Responsibilities: <ul><li>Assist in processing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and regulations.</li><li>Analyze transactional data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.</li><li>Identify process gaps and recommend enhancements for improved efficiency.</li><li>Conduct quality checks and audits to verify data accuracy.</li><li>Track transaction case volume and workload in coordination with the team lead.</li><li>Assist the Transaction Delivery Manager in monitoring and reporting on performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).</li><li>Collaborate with team members to resolve transactional issues and respond to stakeholder queries.</li><li>Contribute to developing and implementing policies and procedures to standardize transactional processes.</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to systems and workflows.</li><li>Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation for audits.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices.</li><li>Support the transition of transactional services to the shared services center, including data migration and system integration.</li><li>Serve as a secondary contact for HR Business Partners (HRBBPs), Centers of Excellence (COEs), and escalations as needed.</li><li>Ensure timely resolution of complaints to meet compliance requirements.</li><li>Provide training and support to new team members and end-users of transactional systems.</li><li>Collaborate with IT and other departments to optimize transactional systems in alignment with business needs.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: Qualifications and Experience Essential: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a transactional services or financial analysis role.</li><li>Strong analytical and data analysis skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.</li><li>Experience with Workday and ServiceNow platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with financial processes and systems, including ERP and HRIS software.</li><li>High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well in a team.</li><li>Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Knowledge of financial regulations and relevant accounting standards.</li></ul> Preferred: <ul><li>Experience with process improvement methodologies and a proactive mindset toward change.</li><li>Ability to quickly adapt to new systems, technologies, and processes.</li></ul> Technical and Functional Skills Preferred: <ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Experience with Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Payroll).</li><li>Familiarity with ServiceNow modules (HR Service Delivery, Incident Management, Knowledge Management).</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced functions).</li><li>Knowledge of ERP systems for business process automation.</li><li>Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements related to transactional services.</li></ul> Languages <ul><li>Cluj, Romania:</li><li>Fluency in English</li><li>Proficiency in at least one additional language (French, Italian, Spanish, Romanian, or Czech)</li><li>Manila, Philippines:</li><li>Fluency in English</li><li>Proficiency in at least one additional language (Thai, Mandarin, or Spanish)</li><li>TBD, Mexico:</li><li>Fluency in English and Spanish</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Process Improvement and Technology Implementation: <ul><li>Assist in implementing new technologies to streamline HR processes, reduce costs, and improve service quality.</li><li>Analyze current HR technologies to identify automation opportunities and process improvement areas.</li><li>Support the Service Excellence team in driving HR technology initiatives, automation, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Help develop and implement new technology solutions to enhance HR operations.</li></ul> Data Analysis and Reporting: <ul><li>Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to technology performance, process efficiency, and service delivery.</li><li>Create reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in technology and process performance.</li><li>Analyze HR metrics and data to support decision-making and strategic planning.</li></ul> Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: <ul><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align technology solutions with HR workflows.</li><li>Provide technical support to the shared service team and train members on new technologies and systems.</li><li>Liaise with technology vendors and service providers to ensure optimal service and value.</li></ul> Project Management and Service Delivery: <ul><li>Manage technology-related projects within the shared service center, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented technology solutions and process improvements.</li><li>Optimize service delivery through the enhancement of self-service portals, chatbots, and other digital tools.</li></ul> Compliance and Risk Management: <ul><li>Ensure all technology solutions comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.</li><li>Identify and mitigate technology-related risks, including cybersecurity risks.</li></ul> Requirements: Essential: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in technology, IT support, or similar roles.</li><li>Proven experience with Workday and ServiceNow platforms, especially HR modules (Workday HCM, ServiceNow HR Service Delivery).</li><li>Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting and dashboard creation.</li><li>Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and data security standards.</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring accuracy and quality in technology solutions and documentation.</li></ul> Preferred: <ul><li>Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified Data Analyst (CDA), or relevant certifications in tools like Tableau or Power BI.</li><li>Experience with Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Payroll.</li><li>Knowledge of Workday integration tools, including EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) and Workday Studio.</li><li>Familiarity with ServiceNow modules, particularly in HR Service Delivery, Incident Management, and Knowledge Management.</li><li>Proficiency in programming languages such as Workday Studio and familiarity with SQL or Python for data analysis.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul>
