Manufacturing Technician V (Senior Technician)

Responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance &amp; Operations: <ul><li>Coordinate with Production Scheduling and Value Stream teams to plan PM activities at least 72 hours in advance</li><li>Develop and manage PM schedules within CMMS systems</li><li>Ensure PMs include tasks, BOM, OEM manuals, images, and execution details</li><li>Establish PM audit processes to ensure effectiveness</li><li>Implement visual systems to communicate PM schedules to production teams</li><li>Track and report PM performance metrics (On-Time completion, Schedule Adherence)</li><li>Ensure proper closure of PM work orders to support MTBF, MTTR, and reliability improvements</li><li>Develop PM kitting processes to improve efficiency</li></ul> Leadership &amp; Team Management: <ul><li>Lead, mentor, and manage maintenance teams</li><li>Recognize and reward employee performance</li><li>Drive adherence to company policies and operational procedures</li><li>Support hiring, staffing, and equal opportunity practices</li><li>Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs</li></ul> Safety, Compliance &amp; Continuous Improvement: <ul><li>Ensure compliance with OSHA, PPE, plant safety systems, ISO, and TS 16949 standards</li><li>Lead TPM initiatives and continuous improvement programs</li><li>Ensure timely completion of safety and quality engagement activities</li></ul> Budget &amp; Stakeholder Management: <ul><li>Manage departmental budgets and cost-saving initiatives</li><li>Prepare reports, maintain records, and handle communications</li><li>Collaborate with external suppliers and OEMs for technical support and training</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: Education &amp; Experience: <ul><li>Associate’s Degree + 8+ years of maintenance &amp; leadership experience</li><li>OR</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering + 5+ years of experience</li><li>OR</li><li>Equivalent combination of education and experience</li></ul> Technical Expertise: <ul><li>Minimum 5 years of CMMS/database administration experience (Maximo, MP2, Maintenance Connection, eMaint)</li><li>Strong technical writing and documentation skills</li><li>Deep knowledge of maintenance systems, tools, and methodologies</li></ul> Hands-On Experience With: <ul><li>PLC systems</li><li>Electric motors and controllers</li><li>Mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems</li><li>Vacuum pumps and plant equipment</li></ul> Preferred Skills: <ul><li>Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li><li>Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S (Green Belt preferred)</li><li>Understanding of MTBF, MTTR, and TPM programs&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Technical: <ul><li>Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve dealer service and parts issues efficiently.</li><li>Deliver regional and on-site technical training for troubleshooting and equipment repair.</li><li>Support and advance the Service Management Development and Certification Program.</li></ul> Dealer Development: <ul><li>Participate in dealer selection and onboarding processes.</li><li>Conduct dealer capability assessments and implement performance improvement plans.</li><li>Ensure dealer compliance with technical training and certification programs.</li><li>Train dealer personnel on internal systems (Dealer Portal, service platforms, warranty systems, etc.).</li><li>Support dealerships in improving absorption rates and overall operational performance.</li></ul> Parts &amp; Service Operations: <ul><li>Partner with aftersales and dealer teams to achieve regional parts sales targets.</li><li>Monitor and manage service &amp; parts KPIs and operational metrics.</li><li>Promote the use of OEM service parts across dealerships.</li><li>Drive participation in parts programs and promotional initiatives.</li><li>Provide technical support related to parts and service operations.</li></ul> Quality, Warranty &amp; Campaigns: <ul><li>Ensure dealer adherence to warranty processes and procedures.</li><li>Monitor campaign completion and ensure 100% closure of safety-related actions.</li><li>Administer goodwill policies within budget and company guidelines.</li><li>Conduct warranty audits to ensure compliance.</li><li>Report recurring field issues to the quality team for resolution.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 5+ years of aftersales experience in agricultural, construction, or automotive industries.</li><li>Strong knowledge of dealership operations and dealer network management.</li><li>Good understanding of service and parts operations, including KPIs.</li><li>Strong technical expertise in agricultural or heavy equipment.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, and hydraulic systems.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate to Advanced).</li><li>Willingness to travel up to 75%.</li><li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Perform evaluations and/or analyze unique problems that are new to equipment.</li><li>Perform predictive maintenance by analyzing routine failures and determining adjustments and repairs that need to be made.</li><li>Perform training as needed to Lower level Maintenance Techs on troubleshooting and repair techniques utilized with equipment</li><li>Perform specified preventative maintenance on production equipment to prevent equipment downtime.</li><li>Monitor equipment operations to ensure proper usage.</li><li>Construct and/or assemble new equipment</li><li>Troubleshoot equipment failures and repair as needed</li><li>Perform specified preventative maintenance on production equipment to prevent equipment down-time</li><li>Perform Lock Out / Tag Out requirements.</li><li>Work from blueprints, manuals, sketches and verbal instructions.</li><li>Help repairing on hydraulic, pneumatic and electromechanical systems.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to meet business conditions or changes.</li><li>Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>5+ years experience in injection molding maintenance or extrusion, or mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical repair</li></ul>
