Role Description: <ul><li>This role delivers recruitment activities for the supported population, engaging with People Managers to understand their requirements and driving the end-to-end recruitment process. </li><li>The TA Advisor partners with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide an excellent candidate and People Manager experience. </li><li>Specialized expertise in local market knowledge, most effective sourcing channels, industry networks, and competitive landscapes to drive efficiency in recruitment process; As part of a BU Squad liaises with BU TA Lead and BU People Experience Lead to ensure recruitment service delivery is in line with overall Employee Lifecycle practices within the BU.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide specialist technical expertise to lead both proactive and reactive Recruitment activities in accordance with policies, standard operating procedures and guidelines</li><li>Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with the People Manager and People Lead providing market insights and accountable for candidate experience, including tracking, assessment, feedback and offer (for externals) and assists with internal offers as needed</li><li>Work with People Managers to establish business requirements and to determine applicant requirements, leads and coaches managers throughout process to drive identification, selection and landing of best talent</li><li>Work with TA Coordinator to deliver the end-to-end recruitment process for candidates</li><li>Source the best candidates for vacancies using range of mediums and channels- owning the creation and execution of a sourcing strategy to generate both active and passive talent for current and future vacancies</li><li>Act as a candidate relationship manager during hiring processes for immediate needs while proactively building talent pools for future hiring needs and provide high-touch support for key Recruitment moments that matter to candidates and hiring</li><li>Collaborate with BU Talent Acquisition Lead an/or TA Lead to understand and implement processes, drive continuous improvement and provide quality service. Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Develop and maintain visually consistent and attractive designs that showcase the organization’s culture, values, and work environment.&nbsp;</li><li>This includes materials for recruitment campaigns, social media, and other branding platforms.</li><li>Create visually compelling content such as social media posts, banners, infographics, and recruitment materials.</li><li>Produce and edit engaging videos that highlight employee experiences, company events, and the work environment.</li><li>Work with internal teams to ensure design and video content aligns with recruitment needs.</li><li>Implement creative concepts based on existing strategies, focusing on delivering high-quality visual materials.</li><li>Handle multiple design projects, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and meet the quality standards of the HR and Employer Branding teams.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in Marketing, Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field, with 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role or project.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro).</li><li>Strong portfolio with examples of graphic design and video content.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>The Head of Content Strategy is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives, enhances brand presence, and engages target audiences.</li><li>This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership to drive content initiatives across multiple regional audiences and channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing platforms.&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Strategic Planning: Work with marketing and leadership across asset classes and the client group to develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with business goals, fundraising goals, audience needs, and industry trends.</li><li>Manage content planning, production, calendar &amp; workflow: Oversee editorial planning, project briefs, deadlines, process and production schedules to ensure timely publishing of all materials.</li><li>Supervise the creation of high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various channels, including whitepapers, articles, blogs, videos, social media, emails, and event-related presentations.</li><li>Supervise the creation of all fund-related content including fact sheets, pitchbooks, elevator pitches, Q&amp;As, case studies, and asset videos.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Launch and lead the firm’s Content Committee to enhance the governance over design, prioritization, review, production and distribution of content.</li><li>Work closely with marketing, investments, design, and sales teams to ensure content supports broader business objectives. Distribution &amp; Optimization: Oversee timely posting and delivery of content across relevant internal and external platforms including internal content library, video library, investor portals, and public website.</li><li>Communicate proactively with business and sales partners to maximize awareness and usage of materials.</li><li>Collaborate with digital and marketing teams to optimize content for search visibility and performance.&nbsp;</li><li>Reporting &amp; Analytics: Track competitor strategies, measure content performance across the media mix, track and assess audience engagement across regions and channels; proactively communicate and report to internal partners and use learnings to inform and refine the firm’s content strategy. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of content managers, writers and content creators; utilize freelancers as needed. Compliance: ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory guidelines as well as firm standards for branding and tone.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; Qualifications and Requirements&nbsp; <ul><li>10+ years of experience in editorial leadership roles in financial media/publishing or asset management.</li><li>Strong grasp of the capital markets including alternative investments, institutional and wealth market segments.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication, editing and storytelling skills.</li><li>Strong ability to manage people, process and projects.</li><li>Ability to build strong relationships and influence individuals at multiple levels throughout the organization.</li><li>Experience working across multiple print and digital mediums and working with multi-channel content distribution.</li><li>Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and analytics platforms, including AI-driven and content automation tools</li></ul>

Overview:The Brand Content Specialist will assist with the development of brand communication materials across channels (brand retail, indirect retail, consumer coaches, etc.) for our smoke free product line . Responsibilities:Support the content creation team in the execution, production and trans-creation of materials needed to support omni-channel communication such as point-of-sale materials, consumer event collateral, LAMP (legal age meeting place) materials, etc. Coordinate transcreation of various creative assets and supervise work done by external transcreation agency, to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.Support supervisor in evaluating agency creative work and production process. Collaborate with procurement and production agencies to deliver prototypes and final production specifications prior to go-to-market.Conduct agency briefings with the support of Brand Manager Content to develop creative materials; align with internal stakeholders on specific channel needs and gather feedback on creative materials prior to production.Collaborate across functions - brand marketing, consumer experience, digital, portfolio and channels team to ensure communication materials needs are met. Manage timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines.Assist with presentation development, including internal management presentations, internal approval meetings (e.g. pre-market review group), pitch decks and company-wide events presentations (e.g. national sales meeting, launch event, etc.)Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, English, Public Relations, or Advertising. 3 or more years of experience in similar positions, either on client or agency side.Strong communication and collaboration skills. Able to juggle multiple priorities and deliver against tight deadlines.
