In this exciting role, you will be focusing on developing strong relationships with allocated accounts to unlock and drive multi-category account plans aligned with the account and&nbsp;channel strategy. Furthermore, you will identify, develop, and implement activities within your account base to facilitate the achievement of PML UK overall market objectives for its full portfolio range.&nbsp;Your day to day&nbsp;Reporting to the Channel Manager, you will be building and nurturing existing and new relationships at multiple levels with large or complex Key Accounts. You’ll apply your story-teller ability to lead, advise and influence Key Account Buyers with broader consumer and category insights.&nbsp;Youll be responsible for negotiating deals with long-term value and identify new opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully project manage the delivery. With this, you’ll develop and agree on Joint Business Plans by demonstrating collaboration with relevant internal functions and roles from cross-functional perspective.&nbsp;You’ll be developing and implementing multi-category trading agreements which deliver SoM growth through the utilization of programmes, trade activations and activations, and deployment of resources through the account’s portfolio.&nbsp;With a strong focus on&nbsp;brand activation, this role is an opportunity to demonstrate your creativity. You’ll analyse performance and identify trends, issues and opportunities within the account portfolio and experiment with new ideas, responding to the needs of the business quickly and effectively!&nbsp;In this role, you’ll ensure&nbsp;customer experience&nbsp;is managed across&nbsp;Commercial Planning&nbsp;and Field Activation.&nbsp;You will be working closely with the Channel Manger to conduct bi-monthly updates, discuss result and make sure compliance checks are in place to ensure all agreed activity has respective POP.&nbsp;You’ll also be in charge for the accuracy of the account submission relating to budget, Volume and Margin Retention.&nbsp;You will need to have the right to work in the UK to be successful in your application. This role will require you to travel to your accounts and you will be required to come to our office in Hammersmith twice a week.&nbsp;Who we’re looking for&nbsp;<ul><li>Your success comes from excellent relationships with key stakeholders within National Accounts and you have a proven track record of strong negotiations and activations as a result.</li><li>You utilise your strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for growth and activation.</li><li>We’re looking for someone who is passionate about consumer needs and expectations, someone who has strong consumer knowledge, insight &amp; analytics and can turn these into actions.</li><li>To be truly successful, you’ll have previous experience in developing account strategies with national accounts and a good knowledge of using financial measurements (e.g margin/ORI, profitability calculations).</li><li>You’ll enjoy being creative about your approach and demonstrate curiosity in diverse ways of thinking to building new ideas to benefit our consumers/customers.</li><li>You are someone that works proactively to find solutions to problems, seeks continuous improvement and is not afraid to take calculated risks and adapt to changes quickly.</li><li>You will have led teams in previous roles, and be able to demonstrate how you are able to successfully motivate and lead a team to hit their targets.</li></ul>

Role Description:This is an exciting role within a global organization that allows the freedom to make a difference whilst at the same time has very accessible support at a European and global level.To provide employees and managers with expert HR advice and support both operationally and strategically, complying with UK and Ireland practices and legislation in an international working environment.Supporting around 300 employees in specific Divisions and Business Units across the UK and Ireland, this position provides a consistent experience and harmonised approach throughout the employee lifecycle.The HR function is constantly evolving to align with the employee experience, expectations, legislation and technology.Whilst undertaking a broad range of HR related tasks, identifies and drives opportunities to attract and retain talent, affect business results, and support strategic initiatives. Makes recommendations and delivers in accordance with local, European and global HR strategies.Responsibilities:Provides strategic guidance for organizational development and redesign activities as well as manages change management and actions arising.Handles employee relations and employment issues such as complaints or disciplinary actions in accordance with local legislation.Collaborates with legal and compliance teams to ensure HR practices align with local country regulations.Delivers advice and guidance to employees and managers on a variety of topics during the employment life cycle including:Organizational design and developmentOnboarding and offboardingCompensation and BenefitsEmployee EngagementPartners with HR Centre’s of Excellence (CoE) e.g., Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and PayrollSupports and drives HR projects and initiatives.HR case management system (Workday):Responding to employee requests within global SLA’sFollowing up with Centre’s of Excellence (CoE) as appropriate e.g., Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, HR IS etc.Creating and maintaining HR “articles” to improve our CxP (Colleague Experience Promise) encouraging employees and managers to self-serve.HCM (Workday) approvals and associated actions including:New position requests.New hire processCompensation changes.Job changes e.g., promotions, lateral movesData changes e.g., changes to hours of workTerminationsRequirements: EducationDegree or equivalent in human resources, business management or relevant subject.ExperienceProven operational and strategic HR experience within a similar role.Solid knowledge of employment legislation is essential.Previously worked within a global company with a UK and Ireland remit.Working within the technology industry or professional services is advantageous.Previous experience of working within a complex matrix organization and with senior leaders is an advantage.Experience of managing projects, implementing organizational change within a global context.Working with an HCM is essential, preferably Workday.Competent with the MS Office suite.Attributes:Actively ensures knowledge of HR practices and regulations in the UK and Ireland is up to date.Always maintains confidentiality and acts with personal and professional integrity.Builds credible relationships with stakeholders through trust, teamwork and leadership.Consistently demonstrates impartiality in daily activities, behaviors, and decisions.Demonstrates courage to do what’s right and able to challenge the status quo and perspectives of others.Demonstrates an ability to work well under pressure with competing priorities, managing deadlines to deliver on objectives and commitments.Works well independently as well as being part of a small team.Utilizes highly developed verbal and written communication skills.

Role Description:The Marketing Assistant role plays a pivotal role in Europe and Pacific Developed markets (EPDM) zone team. The position lies within the Growth HQ of the EPDM Zone and is located in our office in London.The position reports into the Brand Lead for EPDM. This position presents an excellent opportunity for individuals currently serving in marketing assistant or coordination roles. The primary focus of the role will be on the Heinz brand, with additional responsibilities extending to support other growth brands such as Tingly Ted’s. As a Marketing Assistant you would be working alongside brand marketing, category and insight teams, ensuring successful delivery of budget forecasts, leading day-to-day team organisation, and supporting teams on big bet initiatives. Responsibilities:Brand budgets ownership: full management of collective EPDM budgets, ensuring the successful delivery of budget forecast and supplier payments. This includes raising purchase orders on behalf of the team, and managing approvals and invoice queries. Budget reporting and analysis: monthly reporting and ad hoc analysis of team budget trackers to senior leadership. Vendor system management: work closely with the procurement team to set up new vendors, including contract & system registration and renewal. Administrative & organisation: efficiently and autonomously handle day-to-day team administrative & organisational tasks. This can include registering external visitors to the office, arranging couriers, placing sample orders, and organising team events. Support marketing team: work in partnership with the marketing teams to execute marketing plans for new launches and campaigns. Tasks can include leading internal launches, eventing, and presenting to senior management. Requirements:Competent in Microsoft Excel, ability to use most common formulas and functions (SUM, Average, VLookup, Count and IF), create charts and graphs, and use data tools to add filters and complex sorts to a spreadsheet.
