Role Description: <ul><li>The Trade Finance Officer will be responsible for supporting the company’s trade finance operations to ensure timely and accurate execution of import and export transactions.</li><li>The role involves preparing and processing trade finance instruments, coordinating with banks and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with established policies and international trade regulations.</li><li>The role requires strong expertise in letters of credit (LCs), bank guarantees, documentary collections, and other trade finance instruments.</li></ul> Responsibilities Trade Finance Operations: <ul><li>Support the end-to-end processing of trade finance transactions, including Letters of Credit (LCs), guarantees, collections, and other trade products.</li><li>Prepare and review trade documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with UCP 600, Incoterms, and international trade regulations.</li><li>Liaise with banks, suppliers, and internal departments to facilitate the issuance, amendment, and settlement of LCs and guarantees.</li><li>Track and monitor trade finance transactions and facility utilization to ensure timely execution and effective liquidity management.</li></ul> Import Letter of Credit: <ul><li>Preparation &amp; submission of LC Application as per shared PFI, agreed trade terms, and LC draft</li><li>Carrying out Trade Finance Compliance and Due Diligence checks before issuance of LC</li><li>Liaise with banks and suppliers to process LC documentation, amendments, and confirmations as required.</li></ul> Export Letter of Credit: <ul><li>Issue Proforma Invoices (PFIs) to Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) allocated under the PBPA bid or carrying vessel.</li><li>Share LC drafts and a list of confirming banks with OMCs to ensure the LC is workable and aligned with the applicable UCP version.</li><li>Verify the availability of confirming banks within approved limits before proceeding.</li></ul> Cash Flow &amp; Working Capital Management: <ul><li>Support the optimization of cash flow by accurately processing and tracking trade finance transactions in line with working capital objectives.</li><li>Monitor collections, supplier payments, and financing requirements related to trade operations to ensure timely execution.</li><li>Coordinate with the Treasury team to provide trade-related inputs for liquidity planning and forex management.</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications &amp; Experience:Education Qualification <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.</li></ul> Professional Qualification <ul><li>Strong knowledge of trade finance instruments, UCP 600, Incoterms, and cross-border&nbsp;payments.</li><li>3–5 years of experience in trade finance, corporate banking, or treasury.</li><li>Experience in liaising with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory.</li><li>Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and trade finance platforms.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Mapping the current universe of regional products.</li><li>Range-planning for regional products: Identifying the gaps in the current universe, based on customer, community understanding as well as competitive indexing.</li><li>Accordingly, planning for product introduction for ensuring that these product gaps are filled.</li><li>Collaborating with the regional vendors to ensure the development of products to fill the product gap happens on a regular &amp; timely basis.</li><li>Wherever required, work closely with the Responsible Sourcing teams for the timely onboarding on relevant and capable vendor partners.</li><li>Review of product performance and decision making on product- continuation.</li><li>Engaging closely with the Retail stores for driving decisions on range expansion/discontinuation.</li><li>To introduce the right regional products by generating an in-depth understanding of cultural, ritualistic and community- specific requirements for jewelry and by undertaking extensive indexing of relevant competition.</li><li>On this basis to work closely with the Cluster management and the regional teams for determining the appropriate sales plan and the supporting assortment plans.</li><li>This role will also be responsible for identifying regionally relevant products or categories that can be imbued with Client signature and promoted as such.</li><li>As a part of the WiMI programme, this role will also work closely with the regional DEC and the Cluster management teams on the development of regionally relevant, marketed collections aligned to regional marketing calendar.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: Relevant Experience: <ul><li>10 -15 years with experience in Sourcing or Product development or Design or Merchandising. functions with National or Regional jewelry brands.</li><li>Prior work in the jewelry sector and a thorough understanding of regional nuances is a must.</li><li>Category management experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Business acumen.&nbsp;</li><li>Analytical ability.</li><li>Vendor management experience.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Supervise the AR &amp; Collections team with 2-7 direct reports, providing leadership, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment to drive performance and professional development.</li><li>Contribute to the development and implementation policies and procedures for the AR&amp; Collections process, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals and risk management strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and operations, to optimize the AR&amp; Collections process and enhance overall performance.</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements related to accounts receivable and collections.</li><li>Prepare and present comprehensive reports on AR &amp; Collections performance, providing insights into outstanding balances, cash flow, and collection effectiveness to senior management.</li><li>Act as a key point of contact for escalated issues related to accounts receivable and collections, facilitating resolutions and maintaining strong customer relationships.</li><li>Monitor the performance of the AR &amp; Collections function, implementing strategies to improve collection rates and reduce days sales outstanding (DSO).</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>4 -7 years of experience in AR &amp; Collection.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate reports.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines</li><li>Strong leadership and people management skills</li><li>Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Reconcile payments from Partner &amp; Direct customer accounts, and to streamline financial processes and systems, and report inconsistencies to the manager, identifying potential collectors and report partners with inconsistent payment track, streamlining the collectables.&nbsp;</li><li>Strengthen and grow relationships with partners or direct customers by timely communicating regarding due accounts. Timely statement and weekly follow-ups in order to avoid delays.</li><li>Determine areas for performance improvement to help streamline the accounts receivable process.</li><li>Adhere to local and national financial regulations and report financial information with honesty and confidentiality</li><li>Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.</li><li>Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation before payment.</li><li>Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger.</li><li>Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients through Physical visits, telephone, and email.</li><li>Prepare analytical and ratio analyses relevant to A/R so management can gain a better understanding of how collection efforts are progressing.</li><li>Support other accounting and finance team members, inventory management, and cost accounting.</li></ul> Requirements:﻿ <ul><li>Education – Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience related to accounts receivable/payable</li><li>Markets – Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Core Competencies - Credit Management &amp; Control, Debt Collection &amp; Management, Report generation, and MIS Reporting.
