Role Description: <ul><li>The Head of Content Strategy is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives, enhances brand presence, and engages target audiences.</li><li>This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership to drive content initiatives across multiple regional audiences and channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing platforms.&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Strategic Planning: Work with marketing and leadership across asset classes and the client group to develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with business goals, fundraising goals, audience needs, and industry trends.</li><li>Manage content planning, production, calendar &amp; workflow: Oversee editorial planning, project briefs, deadlines, process and production schedules to ensure timely publishing of all materials.</li><li>Supervise the creation of high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various channels, including whitepapers, articles, blogs, videos, social media, emails, and event-related presentations.</li><li>Supervise the creation of all fund-related content including fact sheets, pitchbooks, elevator pitches, Q&amp;As, case studies, and asset videos.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Launch and lead the firm’s Content Committee to enhance the governance over design, prioritization, review, production and distribution of content.</li><li>Work closely with marketing, investments, design, and sales teams to ensure content supports broader business objectives. Distribution &amp; Optimization: Oversee timely posting and delivery of content across relevant internal and external platforms including internal content library, video library, investor portals, and public website.</li><li>Communicate proactively with business and sales partners to maximize awareness and usage of materials.</li><li>Collaborate with digital and marketing teams to optimize content for search visibility and performance.&nbsp;</li><li>Reporting &amp; Analytics: Track competitor strategies, measure content performance across the media mix, track and assess audience engagement across regions and channels; proactively communicate and report to internal partners and use learnings to inform and refine the firm’s content strategy. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of content managers, writers and content creators; utilize freelancers as needed. Compliance: ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory guidelines as well as firm standards for branding and tone.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; Qualifications and Requirements&nbsp; <ul><li>10+ years of experience in editorial leadership roles in financial media/publishing or asset management.</li><li>Strong grasp of the capital markets including alternative investments, institutional and wealth market segments.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication, editing and storytelling skills.</li><li>Strong ability to manage people, process and projects.</li><li>Ability to build strong relationships and influence individuals at multiple levels throughout the organization.</li><li>Experience working across multiple print and digital mediums and working with multi-channel content distribution.</li><li>Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and analytics platforms, including AI-driven and content automation tools</li></ul>

Overview:The Brand Content Specialist will assist with the development of brand communication materials across channels (brand retail, indirect retail, consumer coaches, etc.) for our smoke free product line . Responsibilities:Support the content creation team in the execution, production and trans-creation of materials needed to support omni-channel communication such as point-of-sale materials, consumer event collateral, LAMP (legal age meeting place) materials, etc. Coordinate transcreation of various creative assets and supervise work done by external transcreation agency, to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.Support supervisor in evaluating agency creative work and production process. Collaborate with procurement and production agencies to deliver prototypes and final production specifications prior to go-to-market.Conduct agency briefings with the support of Brand Manager Content to develop creative materials; align with internal stakeholders on specific channel needs and gather feedback on creative materials prior to production.Collaborate across functions - brand marketing, consumer experience, digital, portfolio and channels team to ensure communication materials needs are met. Manage timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines.Assist with presentation development, including internal management presentations, internal approval meetings (e.g. pre-market review group), pitch decks and company-wide events presentations (e.g. national sales meeting, launch event, etc.)Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, English, Public Relations, or Advertising. 3 or more years of experience in similar positions, either on client or agency side.Strong communication and collaboration skills. Able to juggle multiple priorities and deliver against tight deadlines.
