Responsibilities: <ul><li>Engage with potential customers on frequent basis to maintain relationship and generate opportunities for sale.</li><li>Count and maintain the account of stock daily by managing the record of the opening stock and closing stock in the section allocated Report the sold sock and ensure the stock replenishment.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationship and network with competitors to leverage leading practices &amp; learning to improve store level processes.</li><li>Collate and relay customer feedback to the corporate teams like the merchandising, retail operations etc. to improve customer satisfaction and store ratings.</li><li>Manage customer queries and complaints as per the company guidelines.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>2–4 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, watches, or premium lifestyle brands, with strong customer engagement and sales skills.</li><li>Proven ability to achieve sales targets by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, and delivering an exceptional end-to-end shopping experience.</li><li>Experience in retail store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, inventory control, billing, and adherence to store SOPs.</li><li>Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and build long-term customer relationships while maintaining high service standards.&nbsp;</li><li>A Bachelors degree (Graduation) is mandatory and is an essential eligibility criterion for candidates applying for this position.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and seek approval on the manpower norms for the store with the ABM</li><li>Develop and implement reporting &amp; review mechanisms to track operational performance and ensure course correction</li><li>Drive the Sales plans, monitor and analyse the sales data in coordination with the Sales Staff to ensure that the store targets are met</li><li>Ensure pay-out of the incentive schemes to the store staff as per individual performance with coordination from the relevant teams and escalate appropriately if needed</li><li>Conduct training need analysis in the store and nominate staff to undergo re-training when required</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>8–10 years of luxury retail experience, including 4–5 years in a Store Manager or equivalent leadership role, with a proven track record of achieving sales and business targets.</li><li>Strong experience in driving store operations, including sales planning, inventory management, visual merchandising, compliance, financial controls, and overall store profitability.</li><li>Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience in hiring, coaching, training, performance management, succession planning, and leading high-performing retail teams.</li><li>Excellent customer relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle VIP customers, resolve escalations, execute customer engagement initiatives, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.&nbsp;</li><li>A Bachelors degree (Graduation) is mandatory and is an essential eligibility criterion for candidates applying for this position.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for the strategic direction, commercial performance, and operational excellence of all retail outlets and kiosks across the region. This role focuses on driving sustainable revenue growth, optimizing the retail footprint, and institutionalizing a premium customer experience.</li><li>The Manager leads the retail leadership team to achieve aggressive sales targets while ensuring brand consistency and operational compliance across all touchpoints.</li></ul>&nbsp;Responsibilities: <ul><li>Strategic Sales Leadership: Define and implement regional retail sales strategies and commercial plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and subscriber acquisition targets.</li><li>Retail Footprint Optimization: Analyze market trends and footfall data to identify opportunities for new store openings, kiosk relocations, or retail format optimizations.</li><li>P&amp;L &amp; Budget Management: Manage the retail department budget, monitor OpEx, and ensure a high return on investment (ROI) for all retail-led campaigns and store operations.</li><li>Customer Experience Excellence: Establish and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for customer service; implement Voice of the Customer feedback loops to improve NPS (Net Promoter Score).</li><li>Standard Operating Procedures: Develop and enforce standardized internal procedures for inventory management, cash handling, KYC compliance, and platform usage (CRM/Afrivendas).</li><li>Cross -Functional Synergy: Collaborate with Marketing to ensure seamless deployment of trade marketing materials, campaigns, and product launches across the retail network.</li><li>Performance Coaching: Lead, mentor, and evaluate Retail Team Leaders and Supervisors; oversee the professional development and succession planning for the entire retail workforce.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Business Intelligence: Direct the production of high-level analytical reports regarding sales conversion, productivity per head, and competitor retail activity.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.</li><li>An MBA is highly preferred.</li><li>Minimum 7 years in Retail Sales, with at least 3-4 years in a senior management role, preferably within Telecoms, Banking, or high-volume FMCG.</li><li>Advanced understanding of retail economics, inventory management, and CRM systems.</li><li>Clear communication and strong writing.</li><li>Ability to translate complex market data into executable retail strategies and sales incentives.</li><li>Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Ability to manage large culturally diverse teams.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Oversee distributor relationships, shipment delivery, depletion tracking, and overall operations</li><li>Manage all aspects of On and Off Trade execution</li><li>Ensure timely processing of purchase orders, A&amp;P budgets, and claim settlements for operational excellence</li><li>Ensuring brand availability, menu listing, and appropriate pricing in on premise outlets</li><li>Monitor outlet level inventory and plan stock replenishment aligned with sales opportunities</li><li>Ensure products are correctly priced, ticketed, and displayed across unpaid shelves and paid elements (wall bays, gondolas, shelf in shelf)</li><li>Execute in store visibility initiatives and build impactful displays as per annual plans</li><li>Manage visibility and activation calendars, ensuring flawless execution of brand experiences</li><li>Plan, execute, and review gift pack promotions to deliver pre aligned objectives</li><li>Deliver merchandising services tailored to diverse customer needs</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with counter salesmen, bar managers, restaurant managers, and general managers</li><li>Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as required</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Self-motivator</li><li>Liquor Industry experience of 3+yrs</li><li>Ability to network and build relationships</li><li>Previous merchandising &amp;/or retail experience</li><li>Knowledge of retail activation planning/ management/ operation</li><li>High attention to detail</li><li>Excellent time management skills</li><li>Basic to intermediate MS Office (word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)</li><li>Ability to work varied hours</li><li>Knowledge of the Liquor industry and regulatory environment, and communication guidelines</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Track outlet level inventory &amp; plan re-order of stocks as per inventory at outlets and monthly sales opportunity.</li><li>Ensure that products are stocked and displayed according to approved planograms on unpaid shelves &amp; paid elements ( wallbays, gondola, shelf in shelf )</li><li>Plan visibility elements &amp; build displays in store as per the annual plan</li><li>Ensure products are priced and ticketed correctly</li><li>Provide various merchandising services to various customers</li><li>Gift Packs - planning and execution in store/outlet with communication via on floor posters and outlet database messages as per state laws</li><li>Adhoc administration duties when required</li><li>Build relations with key person &amp; counter salesmen, plan incentives as per state laws</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Self-motivator • Liquor Industry experience of 4 – 6 yrs</li><li>Ability to network and build relationships</li><li>Previous merchandising &amp;/or retail experience</li><li>Knowledge of the retail activation planning/ management/ operation</li><li>High attention to detail</li><li>Excellent time management skills</li><li>Basic to intermediate MS Office (word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)</li><li>Ability to work varied hours</li><li>Knowledge of the Liquor industry and regulatory environment, and communication guidelines</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Dealer Relationship Management: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned dealers to drive revenue, volume, market share, and profitability.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Communicate weekly with dealers and visit each dealer location at least once per month.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Evaluate dealer sales performance and market share; recommend and implement corrective actions where needed.</li></ul> Sales Planning &amp; Execution: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Plan and forecast billing, retail orders, and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Prospect and onboard new dealerships following established new dealer guidelines.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Assist new dealers with merchandising programs, ordering processes, and dealership branding.</li></ul> Events &amp; Promotions: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Plan, participate, and support special events such as rodeos, corporate and dealer farm shows, and sporting events within the territory.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Organize and conduct regional dealer meetings as required.</li></ul> Training &amp; Support: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Coordinate and deliver training for new dealers covering computer systems, sales processes, marketing programs, product knowledge, advertising, parts, and service.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Collaborate with the Service Manager to facilitate product and sales training.</li></ul> Market Intelligence &amp; Product Feedback: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Conduct competitive intelligence and product-price positioning analyses to maintain a competitive advantage.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Test and evaluate new products, recommend improvements, and suggest new product additions.</li></ul> Logistics &amp; Coordination: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Assist with the logistics of tractors/equipment for photo shoots, events, and other requirements within the territory.</li></ul> Requirements: Education &amp; Experience: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or minimum 5+ years of field sales/channel management experience in the construction, industrial, or agricultural equipment industry.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of product categories, dealership operations, and assigned territory.</li></ul> Skills &amp; Competencies: <ul><li>Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for interaction with dealers, vendors, employees, and all levels of management.</li><li>Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver business growth.</li><li>Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet tools.</li><li>Strong presentation skills for small and large group settings.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li></ul> Other Requirements: <ul><li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Willingness to travel 50–75% of the time.</li><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted.</li><li>Physical capability to sit, stand, walk, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required by the role.</li></ul>
