Job Purpose:&nbsp;<ul><li>The Head of Planning &amp; Analysis is a senior financial leader responsible for driving strategic planning, financial forecasting, performance analysis, and decision support.&nbsp;</li><li>This role plays a key part in shaping business strategy, improving financial efficiency, and ensuring data-driven decision-making.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and oversee the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.</li><li>Ensure alignment between financial plans and business objectives.</li><li>Drive scenario analysis and financial modeling to support strategic initiatives.</li><li>Conduct financial and operational analysis to assess company performance.</li><li>Provide insights into revenue, cost, profitability, and key financial metrics.</li><li>Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for senior leadership.</li><li>Partner with business leaders to identify growth opportunities and cost-saving measures.</li><li>Develop business cases for new investments, market expansions, and efficiency improvements.</li><li>Analyze risks and opportunities to enhance financial decision-making.</li><li>Implement best practices in financial planning and analysis (FP&amp;A).</li><li>Improve forecasting accuracy through automation and data analytics tools.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement in financial processes.</li><li>Collaborate with finance, operations, and commercial teams to align financial goals.</li><li>Present financial insights to executives, board members, and key stakeholders.</li><li>Work closely with external partners, auditors, and regulatory bodies when required.</li><li>Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts and planners.</li><li>Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and financial discipline.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.</li><li>8+ years in financial planning &amp; analysis, budgeting, and strategy.</li><li>Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and data analytics.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems, financial planning software, and BI tools.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.</li><li>Experience in managing teams and collaborating with senior executives.</li><li>Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting financial insights.</li><li>Languages: English/Indonesia</li></ul>
