Responsibilities: <ul><li>Collect, analyze, and report data on shared service operations, including performance metrics, service quality, and efficiency.</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and boost customer satisfaction.</li><li>Monitor shared service performance against targets and SLAs, reporting any deviations.</li><li>Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations.</li><li>Develop and manage reporting tools and dashboards for real-time operational insights.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal and external reporting standards to maintain high-quality service delivery.</li><li>Collaborate with operations, IT, and finance teams to gather data and contextualize findings.</li><li>Train staff on reporting tools and methodologies, providing support for reporting-related issues</li><li>Analyze trends to predict future performance and make strategic recommendations.</li><li>Conduct ad-hoc analyses based on management or departmental requests.</li><li>Utilize data visualization tools to highlight trends for leadership review.</li><li>Ensure the accuracy and integrity of generated data and reports.</li><li>Enhance existing reporting systems and explore new data presentation methods.</li><li>Stay informed on the latest reporting trends and technologies.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, information technology, or a related field is often required.</li><li>2+ years of relevant experience in Reporting, Data Analysis, or a similar role</li><li>Database management and data warehousing knowledge</li><li>Experience with Workday and ServiceNow platforms and services</li><li>Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable insights (e.g., the ability to perform statistical analysis and use data visualization techniques)</li><li>Ability to work with precision to ensure accuracy in reports and data analysis</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage a team of data scientists and engineers to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions</li><li>Lead the development of AI and machine learning models to solve business problems</li><li>Research, build, and deploy models based on shallow and deep machine learning</li><li>Train robust NLP-based models on large datasets</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business goals and customer needs</li><li>Design APIs for disseminating data science outputs</li><li>Oversee the scaling of production systems to meet growing demands</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, including deep learning, gradient boosting, and random forests.</li><li>Experience working directly with large language models and Transformer based architectures including BERT, RoBERTa, T5 etc.</li><li>Working knowledge of applying recent LLMs including ChatGPT, GPT 3.5, OPT, BLOOM, etc.</li><li>Experience with reinforcement learning, prompt engineering, hallucination mitigation.</li><li>Working understanding of the business risks associated with applying LLM in a business.</li><li>Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing systems (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).</li><li>Strong coding skills in Python or another programming language.</li><li>Excellent communicator, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box. </li></ul>
