Responsibilities: <ul><li>Sourcing supplies and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them as well as our existing suppliers.</li><li>Implement inventory optimization strategies within in the company.</li><li>Obtaining quotes from different suppliers.</li><li>Negotiating price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers.</li><li>Working with legal counsel to endures that all contracts relating to product procurement contain all details of the negation.</li><li>Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns.</li><li>Generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the quotes.</li><li>Providing solutions to improve company spending and outsourcing</li><li>Indirect Sourcing and Procurement</li></ul>&nbsp;Build Relationships with Suppliers: <ul><li>In order to facilitate the sourcing process, the Sourcing Specialist forms relationships with important suppliers in the industry.&nbsp;</li><li>It’s important that Sourcing Specialists maintain relationships with their suppliers in order to ensure continual improvement in sourcing.</li></ul> Negotiate Deals: <ul><li>Sourcing Specialists are responsible for negotiating deals and contracts with suppliers. They negotiate pricing, quantity, and delivery schedules.&nbsp;</li><li>Should anything change in the sourcing process, they’re responsible for renegotiating new contracts as well.</li></ul> Draft Contracts: <ul><li>The Sourcing Specialist then drafts detailed contracts to be reviewed by both their company and the supplier.&nbsp;</li><li>They work in conjunction with legal counsel to include all of the details of their negotiation. Once the contract is complete, they submit necessary paperwork and communicating contact deals with their company.</li></ul> Understand Company’s Commodities: <ul><li>In order to be an expert in the sourcing process for their company, the Sourcing Specialist must have an in-depth knowledge of their commodity industry.&nbsp;</li><li>They have to understand the ins and outs of the commodity to know how to effectively source it, and they also have to have knowledge of all key players and suppliers in the industry.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>3-4 years of relevant experience and a Bachelors’ degree in administration, logistics, supply chain or related field.&nbsp;</li><li>Proven experience in sourcing process.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft word, PowerPoint, excel and outlook.</li><li>A thorough understating of sourcing methodologies.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Sound time-management and organizational skills.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Organizes complex and specific travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; creates documents for meetings involving travel; </li><li>Manages an incredibly busy calendar of appointments; completes expense reports; writes and prepares correspondence that is occasionally confidential; and completes other administrative tasks for the CEO.&nbsp;</li><li>Organizes, plans, and makes sure the CEOs schedule is followed. Creates mutually beneficial opportunities for direct access to the CEOs time and office.</li><li>Communicates directly, and on behalf of the CEO, with Board members, staff, and others, on matters related to CEOs operational efforts.</li><li>Become the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders on all issues involving the CEO, even those that are very private or important. </li><li>Establish priorities and choose the best course of action, recommendation, or response, using your judgment to take the CEOs style and organizational policy into account.</li><li>Set priorities for questions and requests while resolving problems; make decisions and suggestions to enable smooth daily interactions.</li><li>Researches, establishes goals and follows up on all issues and requests for information that are sent to the CEO, even those that are private or delicate. </li><li>Decides on a suitable course of action, referral, or response.</li><li>Provides the foundation for effective communication between the CEOs office and internal divisions; exemplifies leadership to keep senior management staffs credibility, trust, and support.</li><li>Maintains keeping the CEO well-informed of impending obligations and responsibilities and follows up accordingly. </li><li>This requires tight collaboration and effectiveness.</li><li>Establishes relationships that are essential to the organizations performance and oversees a range of special projects for the CEO, some of which may have an influence on the organization.</li><li>Completes crucial projects with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgment letters, personal correspondence, and other duties that help the CEO operate the business efficiently.</li><li>Coordinating internal resources with outside providers will ensure seamless project execution.</li><li>Utilize risk management techniques to reduce project risks.</li><li>Maintain communication with the client and any additional relevant parties.</li><li>Establishing and ensuring the execution of efficient project communication plans.</li><li>Maintain track of customer satisfaction during the projects transition.</li><li>Prioritizes various requests; takes prompt, proactive action; and follows through on tasks until they are successfully completed, frequently under deadlines.</li><li>Serves as the CEO’s administrative liaison.</li><li>Assists board members with making necessary arrangements for travel.</li><li>Provide hospitality to all guests and help to create a welcoming environment.</li><li>Ensures that the CEOs profile is maintained consistently and responds to inquiries about the CEO and the organization.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.</li><li>5-10 years of experience assisting C-level executives</li><li>Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software; ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials.</li><li>A high level of professionalism is required while interacting with various groups of people, such as board members, senior executives, employees, community leaders, funders, and sponsored partners.</li><li>Make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities with little or no guidance.</li><li>Able to handle sensitive material with the utmost integrity and discretion.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Product Planning &amp; Category Management <ul><li>Conduct category research, competitive analysis, and product benchmarking to identify market opportunities and trends.</li><li>Support product roadmap development using market insights and field feedback.</li><li>Define product requirements and specifications aligned with customer applications and regional needs.</li></ul> Technical Evaluation &amp; Product Development Support <ul><li>Evaluate product specifications to ensure performance, reliability, and cost competitiveness.</li><li>Support sourcing, capability assessment, and technical alignment of vendors.</li><li>Lead sample evaluation, field testing, and validation for product selection.</li><li>Provide technical recommendations to cross-functional teams.</li><li>Technical Documentation &amp; Knowledge Management</li><li>Develop and maintain product specs, application guides, and technical documentation.</li><li>Create training materials for internal teams and dealers.</li><li>Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information across systems.</li></ul> Technical Support &amp; Field Enablement <ul><li>Act as the escalation point for complex product issues and provide troubleshooting support.</li><li>Conduct field validations, demonstrations, and performance assessments.</li><li>Collaborate with Service and Quality teams to resolve issues and improve products.</li></ul> Requirements: Education <ul><li>Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related technical discipline.</li><li>An equivalent combination of technical education and hands-on agricultural/off-highway equipment experience may be considered.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 6+ years of experience in the agricultural equipment/tractor implements industry.</li><li>Direct experience with tractor implements and attachments.</li><li>Ability to translate market needs and technical insights into product requirements and business recommendations.</li><li>Experience collaborating with Engineering, Suppliers, Quality, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.</li><li>Strong technical curiosity and ownership mindset.</li></ul>

Role Description:&nbsp; <ul><li>This person will be reporting to Aftersales Associate Director and will work daily with the Parts Distribution Manager.</li><li>The Senior Manager of Parts role is to develop and execute sales strategies, optimize pricing, build customer relationships, and drive revenue growth through spare parts sales on a national level.:</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and implement the national spare parts sales strategy, aligning it with the companys overall business goals and objectives.</li><li>Identify market opportunities, analyze customer needs, and devise strategies to maximize revenue generation from spare parts sales.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing teams and regional teams, to develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive spare parts sales.</li><li>Provide leadership and oversight to the Parts Dealer Representatives team, ensuring strong dealer support, effective performance management, professional development, and resolution of escalated field and systemic parts-related issues in collaboration with supply chain and warehouse teams.</li><li>Work with finance to determine pricing strategies for spare parts based on market analysis, competitive landscape, and cost considerations.</li><li>Monitor price levels and margins to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.</li><li>Analyze pricing trends and make adjustments as needed.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers. Identify customer needs, provide product information.</li><li>Conduct frequent dealer visits (up to 40% travel) US and Canada to address spare parts issues, promote parts sales, and drive optimal dealer stocking levels.</li><li>Collect and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to generate insights and reports.</li><li>Monitor sales performance against targets, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to enhance sales effectiveness.</li><li>Present reports and findings to senior management.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>7–10 years of experience in sales, or aftersales in the agricultural machinery industry.</li><li>Proven experience working directly with dealers or in a dealership environment.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving dealer network performance.</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude with a comprehensive understanding of agricultural machinery, their applications, attachments, Implements.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage CEO’s calendar, travel plans, agendas, and correspondence, including confidential materials.</li><li>Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO, board members, senior management, and external stakeholders.</li><li>Organize and prioritize requests, provide recommendations, and make decisions aligned with the CEO’s style and organizational policies.</li><li>Oversee special projects, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication.</li><li>Draft correspondence, acknowledgment letters, and materials to support CEO operations.</li><li>Maintain CEO profile and represent the CEO in internal and external communications.</li><li>Assist with hospitality and logistical arrangements for board members and guests.</li><li>Track project progress, customer satisfaction, and risk mitigation strategies.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.</li><li>5–10 years supporting C-level executives.</li><li>Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software.</li><li>Strong organizational, time-management, written, and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage competing priorities independently, maintain discretion, and work professionally with diverse stakeholders.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and manage the Compact Tractor business P&amp;L, ensuring alignment with growth and profitability targets.</li><li>Partner with Finance and Sales to develop accurate forecasts, pricing models, and incentive programs.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Sales, Product Development, Service, Finance, Marketing, Parts, Operations, and Supply Chain to create and execute business plans.</li><li>Lead and manage product launches with key internal stakeholders.</li><li>Coordinate with marketing teams and agencies to develop advertising, digital content, brochures, point-of-purchase (POP) materials, and more.</li><li>Design and implement multi-level promotional and dealer engagement strategies, including launch events.</li><li>Develop branding and communication strategies aligned with targeted marketing initiatives.</li><li>Support training development programs for dealers on product features, sales approaches, and after-sales support.</li><li>Work with Regional Sales Managers to ensure effective utilization of Coop programs and local marketing execution.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of annual operating plans and budgets.</li><li>Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify customer needs, competitive positioning, and market expansion opportunities.</li><li>Translate customer insights and research into successful brand strategies.</li><li>Monitor and adjust marketing execution based on local market needs and sensitivities.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Master’s Degree required (MBA preferred).</li><li>3–5+ years of experience in product development, branding, sales, or marketing within relevant industries.</li><li>Strong strategic and tactical planning abilities grounded in market analysis.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work in a flat organizational structure and matrixed business environment.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret competitor actions and customer behavior.</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Deep understanding of rural markets, especially in the U.S.</li><li>Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing priorities.</li><li>High standards of customer service and team collaboration.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.</li><li>Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.</li><li>Physical ability to perform the duties as described (occasional standing, walking, kneeling, etc.).</li><li>Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.</li></ul>
