Job Purpose: <ul><li>A Senior Accounting Manager is a key finance leader responsible for overseeing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and managing financial reporting processes. </li><li>This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity of financial records, optimizing accounting procedures, and supporting business decision-making.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.</li><li>Maintain compliance with tax regulations, audits, and other financial reporting requirements.</li><li>Supervise daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.</li><li>Implement and improve internal controls to safeguard company assets.</li><li>Ensure proper reconciliation of accounts and financial accuracy.</li><li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.</li><li>Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management.</li><li>Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.</li><li>Manage and mentor accounting staff, ensuring professional growth and performance.</li><li>Establish accounting policies and procedures to enhance team efficiency.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.</li><li>Coordinate with external auditors for annual financial audits.</li><li>Ensure adherence to internal and external audit requirements.</li><li>Identify and mitigate financial risks through strong accounting practices.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for financial analysis and decision support.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Ability to present financial insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Languages: English/Indonesia</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Logistics analyst role specifically focused on transportation/logistics data, not a logistics operations position.</li><li>The position reports to the Logistics Manager.</li><li>Part of a team that includes Logistics Analysts and Planning Analysts.</li><li>Review, monitor, analyze &amp; report the critical transportation milestones from booking through to final delivery</li><li>Analyze transport data to drive service level improvements</li><li>Proactively identify, resolve and report any transportation issues or delays in coordination with transportation service providers</li><li>Pro-active communication of transportation-related risks, including supply chain disruptions, environmental delays, and geopolitical factors</li><li>Collaborate with Regional Transportation Teams to drive initiatives aimed at enhancing overall transit time performance</li><li>Collect, analyze, and report key transportation metrics, including on-time delivery and transit times, to evaluate performance and detect trends</li><li>Assist in maintaining accurate data within control tower systems, ensuring smooth updates on transportation movements and potential disruptions using freight forwarder reports and BN4L-generated reports</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Strong data analysis skills.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills are must-have, including Excel macros.</li><li>Background in logistics, transportation, or import/export data.</li><li>Good communication skills are required due to frequent interaction with global stakeholders.</li></ul>
