Role Description: <ul><li>The overall purpose of the Assistant Treasury Manager is to conduct analysis on various investment opportunities, prepare Treasury MIS and reporting, support Chief Treasury Officer towards maximizing value creation, funds management, debt raising and support on KYC, risk and compliance.&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities: Liquidity and Asset Management <ul><li>Identifying opportunities for Equities and Bond Investment for Treasury Entity</li><li>Identifying opportunities for Equities and Bond Investment for Family Office Entity</li><li>Analyze and monitor investment activities within the Group and Family Office with a view towards efficient allocation of capital.</li></ul> Treasury MIS and Reporting <ul><li>Prepare the monthly, quarterly and annual treasury &amp; investments reports.</li><li>Compilation on Monthly Treasury Newsletter</li><li>Integration of Treasury MIS with EPM</li><li>Engage with Business Units for compiling project wise Data rooms covering key information for each project.</li></ul> Risk &amp; Compliance Management <ul><li>Assist&nbsp;in the development, implementation and maintenance of policies &amp; procedures covering all aspects of Treasury &amp; Asset Management activities.</li><li>Manage all financial risk exposures for the group including foreign exchange, interest rate, commodities and sovereign risk through proper hedging and other strategies.</li><li>Ensure that the Group is compliant with policies including management of Group financial risks related to interest rates, commodities, and forex.</li></ul> Banking relationships &amp; Debt raising <ul><li>Supporting in Bank account opening, KYC and relationship management</li><li>Manage relationship with UAE based banks.</li><li>Manage funding requirements of various business units through existing and new debt facility arrangements.</li><li>Manage facility Covenants.</li></ul> Internal and External Stakeholder Management <ul><li>Liaise with senior management, operational staff, company bankers and management teams of potential investment targets.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality when dealing with company funds and managing substantial investments &amp; capital projects.</li></ul> Requirements: Knowledge, Skills &amp; Experience Required for this Role﻿<ul><li>Degree in Finance; Post-graduate level qualification is preferable (MSc, MBA).</li><li>CFA and/or ACT qualification would be a plus.</li><li>A minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in Treasury and/or Asset Management, ideally with exposure to EMEA region.</li><li>Prior corporate Treasury and/or Asset Management experience in a multinational company is preferred.</li><li>Should have access to banks to develop new banking relationships.</li><li>Strong understanding of equity, debt, FX, commodity markets and interest rate markets.</li><li>Ability to model company valuations through various generally acceptable methodologies.</li><li>Prior exposure to managing financial risk in emerging markets.</li><li>Strong understanding of derivative instruments and commodity products.</li><li>Experience with international reporting and knowledge of IFRS reporting with strong experience in Hedge Accounting.</li><li>Prior experience in Treasury systems implementation would be a plus.</li><li>Written and oral fluency in English.</li><li>Fluency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.&nbsp;Knowledge of VBA would be a plus.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Management of finance team to ensure delivery of timely, accurate monthly accounts, preparation of the financial pack and KPIs.</li><li>The key focus will be to drive financial and business improvements in the Filter Products manufacturing site and to act as a business partner to the local GM and management team.</li><li>Support is also required for the local Distribution business.</li><li>Review site month end financials, prepare variance analysis with supporting commentary consolidate for the Hungary region.</li><li>Drive site Gross margin and Non-productive spend initiatives.</li><li>Prepare and review customer and product analysis (pricing, revenue and margin).</li><li>Drive working capital improvements including cash collection and inventory management.</li><li>Ensure that standard costs are maintained and implemented across the product range in the Filter Products manufacturing site.</li><li>Review site control files and trial balances to ensure no financial risk to the business and instil robust financial controls.</li><li>Ensure that all sites comply with the Filtrona Accounting Manual (EAM).</li><li>To support the businesses in the preparation of the annual Plan and quarterly forecasts for the region and associated presentations and packs.</li><li>Review of all capex appraisals pre sign off and follow up on actual spend v plan.</li><li>Attend and present the financials at the monthly operational reviews.</li><li>Legal and banking signatory for the Filter Products business and sign off monthly payroll run.</li><li>Review monthly FX hedging forecasts and submissions to Group Treasury</li><li>Deal with Group, SBU and Regional FD requests</li><li>Lead the preparation for the Hungarian internal and external audits.</li><li>Develop staff and identify training needs within the team. Document standard procedures.</li><li>Keeping the HSE-, fire safety- and hygiene rules, wearing the relevant personal protective equipment.</li><li>During the daily work meeting the expectations of the Integrated Management System regulations.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Educated to degree level (potentially in Finance, Accounting, or Economics); professional accounting qualification.</li><li>10 years PQ experience within a manufacturing environment is essential.</li><li>High level of numeracy and IT literate (Excel/PowerPoint).</li><li>Excellent English written and oral communication skills.</li><li>Audit background</li><li>ERP system knowledge</li><li>Project management knowledge and experience</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Accurately process trade finance transactions, including Letters of Credit (LC), Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC), Documentary Collections, and Trade Loans.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate execution of trade finance transactions, adhering to internal policies and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Verify trade documents for completeness and compliance with UCP 600, ISBP, and other relevant trade finance govering rules and regulations.</li><li>Liaise with counterparties and internal stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues related to trade finance transactions.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all trade finance transactions and activities, daily reconciliation.</li><li>Assist in resolving operational issues and ensuring seamless trade finance operations.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 3 years of Trade Finance Operations experience.</li><li>Sound knowledge in International Trade Governing Rules of UCP, ISBP, URC, URR, Incoterms.</li><li>Familiarity with AML/CFT Guidelines for Trade Finance.</li><li>Meticulous and possess a keen eye for details.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, follow-up and communications skills.</li><li>Able to work independently and a strong team player.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Minimum a recognized degree in a relevant field.</li></ul>
