Role Description: <ul><li>As a Finance Analyst in our 9-month rotational program, youll rotate through various finance disciplines to get a well-rounded understanding of key functions.</li><li>These areas can include Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A), Accounting, Cost Controlling, and Operations Finance.</li><li>The ideal candidate for this role is a recent college graduate (graduation on or after May 2024) with a strong academic background in finance, economics, or a related field. Overview: <ul><li>HR Operations, Payroll Management, Talent Acquisition, Manpower Plans &amp; HR Budgets, Driving Performance Management Process and Training &amp; Development.</li></ul> Responsibilities: HR Operations <ul><li>Employee Engagement</li><li>Manage Employee Relations: provide guidance and assist line managers in handling employee disciplinary issues based on HR policies &amp; procedures</li><li>Maintain employee profiles: staff registration, job offer, labor contract, contract liquidation, salary, probation, promotion, termination, etc.</li><li>Manage HR information system and handle employee inquiries</li><li>Assure through audits, reports are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations</li></ul> Talent Acquisition: <ul><li>Lead the recruitment and selection process</li><li>Handle the whole Life-cycle of staffing, such as on-boarding/off-boarding, new employee orientation, exit process/interview</li></ul> Manpower Plans &amp; HR Budgets; <ul><li>Work closely with Country Managers to finalize the HR Manpower Plans and HR Budgets</li></ul> Driving Performance Management Process: <ul><li>Spearhead end to end Performance Management Process in collaboration with Country Manager and Line Managers</li></ul> Training &amp; Development: <ul><li>Drive and deploy training and development programs and processes to reduce competency gaps</li><li>Lead local learning initiatives such as online learning and various learning tools based on business needs</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>4-5 years of experience in Human Resources including as HR generalist and/or managerial role;</li><li>Familiar with HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Compensation &amp; Benefits, Learning &amp; Development, HR management system, Performance Management, Talent Management);</li><li>Good communication skills (both verbal and written) in English;</li><li>Ability to work independently and effectively with cross functional teams, build relationships/ credibility across the organization and quickly assume responsibility in a new organization;</li><li>Good understanding of local labor market, labor law/regulations and practices;</li><li>Critical thinking and strong influencing skill;</li><li>Collaborative, trustworthy, well-organized self-starter;</li><li>Good personal and business ethics;</li><li>Good MS Office skills</li><li>Experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Working closely with other data scientists and engineers to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions.</li><li>Leading the development of advanced AI and machine learning models to solve complex business problems Analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and trends that can inform AI development.</li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions are aligned with business goals and customer needs.</li><li>Leading the automation and lifecycle management of sophisticated data systems. Mentoring junior data scientists and provide guidance on AI and machine learning best practices.</li><li>Designing APIs for disseminating data science outputs to various business units. Overseeing the scaling of production systems to meet growing demands.</li><li>Working closely with other data scientists and engineers to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions.</li><li>Leading the development of advanced AI and machine learning models to solve complex business problems Analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and trends that can inform AI development.</li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions are aligned with business goals and customer needs.</li><li>Leading the automation and lifecycle management of sophisticated data systems.</li><li>Mentoring junior data scientists and provide guidance on AI and machine learning best practices.</li><li>Designing APIs for disseminating data science outputs to various business units.</li><li>Overseeing the scaling of production systems to meet growing demands.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Possess an advanced or Masters education in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Have experience working directly with large language models and transformer-based architectures including BERT, RoBERTa, T5 etc.</li><li>Be proficient in working with big data technologies and tools like Hadoop, Spark, or AWS.</li><li>Have experience and knowledge of applying LLMs including ChatGPT, GPT 3.5, Claude, Mistral, etc.</li><li>Be a natural problem solver, able to lead and mentor junior data scientists, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Demonstrate proficient experience with machine learning algorithms, including deep learning, gradient boosting, and random forests Possess advanced programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages for data analysis.</li></ul>
