Responsibilities: Planning and Budgeting&nbsp;<ul><li>Initiate and execute annual EHS &amp; S improvement project plan, EHS &amp; S training plan, EHS &amp; S internal audit plan and annual EHS &amp; S budget&nbsp;</li></ul> People Management &amp; Development&nbsp;&nbsp; <ul><li>Allocate and balance work across direct reports, review and provide timely performance feedback to subordinate, coach, guide, develop and motivate them,&nbsp;</li><li>help to resolve functional issues in the team, submit manpower request and interview candidates in order to achieve targeted function performance goal.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop skills of direct reports and others with EHS &amp; S responsibilities in the organization.&nbsp;</li></ul> EHS Structure &amp; Program Management&nbsp; <ul><li>Build action plans for the implementation of the organization’s EHS &amp; S programs and take a leadership role in execution in order to deliver the organization’s EHS &amp; S goals and strategy.&nbsp;</li><li>Setting up strong Safety First culture.&nbsp;</li><li>Establish and develop procedures and teams for driving EHS improvements and managing EHS programs.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate with all levels in the organization on EHS to engage with, influence and promote EHS culture.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Follow up internal and external audit to verify EHS performance and continue improvement&nbsp;</li><li>Maintein ISO14001 and our client compliance tools.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure safety of construction projects in the Thailand Erni site.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure safety of plant moving, including but not limited to moving IND equipment out and DDN equipment in. As well as its installation and&nbsp;</li><li>commissioning safety&nbsp;</li></ul> Reporting&nbsp; Implement below tasks in order to meet the requirements of reporting.&nbsp; <ul><li>Report related required EHS&amp;S data to site, BU management, BU EHS and Corporate EHS.&nbsp;</li><li>Report related EHS&amp;S data required based on applicable legal regulations and company policies.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor and report organizational safety performance against our client Safety Tool.&nbsp;</li><li>Evaluate and report environmental performance quarterly using company environmental assessment tools.&nbsp;</li></ul> Sustainability and BCP&nbsp; Focus on GHG, energy,&nbsp;hazardous waste &amp; scope 3 reduction.&nbsp;&nbsp; <ul><li>Track energy reducion data.&nbsp;</li><li>Work with Facility team to identify opportunities of energy reduction.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate business contunity plan of DG site.&nbsp;</li><li>Follow BU, Seg and Corp policy and lead scope 3 reduction of the site&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>University degree or equivalent level of qualification in safety, health, environmental, chemical, mechanical or related technical discipline&nbsp;</li><li>Thailand government required qualification as company EHS manager is a MUST&nbsp;</li><li>Professional EHS Certification preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 8+ years EHS experience required.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 5+ years experience in EHS management in manufacturing.&nbsp;</li><li>3+ years construction safety experience is a MUST.&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge and experenice on scope 3 is preferred.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Overall manage plant annual lean plan, identifying key improvement priorities to enhance site performance in the eyes of all stakeholders.</li><li>To implement system in plant and achieve Star level plant through improvement activity.</li><li>Conduct site level workshops and VSM transformation projects with focus on achieving operational excellence.</li><li>Systematic to manager plant cost activity, identify/improve/control the efficiency, material, labor and be all aspect of the cost viewing. Being responsible for driving conversion productivity.</li><li>Key member of global lean committee, share/provide/lead global projects and activities.</li><li>Take role as internal process/cost consultants, to assistant plant manager solve management issues</li><li>Provide leadership on lean thinking, lean processing and lean production, continue to promote the culture of continuous improvement.</li><li>Lead / lean know-how transfer projects, to implement, optimize and solve specific problems in operation&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors Degree in engineering or technical field.</li><li>Minimum 10 years working experiences</li><li>3 years working experiences as Continuous Improvement manager at least.</li><li>Professional experience with focus on production, logistics or industrial engineering is an advantage.</li><li>Previous experience in leading both continuous improvement activities and value stream transformation projects.</li><li>Good flexibility and can work under pressure</li><li>Demonstrate the ability to lead change, a great team-work player.</li><li>Excellent communication and coaching skills, strong leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, being result-oriented.</li><li>Project management skills.</li><li>Fluent in both spoken and written English and local language is essential.</li><li>Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is an advantage</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop high speed cable assembly manufacturing process in accordance with&nbsp;</li><li>product development&nbsp;</li><li>Drive for excellence in existing manufacturing technologies and methods&nbsp;</li><li>Strive to implement new manufacturing technologies to provide improved process and&nbsp;</li><li>tolerance control&nbsp;</li><li>Support Product Development in the optimization designs (DFM) and piece parts for&nbsp;</li><li>manufacturability; realizes sample tooling, product samples and prototypes.</li><li>Design, develop, and qualify tooling and processes to meet Data and Devices&nbsp;</li><li>quality and production standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Support supply chain to verify supplier compliance and capability.&nbsp;</li><li>Act as the binding element between product development and manufacturing engineering,&nbsp;</li><li>ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of this critical interface.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain communication with project management team to understand current and future&nbsp;</li><li>strategic business needs&nbsp;</li><li>Prioritize and time manage a portfolio of projects/work efforts based on criticality and business&nbsp;need&nbsp;</li><li>Provide readouts to Director and VP level cross function management as necessary&nbsp;</li><li>Work with Dongguan operations team to assign resources necessary for the successful&nbsp;</li><li>execution of new product development&nbsp;</li><li>Facilitate and coordinate cross-function communication across globally matrixed organization&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Bachelor or above degree with mechanical/electric related majors.&nbsp;</li><li>At least 5 years related experience managerial level in multinational manufacturing site.&nbsp;</li><li>Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma. etc. industrial methods/tools.&nbsp;</li><li>With 2 years or above work experience in cable assembly industry is preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Fluent in English and good presentation skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Familiar with MS software.&nbsp;</li><li>Familiar with industrial specification (i.e. IPC 620)</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Process Solution Development: <ul><li>Design or optimize production process routes based on product design drawings (e.g., mechanical structures, electrical schematics), including raw material selection, process planning (e.g., cutting, wire pre-treatment, welding, forming, assembly, testing), equipment selection and parameter setting, and DOE development to ensure mass and stable production.</li><li>For new products (e.g., mechanical parts, electronic components), organize DFM reviews within the MPDE department, provide optimization suggestions from a manufacturability perspective, develop trial production process plans, participate in trial production, and resolve process issues (e.g., dimensional deviations, assembly difficulties, inefficiencies).</li></ul> Process Documentation: <ul><li>Prepare standardized process documents, such as SOPs, process flowcharts, PFMEA, and inspection standards, to clarify operational specifications and quality control points for each process, ensuring unified execution by production personnel.</li></ul> Production Efficiency and Quality Optimization: <ul><li>Analyze existing production processes, use lean production tools (e.g., 5S, value stream analysis) or technical improvements (e.g., introduction of automated equipment, process consolidation) to reduce production costs, shorten cycle times, and enhance capacity.</li><li>Collaborate with the quality department to investigate the causes of quality anomalies (e.g., excessive defect rates) from a process perspective (e.g., insufficient equipment precision, unreasonable process parameters), develop improvement measures, and validate their effectiveness through DOE.</li></ul> Cross-Department Collaboration: <ul><li>Work with R&amp;D departments, participate in product design reviews, provide suggestions from a process feasibility perspective (e.g., simplifying structures to reduce assembly difficulty), and promote Design for Manufacturability (DFM).</li><li>Communicate with supply chain departments to confirm the process compatibility of raw materials and assist in resolving process-related issues with purchased materials. Cooperate with production departments to train operators on new processes and equipment, ensuring successful implementation.</li><li>Collaborate closely with automation teams, participate in automation solution reviews, and develop validation methods.</li></ul> Technological Innovation and Cost Reduction: <ul><li>Stay updated on industry advancements (e.g., 3D printing, smart inspection equipment, laser welding), evaluate their applicability to existing production, and drive process upgrades. Achieve cost reduction through process optimization and the use of alternative low-cost materials (without compromising quality).</li></ul> Requirements: Education and Major: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Automation, or related fields.</li></ul> Knowledge and Skills: <ul><li>Mastery of fundamental manufacturing process principles (e.g., machining, electronic assembly, heat treatment) and familiarity with production processes in at least one industry (e.g., automotive parts, electronic devices, machinery manufacturing).</li><li>Strong process analysis skills, ability to interpret drawings using CAD/SolidWorks, and perform data analysis with tools like Minitab (e.g., analyzing defect rate causes).</li><li>Knowledge of quality and efficiency improvement methods such as Lean Production and Six Sigma; prior experience in process optimization projects is preferred.</li></ul> Experience Requirements: <ul><li>Typically requires 5+ years of experience in process development or production technical support in relevant industries; familiarity with high-speed cable equipment and process requirements is preferred.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Project Timeline: <ul><li>Identify and align projects goals and scope with PJM and PM, and breakdown tasks of tooling/process developments and qualification</li><li>Make/align tooling development and qualification timeline, assign tasks to Ops team include tooling development, materials purchase</li><li>Track and manage core team to execute project progress based on committed project schedule</li></ul> Project Cost: <ul><li>Lead Ops to simulate sample cost and production cost to achieve project landing zone target, lead Ops to optimize launch cost to the best</li><li>Budget and control scrap cost though leverage design and manufacturing process to meet project target during NPI phase</li></ul> Project Execution: <ul><li>Guide capacity planning, materials sourcing and manpower to support all builds in the plant.</li><li>Oversee the progression of tooling/process development, identify bottleneck and issues, organize Ops team to improve those bottleneck and issues.</li><li>Oversee risks assessment in project execution, stay interlock with PJM to make multination plan and conduct the planned activities in Ops.</li><li>Finalize the Safe Launch plan for the appropriate mix of products, tool capability and demand with the approval of the PM, Quality, MDPE, and PjE. a. Lead Safe Launch team meetings to ensure successful HVM startup and manufacturing process qualification for attainment of required metrics for successful G5 handoff.</li><li>Align the budget with the Ops team with the tooling list provided by MPDE-A, control total capital spending against CER.</li><li>Lead and coordinate line setup to conduct LVM sample builds and coordinate HVM tool builds.</li><li>Lead Ops to make ramp up plan, include materials, operations and tool capacity ramp up, ensure manufacture team take over production control smoothly after G5.</li></ul> Product Sustaining: <ul><li>Product migration, as a receiving or sending leader to execute product move in or move out, including project timeline, investment, cost control, machine/material/manpower preparation, safety stock, safe launch, etc.</li><li>Lead product capacity analysis and expand it through re-investment per estimation.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree, engineering background is better</li><li>PMP certification preferred</li><li>At least 5 years’ related working experience in project management, 1~2 years’ experience in connector/cable/cable assembly is better</li><li>Fluent oral and written/reading in English</li><li>Experience in IT Project Manager, Data Center Business or digital networking project is an advantage.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>The MPDE Automation Manager will lead a team of automation engineers tasked with developing assembly processes for high-speed cable assemblies and coordinating with the Thailand manufacturing engineering team on the transition to mass production.</li></ul> Responsibilities: Lead a team of engineers who will: <ul><li>Develop cable assembly automation lines in accordance with LEANPD product development.</li><li>Drive for excellence in existing automation technologies and methods.</li><li>Strive to implement new automation technologies to provide improved process and tolerance control.</li><li>Support Product Development in the optimization designs (DFM) and piece parts for automation manufacturability.</li><li>Realizes proof of concept tooling, product samples and prototypes.</li><li>Act as the binding element between product development and automation engineering, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of this critical interface.</li><li>Maintain communication with project management team to understand current and future strategic business needs.</li><li>Prioritize and time manage a portfolio of projects/work efforts based on criticality and business need.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor or above degree with mechanical/electric related majors.</li><li>At least 5 years related experience managerial level in multinational manufacturing site.</li><li>Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma. etc. industrial methods/tools.</li><li>With 2 years or above work experience in cable assembly automation is preferred.</li></ul>
