Responsibilities: Goal Setting <ul><li>Production area Key performance setting base on Quality strategy</li><li>To let each engineer clear understand own KPI and dedicate to quality improvement toward to corporate strategy</li></ul> Customer Complaint handling <ul><li>Review 8D report, monitor customer complaint quantity, response time, 8D score, and improvement effectiveness.</li><li>To improve customer satisfaction and compliance the strategy to ECE</li></ul> COPQ Reduction <ul><li>Direct and support to analysis the production data, find the quality improvement opportunity and lead team to determine the actions, follow up and verify the improvement result, take</li><li>reaction base on the actual result.</li><li>To control scrap cost and continue improvement process quality to contribute cost saving.</li></ul> CIP <ul><li>Review historical data to identify CIP projects, and follow up the progress.</li><li>To continual reduce COPQ and prevent customer complaint as well as efficiency improvement.</li></ul> Audit supports <ul><li>Coordinate and support external and internal audits, communicate about audit findings and lead the corrective actions where appropriate to ensure that audits are completed in a timely</li><li>manner</li></ul> People Management <ul><li>Allocate work across direct reports; monitor and review their performance; mentor, coach and motivate them; and help resolve people/functional issues to achieve the targeted team</li><li>performance and retain talent</li></ul> Lesson learn <ul><li>Share experience with team to prevent potential quality risk.</li></ul> Requirements: Education:&nbsp; <ul><li>Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical, Electronics or relevant&nbsp;</li></ul> Qualification &amp; Certification: <ul><li>APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA certification;</li></ul> Experience: <ul><li>More than 5 years of working experience in quality process management, Automotive experience must be.&nbsp;</li></ul> Technical Skill &amp; Competencies: <ul><li>Master APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA,8D.&nbsp;</li><li>Process audit and product audit skills</li><li>Familiar with ISO9001, IATF16949</li><li>Familiar with 8D method</li><li>Familiar with special characteristic symbol requirements</li><li>Proficient in written and oral English</li><li>Good communication skill, integrity, accountability, logical, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure</li><li>Good interpersonal skill</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Achieving brand consolidated targets through building differentiated shopper-centric account strategies and leading the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impactful retailer program, respecting and tracking budget to achieve brand target.</li><li>Lead in developing NPD Launch plan (including NPD performance tracking) and trade activation plan to maximize brand performance.</li><li>Regular tracking on brand sales performance with target and develop action plan if performance is off track</li><li>Own overall brand merchandising and planogram to strengthen brand image and position in retailers.</li><li>Full Responsibility for all POSM management (developing design, production &amp; Delivery), GWP &amp; Value Set management to achieve targeted KPI and ensure implement flawless in-store execution within agreed timeline.</li><li>Plan and Monitor PPP Budget and evaluate performance of key in-store activation (Booth Animation / Mini Event / Customer Theme / Lucky Draw / Value Set).</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in any related fields.</li><li>Minimum 4 years’ business experience in trade marketing function.</li><li>Able to work cross-functionally at all levels.</li><li>Has demonstrated leadership capability (not necessarily people management), strong commercial acumen in previous roles.</li><li>Consistent strong performance and results in previous roles.</li></ul>

Overview:The job responsibility is for testing software and hardware products in the field of Industrial Automation. The role will be instrumental to manage and execute system and interoperability testing for various product lines working closely with a wide set of global employees, and engineering partners. The Incumbent will coordinate all the testing activities in India for the product working very closely with the Senior QA Manager- System Validation.Responsibilities:You develop and execute Test strategy in cooperation with the Engineering Center management stakeholders and analyze, structure and prioritize requirements according to project needsYou ensure you design test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteriaYou should strive for continuous improvements and expand test automation.You would drive the System Integration lab for multiproduct TestingYou would mentor junior test engineer and drive deliveryCarry out project planning and controlling in cooperation with the project team in an agile development environmentCoordinate and execute with other Validation office employees and project test team members to carry out continuous improvement measures according to lean principlesClosely partner on a global scale with, our Indian development service provider, Development team & product line management to drive the project delivery and management as well as local strategic initiatives.Define Project KPI, Track and manage them to closure.
