Responsibilities: <ul><li>Drive online sales through various e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and company websites.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.&nbsp;</li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s digital sales presence.&nbsp;</li><li>Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize conversions.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to refine strategies.&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive traffic and sales.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage customer relationships, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.&nbsp;</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce technologies.&nbsp;</li><li>To support any other ad hoc tasks as required.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a similar role with proven track record of managing campaigns, budgets, and timelines effectively.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong sales mindset with a results-oriented approach.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of performance marketing, including paid search, social media, and affiliate partnerships.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to analyze data, monitor KPIs, and derive actionable insights to drive decision-making.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, operations, and customer service teams.&nbsp;</li><li>Willingness to explore and adopt new technologies to drive engagement and growth.&nbsp;</li></ul>
