Key Account and E-Commerce Manager

Responsibilities: Strategic &amp; Commercial Leadership: <ul><li>Develop and execute the commercial strategy to drive growth across product categories (e.g., vitamins, functional foods, probiotics, and herbal supplements).</li><li>Formulate annual business plans, budgets (A&amp;P and Trade Spend), and sales forecasts, and actively manage the P&amp;L to drive top-line revenue, gross margin improvement, and profitability.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and channel expansions (modern trade, e-commerce, pharmacy, and healthcare professionals).</li></ul> Market Access and Sales Management: <ul><li>Lead and oversee national sales operations, including regional sales teams, distributors, and key accounts.</li><li>Establish strong relationships and negotiate favourable long-term trade terms and contracts with key national and regional accounts.</li><li>Drive customer and channel engagement initiatives to strengthen brand presence and relationships.</li><li>Manage pricing strategies, trade terms, and promotional budgets in line with profitability goals.</li><li>Establish clear performance metrics (KPIs) and monitor sales productivity, market coverage, and territory growth across all channels.</li></ul> Marketing &amp; Brand Development: <ul><li>Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to position the company as a credible and trusted nutraceutical brand in Indonesia.</li><li>Oversee product launches, lifecycle management, and portfolio strategy.</li><li>Conduct market analysis, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to guide decision-making.</li><li>Collaborate with R&amp;D and Regulatory teams to ensure all product claims and marketing materials are fully compliant with local regulations.</li><li>Lead digital marketing, e-commerce, and omnichannel initiatives to strengthen consumer engagement and off-take</li></ul> Cross-functional Collaboration: <ul><li>Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs for seamless go-to-market execution.</li><li>Align with corporate and regional teams on strategic direction and brand consistency.</li><li>Support accurate forecasting, demand planning, and inventory control to ensure market availability.</li></ul> People Leadership: <ul><li>Build, lead and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams.</li><li>Set clear performance goals, monitor performance, and implement training and capability development programs.</li><li>Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and ethical business practices.</li></ul> Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): <ul><li>Achievement of sales revenue, margin, and market share targets.</li><li>Growth in distribution and channel penetration.</li><li>Success of new product launches and marketing campaigns.</li><li>Customer satisfaction and brand awareness.</li><li>Employee engagement and retention within the commercial team.</li></ul> Core Competencies: <ul><li>Strategic &amp; Commercial Acumen: Expertise in P&amp;L management and developing scalable commercial strategies.</li><li>Brand Building &amp; Positioning: Ability to build brand equity and differentiate products in a competitive health market.</li><li>Channel &amp; Customer Management: Mastery of Indonesian trade structures and key account negotiation.</li><li>Analytical &amp; Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in utilizing market data for investment optimization.</li><li>Leadership &amp; People Development: Proven ability to build, inspire, and develop a high-performing commercial team.</li><li>Innovation &amp; Market Insight: Deep knowledge of nutraceutical trends, consumer behaviour, and product innovation cycles</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education: - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Pharmacy, Nutrition, or Life Science</li><li>10–15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in Nutraceuticals, FMCG Health, or Consumer Healthcare.</li><li>Proven leadership in managing commercial teams.</li><li>Experienced in driving new launches or significant expansion of a new portfolio or business unit within a structured corporate environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of nutraceutical market trends, regulatory frameworks, and consumer behaviours.</li><li>Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.</li><li>Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesian is required.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Strategic Growth:&nbsp; <ul><li>Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand the derma portfolio and penetrate white spaces in SEA.&nbsp;</li></ul> Brand Leadership:&nbsp; <ul><li>Lead O+O marketing activations for(patients + consumers), with medical at the core. </li><li>Build the medical credibility of the brand in collaboration with the Head of Medical, ensuring alignment with brand DNA.&nbsp;</li></ul> Collaboration &amp; Influence:&nbsp; <ul><li>Build strong relationships with distributor partners and cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.&nbsp;</li></ul> Entrepreneurial Innovation:&nbsp; <ul><li>Identify opportunities, solve challenges, and implement creative solutions to position Dermatological Beauty as the market leader.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>5+ years of experience in a dermatological skincare brand preferred</li><li>Expertise in omnichannel go-to-market strategies, with strong retail and e-commerce expertise.&nbsp;</li><li>Proven ability to deliver operational excellence while maintaining a strategic mindset.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in full-funnel marketing, from awareness to conversion, with a focus on measurable results.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders.&nbsp;</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with a problem-solving approach to tackle new challenges.&nbsp;</li><li>Fluency in English.</li></ul>

Role Desscription: <ul><li>The key account and e-commerce manager is responsible for driving the execution of brand and commercial strategies across digital sales channels, ensuring excellence in online presence, promotion and conversion.</li><li>This role acts as the key interface between marketing, sales and eRetailers, translating brand &amp; commercial objectives into shopper-centric initiatives that enhance visibility, engagement, and sell out performance in the digital environment.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Connecting with distributors to drive sales in pure e-commerce players (Lazada, Shopee etc).</li><li>Ensure excellence in execution in e-commerce across pure players and also retail e-commerces.</li><li>Omnichannel execution. Ensure 360 activation of IMC in e-commerce platforms across focus markets in SSEA.</li></ul> Key Accountabilities <ul><li>Digital Channel Strategy Execution: translate brand and sales strategies into tailored online plans for each digital customer (marketplaces, B&amp;C, quick commerce). Align and execute commercial calendars, launches, and campaigns in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.</li><li>% of planned activities executed according to the digital commercial calendar.</li><li>Internal alignment score with Sales and Marketing (e.g., internal NPS or feedback in JBP sessions).</li><li>Number of campaigns successfully launched by channel/platform.</li></ul> <ul><li>Visibility and Conversion: Ensure best-in-class product content, imagery, and search optimization across all eRetail platforms.</li><li>Deploy digital trade initiatives (e.g., banners, activations, product sampling) to increase brand visibility and conversion.</li><li>Share of Search (SoS) for top keywords per platform.</li><li>Conversion Rate (CVR) by priority product and platform.</li><li>% of planned digital assets (e.g., banners, feature slots) executed on time.</li></ul> <ul><li>Promo &amp; Investment Planning: Coordinate digital promotional mechanics in line with budget, ROI, and brand guidelines.</li><li>Monitor competitive pricing and promotions to adjust plans accordingly.</li><li>ROI of promotional campaigns (% return on investment).</li><li>Budget adherence rate (% of trade digital budget spent as planned).</li><li>Sell-out growth during promotional periods (vs. pre-promo baseline or LY).</li></ul> <ul><li>Performance Analysis &amp; Reporting:</li><li>Track and analyze key performance indicators (e.g., sell-out, share of shelf, conversion rates, media ROI).</li><li>Generate actionable insights to optimize future campaigns and investments.</li><li>Accuracy of reported data (target: &lt;5% margin of error).</li></ul> <ul><li>Content &amp; Assortment Management:</li><li>Maintain accurate and complete product information, ensuring consistent presence across platforms.</li><li>Support in defining digital assortment priorities and product visibility strategies by platform.</li><li>% of SKUs with compliant, high-quality content live on each platform.</li><li>Time to market for new product content.</li><li>Assortment compliance rate per retailer (e.g., % of priority SKUs listed).</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Experience Capability.</li><li>Graduation Complete.</li><li>MBA (Differential).</li></ul> Language <ul><li>Advanced English</li></ul> Discipline of Knowledge. <ul><li>Administration, Economics, Marketing</li></ul> Specific knowledge of the team you lead. <ul><li>Previous experience in FMCG Industries in E-commerce or in pure e-commerce players.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and Power Point.</li><li>Project management.</li><li>Knowledge of Tableau (BI and Dashboards) or programming language.</li></ul> Organization <ul><li>Analytical – Working with data Management.</li></ul> Communication <ul><li>Teamwork.</li><li>Resilience and self-motivation.</li><li>Logical reasoning.</li><li>Ability to prioritize and sense of urgency.</li><li>Ability to execute.</li></ul>
