Responsibilities: Market Analysis and Planning: <ul><li>Provide strategic feedback regarding partner landscape, and technology and solution trends within a local market (strategic)</li></ul> Partner Enablement: <ul><li>Build the partner Technical Business Plan</li><li>Analyze and give recommendations on partner technical needs, goals, and objectives. Involve learning partners and internal partner training to help the partner reach a higher technical</li></ul> sales and service capability: <ul><li>Ensure partner technical resources are provided appropriate products, solutions and architecture training.</li><li>Assist in training partner sales teams</li><li>Provide positioning and real time use case development training (for partner to use with customer) to senior partner technical leadership.</li><li>Focus training around architecturally</li></ul> positioning company solutions and services: <ul><li>Participate in development, measurement and management of the partner’s Technical Readiness Plan</li><li>Apply Requirements Processes as needed for key features / product requests</li></ul> Sales Coordination: <ul><li>Adapt existing or develop new company solutions that address a specific partner need</li><li>Cross communicate company and partner value propositions, especially between partner and company field SEs</li><li>Aggressively capture insight into strategic / high-value opportunities that the partner is pursuing and connect with company field team</li></ul> Partner Service and Support: <ul><li>Act as key contact and customer first contact point for partner technical issues within company</li><li>Educate partners and promote use of company remote support model and effective use of partner and customer support tools (e.g. TAC, TSN, Partner Helpline, PDI, etc.)</li></ul> Personal and Interpersonal Development: <ul><li>To show the value proposition thru partner practices</li><li>Provide feedback to company business units (Products and Marketing) on features and solutions gaps in current products and coordinated solutions (company / other vendors)</li><li>Research and build collateral positioning the technical trends of the internetworking industry</li><li>Become an expert in competitive landscape nuances in local market</li><li>Actively participate and contribute to company technical community discussions</li></ul> Qualify (Partner Led): <ul><li>Assist partner in refining and researching technical requirements of an opportunity</li><li>Provide support in customer meetings and seminars</li><li>Assist partner in qualifying customer technical requirements</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent</li><li>8-11 years field technical sales experience as a Solutions Engineer or equivalent</li><li>Advanced technical knowledge in the Networking (SDx/Wireless), Security and Cloud &amp; Datacenter technologies.</li><li>Demonstrated self-starter and innovator</li><li>Validated relationship building skills</li><li>Great teammate</li><li>Shown ability to focus and achieve goals</li><li>Perform daily with the highest degree of integrity</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Solutions engineer role is a highly customer-focused technical sales provides in-depth technical information and specific design/implementation mentorship to one customer in a dedicated manner.&nbsp;</li><li>This solutions engineer role provides a sophisticated architectural perspective across the company architecture portfolios, including software and services, demonstrating of the broad company portfolio.</li><li>He / She collaborates with the rest of the sales ecosystem on strategic and complex opportunities and coordinates additional resources (e.g. consulting specialists, demo labs, etc.) to recommend, develop, and propose appropriate customer solution and services offerings.&nbsp;</li><li>Design and architect cloud-based networking solutions tailored for AI workloads (e.g., data center fabrics, edge computing, high-speed interconnects).</li><li>Present and demo networking solutions tailored for cloud and AI scenarios.</li><li>Leverage AI and ML for network optimization, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance.</li><li>Looked to as a trusted technical advisor by the account team and customer allowing the systems engineer to identify company solution opportunities aligned to the customers business goals.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent</li><li>8-12 years field technical sales experience as a systems engineer/solutions architect or equivalent</li><li>Company product experience , pre-sales experience required.</li><li>Knowledge and strong operating experience in&nbsp;following areas of specialization: Compute hardware, HCI, Storage, backup, virtualization.</li><li>In-depth knowledge on Datacenter solutions like SDN, SDS, and compute hardware.</li><li>Knowledge of relevant solutions sets, product line specifications, performance criteria and applications.</li><li>Pro-active self-starter and innovator</li><li>Networking and relationship building skills</li><li>Phenomenal teammate</li><li>Consistent track record to focus and achieve goals</li><li>Perform daily with the highest degree of integrity</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and implement regional/vertical business plans focusing on revenue growth and joint GTM strategies for the public sector segment.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with senior executives of strategic reseller partners.</li><li>Enhance company presence by ensuring it is the first brand preference in public sector opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new service creation and managed services opportunities.</li><li>Align with regional teams to plan and implement interlocks and incentivize partners.</li></ul> ﻿Requirements: <ul><li>8-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or alliance/service creation.</li><li>Proven ability to work with regional partners on technology and services solutions.</li><li>Experience managing public sector partners.</li><li>Ability to prospect, engage, and close partner-led sales opportunities.</li><li>Financial modeling skills for business case development and return on investment.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:Sr.Sales Exe is responsible for managing and handling Key accounts and development of New customer base in SleevesAbility to maintain good interpersonal relationship with customers in order to grow current & new business.Key Account Management.Maintaining and strengthening existing client relationship.Willingness to travel across respective region for developing the given market.Drive sales & match-up with management requirement, reviews and growth plans.Executing the Sales with proper coordination & assistance from help of back-office, plant & senior team.Conducting market survey and making a list of potential customers.Generate Leads from market or reference & convert them into sales.Drive & recover the payment and necessary forms in given time frames.Keeping track of collectible o/s and doing regular follow-ups.Requirements:Should have willingness to learn & grow in the profile & organisation.Should have problem resolution attitude.Data base decision making as per responsibility givenProficient in English and regional language and good communication skills.Basic knowledge about packaging industry and trends
