Responsibilities: <ul><li>Non-IT Recruitment role</li><li>Focus on GM level and above hiring</li><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans</li><li>Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment function, ensuring consistent, high-quality hiring across all business units and geographies</li><li>Ensure exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences, fostering engagement and strong stakeholder relationships</li><li>Calibration discussions</li><li>Present regular hiring insights and progress reports to senior leadership, highlighting performance, challenges, and market intelligence.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Blend of consulting and corporate recruitment experience preferred</li><li>Experience with multiple clients or business units (e.g., from firms like Korn Ferry, etc.)</li><li>Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboard creation</li><li>Familiarity with SuccessFactors (ATS) is an advantage</li><li>Clear and concise communication style</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Work closely with internal stakeholders like Channel team, Account team and Industry partners individually to build a successful pipeline to meet and exceed your individual sales quota</li><li>Identify new business opportunities whilst establishing, developing and maintaining relationships up to executive-levels within your assigned portfolio</li><li>Network within the client’s business and influence key decision makers, typically at C-level</li><li>Act as Clients ambassador within specific client accounts</li><li>Articulate and promote the company’s security&nbsp;value proposition and services to become a trusted advisor within your customer base</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and prepare detailed account development plans, engagement strategies and targets for each account within your assigned portfolio</li><li>Take control of opportunities and accurately forecast business objectives and outcomes. Follow MEDDPICC.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Min 10 years of experience selling cybersecurity solutions in Delhi/NCR region.</li><li>Proven successful track record in a similar role selling high technology products to Enterprise customers.</li><li>Ability to network multiple levels within an account up to C-Level.</li><li>Ability to create and deliver value propositions.</li><li>Proven sales track record.</li><li>Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Conduct market research to identify potential customers in the Industrial Sector in North India.</li><li>Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to reach potential customers in these sectors.</li><li>Key account management including End Users, OEMs &amp; System Integrators</li><li>Build long-term customer business relations right from concept phase and ensure product standardization at customer sites.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with existing customers in these sectors, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.</li><li>Attend industry events and exhibitions to showcase company products and engage with potential customers.</li><li>Provide technical expertise and assistance to customers, helping them to select the most suitable equipment for their specific applications in these sectors.</li><li>Act as the customers advocate and ensure their technical needs are met.&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with the company product development team to identify and develop new products that meet the specific needs of the Process Industries in India.</li><li>Produce and maintain detailed documentation on all customer interactions, including project timelines, equipment specifications, and budget constraints.</li><li>Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to other departments within the company as required to ensure that all customers receive the highest level of service and support.</li><li>Provide high-quality technical support to prospects and customers during pre- and post-sales situations.&nbsp;</li><li>Understand and solve challenging application problems by recommending appropriate company solutions.&nbsp;</li><li>Update records in CRM interface for opportunity pipeline, appointments, lead and present business analytical data through CRM&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Hold relevant Diploma Mechanical / Bachelor of Engineering, Qualifications and a strong business background.</li><li>Preferably have at least 10 -15 years of experience in the Fluid Handling Industrial, with a specific focus on pumps used in Process Industry applications.</li><li>Possess excellent written and spoken English communication skills.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: <ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring strong, lasting relationships.</li><li>Regularly communicate with clients via phone, email, or virtual meetings to understand their needs and address any concerns.</li><li>Proactively monitor and manage the client’s satisfaction, ensuring that services and products meet or exceed expectations.</li></ul> Account Growth &amp; Retention: <ul><li>Develop and execute strategies for expanding business opportunities within existing client accounts.</li><li>Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, proposing tailored solutions to meet client needs and drive account growth.</li><li>Ensure timely resolution of any client issues and concerns to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.</li></ul> Program Management: <ul><li>Manage &amp; full fill the client requirements of various architectures through partner eco systems</li><li>Work closely with internal teams Sales, Account Executives, Solution Engineering teams to meet client requirements</li></ul> Sales Support: <ul><li>Collaborate with wit all internal team to prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to client needs.</li><li>Provide support during contract negotiations and renewals, helping clients understand the value proposition and ensuring they receive optimal service.</li><li>Assist in setting up and managing customer accounts in the SFDC.</li></ul> Problem Solving: <ul><li>Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Act as an advocate for the client within the company, ensuring their needs are met and any challenges are addressed effectively.</li></ul> Market Intelligence: <ul><li>Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to provide relevant insights to clients.</li><li>Identify new opportunities within your accounts or potential new clients by analyzing market conditions and client needs.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management.</li><li>Proven experience in account management, customer service, or sales support (5-6 years minimum).</li><li>Experience in handling remote or virtual client relationships is preferred.</li><li>Proficient in using CRM systems e.g. Salesforce and office productivity software</li><li>A strong understanding of digital tools and platforms used in virtual communication, collaboration, and project management.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and implement regional/vertical business plans focusing on revenue growth and joint GTM strategies for the public sector segment.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with senior executives of strategic reseller partners.</li><li>Enhance company presence by ensuring it is the first brand preference in public sector opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new service creation and managed services opportunities.</li><li>Align with regional teams to plan and implement interlocks and incentivize partners.</li></ul> ﻿Requirements: <ul><li>8-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or alliance/service creation.</li><li>Proven ability to work with regional partners on technology and services solutions.</li><li>Experience managing public sector partners.</li><li>Ability to prospect, engage, and close partner-led sales opportunities.</li><li>Financial modeling skills for business case development and return on investment.</li></ul>
