Role Description: <ul><li>This role will: The Global Projects Manager is responsible for leading and delivering operational projects that drive efficiency, scalability, quality, and cost optimization across the organization. </li><li>This role partners closely with cross-functional teams—including Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT—to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic operational objectives.</li></ul>&nbsp;Resbonsibilities: <ul><li>Lead end-to-end operational projects focused on: process optimization; cost reduction; capacity planning; and performance improvement.</li><li>Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.</li><li>Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple regions to execute initiatives.</li><li>Track and report project progress using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.</li><li>Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints; implement mitigation strategies.</li><li>Manage change control processes and ensure smooth adoption of operational changes</li><li>Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status reviews, and post-implementation evaluations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Document processes, workflows, and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.</li><li>At least 8 years of project management experience, ideally gained in the tobacco or tobacco-related industry.</li><li>PMP certification is preferred.</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude (parts, assemblies, manufacturing processes).</li><li>Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.</li><li>Experience in supplier evaluation and collaboration.</li><li>Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proactive in identifying cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.</li><li>Collaborative team player with the ability to work across diverse functions and geographies.</li></ul>
