</li><li>Work together with AEM tax lead to plan annual tax projects. Lead feasibility study by leveraging consulting reassure. Land the execution from end to end</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Smart and honest. Responsibilities: Strategy Development &amp; Execution: <ul><li>Develop &amp; execute a Channel strategies for strategic channels, namely QSR, FSR, Hotels which should be aligned to the overall strategy of Foodservice SSEAHK.</li><li>Define NPD and L&amp;L opportunities that we can bring to our key customers in these respective channels.</li><li>Ensure business processes are in place to support the tools required to execute against the channel/customer strategies.</li></ul> Customer Management: <ul><li>Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, decision makers with regional key customers in SSEA.</li><li>Create and drive JVP with regional Key Accounts like Jollibee, Burger King, McDonalds, Subway, etc., aligned to our strategic ambition.</li><li>Develop Key Account Management program for local country sales teams (including distributors).</li><li>Lead &amp; directly execute QSR/FSR/Hotel plans from International Zone Foodservice.</li><li>Liaise with International Zone Foodservice for global QSR contracts, participate &amp; negotiate contracts with QSR tenders.</li><li>Drive value-creation initiatives/solutions with QSR/FSR/Hotel Key Accounts (e.g. insight-drive menu ideation).</li><li>Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, strategies, consumer/market insights, and business drivers and use these to develop clear customer account plans that are aligned with commercial targets (e.g. NSV, CMA).</li></ul> Financial: <ul><li>Achieve NSV &amp; CCMA objectives in the AOP.</li><li>Effectively manage D&amp;A &amp; A&amp;P allowances to yield the highest NSV.</li><li>Ensure Strategic channels QSR FSR Hotels are achieving its sell-out targets in core countries – PH, TH, HK, MY, SG.</li></ul> Supply Chain: <ul><li>Manage NPD and L&amp;L opportunities for strategic channels (QSR, FSR, Hotel) in SSEAHK.</li></ul> Market Intelligence: <ul><li>Set up systems to ensure best in class sales intelligence (market, competitor activity) is gathered and analysed by Foodservice Marketing for inclusion in the S&amp;OP process.</li></ul> Leadership, Organization, &amp; Team Development: <ul><li>Create/enhance the Channel Management programs for key accounts.</li><li>Train and develop local sales team in core countries on key account management and execution of channel strategies.</li></ul> Requirements: Education: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business discipline.</li><li>Fluent in both spoken and written in English.</li><li>Industry Experience&nbsp;</li><li>At least 10 years sales experiences in multinational FMCG with at least 5 years of Key Account Management experience in the QSR/FSR/Hotel channel.</li><li>Experience in any 1 other country is mandatory</li></ul> Technical/Functional Expertise: <ul><li>Strong skills in Key Account Management.</li><li>Proficient in Foodservice trading terms.</li><li>Results driven.
