Responsibilities: New Business Development: <ul><li>Drive and secure new business in assigned territory/portfolio/segment</li><li>Be the developer of strong customer accounts, focusing on value proposition and sustainable relationships.</li><li>Identify good market opportunities and collaborate with innovation team in ensuring the right solution for our customers and target market</li><li>Be proactive in understanding the competitive environment, implement ways to protect and grow our business.</li></ul> Key Account Management: <ul><li>Be the focal point of contact to our key clients portfolio, ensuring their business and needs are managed professionally.</li><li>Work cross-functionally across Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, Finance, Operations, Customer Service teams to develop and execute on the client strategies in a collaborative way that maximizes the outcomes.</li><li>Deliver key account growth through continuous value-add solution selling and delighting customers via solid KAM management and keeping their service level targets.</li><li>Research and plan opportunities through promotion of right product portfolio, with the aim of continually advancing sales and improve operating profit.</li><li>Create and maintain Tobacco client strategy and price lists under guidance of the line manager</li><li>Involve him/herself fully in the category planning / customer planning process, and deliver actions agreed.</li><li>Ensure all company sales processes and tools are used effectively in the region.</li></ul> Other Commercial Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and implement best practices for regional account planning, budgeting, forecasting and pipeline management.</li><li>Engage in and encourage cooperation across all company functional teams</li><li>Prepare reports for meetings, presentations, forecasting, budgeting, sales analysis and strategic planning activities.</li><li>Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and supply chain developments, proactively engage and educate our customers and building an engaging relationship with the market.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>At least 10 years’ experience in Sales/Commercial/Business Development roles</li><li>Experience in the tobacco or consumer goods industry is an advantage.</li><li>Aggressive and tenacious in solution selling within a B2B technical sales environment.</li><li>Possess proven experience with sales &amp; business development through sharp hunting capabilities.</li><li>Track record with regional market development &amp; new product implementation will be plus.</li><li>Experience in account management and team working within a B2B technical sales environment.</li><li>Familiarity with sales performance tools &amp; salesforce CRM tools would be relevant</li><li>Conversant with all Microsoft Office applications, Tableau and Power BI would be an added advantage</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving market trends and customer needs.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customers.</li><li>Must be proficient in English and Chinese.</li><li>International travel is required including Southeast Asia countries such as Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, Cambodia &amp; Thailand</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Drive year-over-year sales growth within the assigned North Italy territory</li><li>Develop and execute strategic sales plans for residential HVAC OEM customers</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers across customer organisations</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts</li><li>Promote sustainable and low-GWP refrigerant solutions (e.g. CO2, R290, A2L)</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams across sales, engineering, and product management</li><li>Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting</li><li>Deliver customer presentations and value-based selling approaches</li><li>Manage full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to deal closure</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development</li><li>Experience within HVAC, refrigeration, or residential heating/cooling markets preferred</li><li>Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage complex sales cycles</li><li>Ability to develop and execute territory and account strategies</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Ability to work across different cultures and manage regional accounts</li><li>Fluency in English and Italian preferred</li></ul>

&nbsp;Reponsibilities: <ul><li>Drive HVAC/HVACR sales growth by managing key customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and end users across the Philippines market.</li><li>Promote our client cooling and refrigeration solutions through customer engagement, solution selling, project coordination, and regular site/client visits to build a strong sales pipeline.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to support quotations, project follow-ups, and customer requirements while achieving sales targets and business objectives.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 10 years of sales experience.</li><li>At least 3-5 years of experience in HVACR industry.</li><li>Candidate should have strong exposure to HVACR sales and customer management.</li></ul>
