Finance Analyst III – Plant Operations

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly Excel-based operational reports (e.g., PPV, Inventory Adjustments, Spare Parts, Freight, etc.)</li><li>Assist in creating and tracking detailed cost center spending forecasts and budgets</li><li>Analyze operational variances to forecast on a weekly and monthly basis</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls and conduct periodic compliance testing</li><li>Participate in daily plant operational meetings and Kaizen events</li><li>Understand and analyze key cost streams; identify and drive cost-saving opportunities (TEBIT)</li><li>Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and variance analysis</li><li>Collaborate with Plant Operations Team on strategic initiatives and business cases</li><li>Work closely with and provide support to the Plant Controller</li><li>Assist with standard cost updates as needed</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance</li><li>Minimum 3 years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment</li><li>Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel</li><li>Fluent in English</li></ul>
