Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop playbook – the how, what, when, where, and why of SC Compliance</li><li>Develop Responsible Sourcing program (audits) – defined protocol &amp; rubric</li><li>Develop Responsible Minerals &amp; Materials program w/FMD – reduced ad hoc &amp; complexity</li><li>Develop supplier remediation &amp; capacity building program- required &amp; missing</li><li>Develop supplier &amp; procurement training – required &amp; adds clarity</li><li>Embed supplier compliance &amp; reporting into BU &amp; procurement – clarity &amp; accountability</li><li>Digital Platform Management – between our own, procurement Subject Matter Experts</li></ul> Issue &amp; Remediation management: <ul><li>Manages audit program&nbsp;</li><li>Includes accepting industry audit schemes</li><li>Management of Supplier Compliance Questionnaires</li><li>ALL require remediation</li><li>Upstream prevention</li><li>Upstream mitigation</li><li>Upstream capacity building</li><li>Downstream mitigation and exit</li><li>Downstream capacity building</li><li>Manages to digital platforms, keeping data and scorecards current</li><li>Communicates as a feedback loop to the Business Support branch</li><li>Manages all supplier training</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Global experience in the manufacturing, semiconductor, and/or electronics industries.</li><li>At least 12-15 years of core experience in both supply chain and a supplier-focused role</li><li>Preferably with a solid understanding of Supply Chain Compliance, including strategic alignment, business partnering, operational modelling, process optimization, data analytics, and expertise in training, coaching, and shaping culture.</li><li>Expertise in supplier relations, auditing, and capacity-building training.</li><li>Knowledge of supplier code of conduct requirements.</li><li>Relevant experience with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA).</li><li>Strong background in program management, people management, and stakeholder management</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Liable for the overall warehouse and logistics operations including receiving, warehousing/inventory control, pick-pack-ship, and distribution of raw material, components, supplies, and finished goods inventory.</li><li>Manages daily site logistics operations, processes, workflows, and escalation through proactive interaction with key stakeholders including production, planning, order fulfilment, materials management, and other supply chain teams.</li><li>Maintain inventory accuracy with appropriate materials transactions and effective communication schedules release data or all other logistics/materials requirement information to buyers, planners, manufacturing, and relevant teams.</li><li>Maintains a high standard of warehouse housekeeping/sanitation, supporting a lean work environment by promoting and delivers continuous improvement processes and programs.</li><li>Administers and accountable for government import &amp; export customs policies, tools, statistical reporting and compliancy to governmental classification &amp; regulatory licensing requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Accountable to monitor and approve site logistics spend involving freight payment.</li><li>Plan and organize daily or near-term workload to maximize productivity and on time delivery target while supporting the broader organization.</li><li>Collaborates and coordinates with inter-departmental to meet or exceed all KPIs, goals, and objectives.</li><li>Site focal point on escalations involving transportation, warehousing, brokerage operations, and packaging, and crating issue resolution.</li><li>You are responsible to ensure a safe working environment by keeping track of work areas, equipment and tools such as PPE are correctly used.</li><li>Oversee direct reports career growth and development by leading, developing and mentoring, as a contribution to support the development of a strong leadership team and warehouse operation.</li><li>Effective communication with all levels of leadership; internally and externally (customer &amp; vendors).</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Demonstrated leading experience of a warehouse that includes successfully driving a site warehouse’s physical inventory, cycle counts and companywide stock take.</li><li>Experience in leading warehouse in supporting production e.g. like receiving, kitting, outgoing and material handling.</li><li>Experience in leading operational teams involved receiving, warehousing/inventory management, and distribution of materials, supplies, components, equipment, and finished goods.</li><li>Understand warehouse and material handling operational discipline principles and techniques involving warehouse layout, picking, inventory counting, variance resolution and discrepant receipt management.</li><li>Strong leadership and people management.</li><li>Knowledge in WMS, ERP and Microsoft office (especially excel).&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to manage individual contributors (internal and external) performing site logistics operations.</li><li>Fluent in English language and primary local language (written and verbal).</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred with Logistics or related courses.</li><li>Minimum 5 to 8 years’ Warehouse Management and Logistics supervisory experiences in manufacturing environment.</li></ul>
