Role Description: <ul><li>Lead initiatives to acquire new credit card accounts profitably.</li><li>Deep understanding of credit card economics and P&amp;L drivers</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, credit risk, analytics, product management, and other teams.</li><li>Use data-driven strategies and A/B testing to optimize account acquisition.</li><li>Partner with Product and Marketing to launch credit card-related initiatives focusing on acquisition, activation, and early engagement.</li><li>Implement marketing programs across multiple digital channels (our client App, email, affiliates, paid search, Martech/CRM).</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop new credit card features by assessing competition, customer needs, and research findings.</li><li>Drive adoption of our client Credit Cards alongside internal teams and external bank partners.</li><li>Manage forecasting, KPIs, OKRs, campaign analysis, and incentive strategies related to new accounts.</li><li>Oversee day-to-day management of all projects to ensure timely and risk mitigated delivery.</li><li>Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape to inform program and feature development.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>10+ years in the credit card industry, especially revolving credit products.</li><li>Proven experience managing credit card P&amp;Ls, forecasting, and target management.</li><li>Strong leadership skills, specifically in cross-functional collaboration and indirect leadership.</li><li>Excellent influencing and senior-level communication abilities.</li><li>Expertise in project management with tools like Confluence and Jira.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and advanced PowerPoint skills.</li><li>Familiarity with our client and consumer credit products.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead the Global Demand Planning Cycle of the S&amp;OP process: Own and execute the monthly demand process from system handover to consensus sign-off. </li><li>Coordinate inputs from Sales, Product Management, and Finance, and ensure outputs feed into supply planning and S&amp;OP.</li></ul> Improve Forecast Accuracy:&nbsp; <ul><li>Drive measurable improvements in MAPE, Bias, and Forecast Adherence. Use data-driven techniques and root-cause analysis to understand gaps and implement corrective actions.</li></ul> Bridge Strategy and Execution:&nbsp; <ul><li>Translate commercial assumptions and market intelligence into an aligned, actionable forecast that drives capacity, procurement, and financial planning.</li></ul> Advance Tools and Reporting:&nbsp; <ul><li>Develop and maintain robust forecasting reports and KPIs using Excel, Power BI (or Tableau), and SAP IBP. </li><li>Push the team toward automated, visual, and insightful reporting.</li><li>Facilitate Consensus and Governance: Orchestrate monthly consensus meetings and prepare executive-ready materials that clearly communicate changes, assumptions, and risks.</li></ul> Support Constrained Planning:&nbsp; <ul><li>Collaborate with the Supply Planner to identify constraint-driven adjustments and simulate scenarios to evaluate trade-offs.</li><li>Enhance Collaboration and Accountability: Act as the single point of contact for demand planning across regions. Push for timely inputs, challenge assumptions, and ensure cross-functional accountability.</li></ul> Lead Process Improvements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Identify inefficiencies and design solutions—whether it’s template optimization, system enhancements, or training stakeholders on best practices.</li></ul> Support S&amp;OP Strategy:&nbsp; <ul><li>Contribute actively to the broader S&amp;OP cycle, including confidence-level strategies, forecast version control, and long-range planning exercises.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning or S&amp;OP in a multinational environment</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively influence cross-functional teams</li><li>High proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or Tableau); experience with SAP IBP is strongly preferred</li><li>Strong business acumen and communication skills; able to translate data into decisions</li><li>Fluent in English</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>You will be responsible for driving companys growth across the Webex Customer Experience portfolio, with a focus on capturing significant market share in CCaaS, On-Premises Contact Centre, and CPaaS segments.</li><li>Your mission will be to implement high-impact strategies that accelerate adoption and revenue in these rapidly evolving markets.</li><li>The Customer Engagement space is one of the most dynamic and high-growth areas within company.</li><li>The proliferation of smartphones, digital messaging platforms, and the rise of Agentic AI have fundamentally reshaped customer expectations, demanding faster, smarter, and more personalised engagement from businesses.</li><li>As a Customer Engagement Expert, your deep domain expertise and thought leadership will be instrumental in enabling companys broader sales teams.</li><li>You will play a key role in building customer trust and driving adoption of companys AI-powered Contact Centre solutions, including CCaaS, CPaaS, and On-Premise offerings.</li></ul> In this role, you will work across the following teams to help solve customers’ most complex business problems. <ul><li>Global Contact Centre Sales Acceleration team and leadership</li><li>Collaboration with Product Sales Specialists and Solution Architects</li><li>Account Management Teams</li><li>Channel Partners and third-party Contact Centre Solution Partners</li><li>Product Management across companys Global Contact Centre Business Unit</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Proven expertise in AI, Contact Centre, CCaaS, and CPaaS technologies.</li><li>A strong track record in strategic solution selling within both channel-led and direct go-to-market models.</li><li>The ability to position and sell to business decision-makers, backed by a well-established network of senior executive relationships.</li><li>You should possess a comprehensive understanding of Customer Experience technologies and the architectural evolution required for customer success.</li><li>You’ll be expected to engage with executive stakeholders and collaborate with companys technical teams to shape technology roadmaps that align with broader account strategies.</li><li>By applying your business acumen and industry insight, you will align companys portfolio with customer challenges and strategic priorities, ultimately driving revenue growth and market share expansion</li><li>You have demonstrated experience/capability in selling and consulting to Customer Experience executives.</li><li>You will maintain an active, hands-on approach with the team, partners, and customers.</li><li>You love what you do and are passionate about technology, enabling frictionless customer experiences and journeys.</li></ul> You have core experiences in the following areas: <ul><li>Technology Leadership: Communicate a clear technology vision and strategy with a compelling value proposition specifically as it relates to Cloud &amp; On Premise Contact Centre and Experience Management</li><li>Extensive sales/consulting leadership experience managing solution and application sales</li><li>Deep understanding of CCaaS, CPaaS, On-premise Contact Centers, and SaaS-based technologies and architectures, including adjacent technologies like Workforce, Quality Management, and AI.</li><li>You are expected to have customer relationships and understand the India market.</li></ul>
