Role Description: <ul><li>The Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing the procurement of direct and indirect materials and services to ensure uninterrupted supply to manufacturing operations while achieving cost, quality, delivery, and working capital objectives. </li><li>The role partners closely with Production Planning, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Global Procurement to execute sourcing strategies, manage supplier performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.&nbsp;</li><li>The successful candidate will have strong procurement execution skills, supplier management experience, and a proactive approach to resolving supply risks and driving operational excellence.&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities: Procurement &amp; Supply Management&nbsp; <ul><li>Execute procurement activities for assigned direct materials, packaging materials, indirect spend categories, and services.</li><li>Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders and manage end-to-end procurement transactions within SAP.</li><li>Ensure material availability to support production plans and customer commitments.</li><li>Monitor supplier delivery performance and proactively manage supply risks.</li><li>Coordinate with planning and operations teams to address shortages, delays, and capacity constraints.</li><li>Maintain optimal inventory levels in line with working capital and service objectives.&nbsp;</li></ul> Supplier Management&nbsp; <ul><li>Manage day-to-day supplier relationships and performance.</li><li>Monitor supplier KPIs including:&nbsp;&nbsp;On-Time Delivery (OTD), Quality performance, Lead time adherence, Responsiveness&nbsp;, Cost competitiveness</li><li>Conduct supplier performance reviews and support corrective action implementation where required.&nbsp;</li><li>Escalate supply risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure business continuity.</li></ul> Cost &amp; Contract Management <ul><li>Support sourcing initiatives and cost reduction projects.</li><li>Obtain quotations and conduct commercial evaluations.</li><li>Participate in supplier negotiations under guidance from Global Procurement or Supply Chain leadership.</li><li>Support implementation of payment term optimization initiatives.</li><li>Ensure contract pricing and procurement terms are accurately maintained within systems.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> Inventory &amp; Working Capital Management&nbsp; <ul><li>Collaborate with planning teams to optimize inventory levels.</li><li>Identify excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory risks.</li><li>Support inventory reduction initiatives without compromising customer service.</li><li>Monitor supplier lead times and MOQ impacts on inventory performance.</li></ul> SAP &amp; Process Excellence&nbsp; <ul><li>Maintain accurate procurement master data including:&nbsp;&nbsp;Vendor records, Pricing information, Lead times, Procurement parameters&nbsp;</li><li>Support SAP implementation and continuous process standardization initiatives.</li><li>Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval authorities, and audit requirements.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement opportunities in procurement processes and supplier collaboration.</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.</li><li>3–7 years of procurement, purchasing, materials management, or supply chain experience.</li><li>Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.</li><li>Experience working with international suppliers and supply networks.</li><li>SAP ERP experience preferred.</li><li>Experience supporting sourcing, supplier management, and inventory optimization initiatives.</li><li>Experience in procurement or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Good understanding of supplier management, inventory control, and material planning (MRP).</li><li>Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel for procurement and data analysis.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.</li><li>Experience supporting cost-saving, process improvement, or SAP implementation initiatives.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet production and project requirements.</li><li>Analyse and provide feedback to appropriate departments on part status / requirements for fulfilling customer demand.</li><li>Manage delivery of critical component parts and product delivery with suppliers and contract manufacturing and critical supply partners to meet customer requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Escalation of any issues to relevant sourcing analyst.</li><li>Monitor &amp; reporting KPI targets with actions– delivery on time, confirmation of purchase orders.</li><li>Invoice processing, resolving blocked invoices &amp; amendments of purchase orders</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Educational Degree, Bachelor or above, Engineering background is preferred.</li><li>Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in indirect procurement, experience in manufacturing company is a must.</li><li>Experience in at least 2 commodities including MRO, Facility, Automation line, HR services.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Manage activities that support business results, revenue growth, client experience and efficiencies in practice.</li><li>Manage resources to achieve business results, including revenue and client acquisition targets.</li><li>Partner with Branch Manager to ensure advisor business plans are completed and marketing events are tracked and measured.</li><li>Assist advisors in servicing clients including preparing financial plans, conducting investment research and completing trades and transactions.</li><li>Prepare and summarize client meetings by scheduling and confirming meetings, crafting an agenda and summary of meeting, escorting clients to advisors office and providing follow-up. Prepare and ensure new business paperwork processes are successfully filled out.</li><li>Provide general administrative duties such as answering phones, processing reports, preparing correspondence, setup files, etc.</li><li>Build, manage, track and analyze reports and branch vitals.</li><li>Review advisor expense reports, branch P &amp; L, budgeting, reporting/correcting errors, identify and implement expense reduction opportunities.</li><li>Partner with Registered Principal to ensure compliance support is established and training needs are met.</li><li>Lead real estate and facilities initiatives.</li><li>Lead, coach, mentor and provide performance management for direct reports.</li><li>Partner with Senior Operations Leader and Regional Director of Operations to determine staffing needs; request, hire and allocate staff.</li><li>Conduct 1:1s with staff.</li></ul>﻿Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree or equivalent.</li><li>5 - 7 years relevant experience required.</li><li>Previous successful supervisory experience including knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to motivate team members to delivery results.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with little or no supervision and strong organizational/time management skills.</li><li>Able to communicate with all levels within the organization.</li><li>Detail orientated, strong math, and analytical skills. Responsibilities: <ul><li>To coordinate and facilitate meetings, ensuring accurate documentation through comprehensive minute-taking and timely distribution.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage visa application requests, end-to-end accommodation, travel arrangements, and logistical support for staff and visitors, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and a seamless experience.</li><li>Responsible and liaise with 3rd party service providers to ensure timely and compliant processing of Professional Visit Pass (PVP) application for both staff and external vendors.</li><li>Manage with 3rd party service providers to ensure accommodation arrangements for long-stay foreign staff and vendors, including housing setup (apartment, condominium, or staff house), utility provisioning, and food delivery coordination.&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in internal and external audits, ensure timely closure of audit findings with proper documentation and evidence.</li><li>Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining compliance across all administrative and operational activities.</li><li>Coordinating with the canteen service provider to ensure consistent food quality, hygiene and food quantity to meet the daily operation’s needs and to audit canteen timely manner and attend external audit if needed.</li><li>Manage telephone system and deal with service provider if having issue.</li><li>To manage office furniture. To deal with vendor and raise purchase requisition for new added or replacement.</li><li>Actively engage in safety, quality and compliance programs while providing comprehensive administrative support to operations.&nbsp;</li><li>Serve as the primary contact for internal departments and external suppliers in managing administrative matters with efficiency and professionalism.</li><li>Verify and review service provider / vendor billings to ensure accuracy, compliance with contractual terms, and timely processing.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree in business administration or related field.</li><li>Several years of experience working in an administrative role.</li><li>Effective communication skills in multiple languages, both written and verbal to engage with different level of employees and service providers across diverse regions.</li><li>Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Customers Management: <ul><li>Handle incoming calls and emails from assigned accounts (customers) for various sales inquiries, including information on orders, lead times, incoterms, and stock availability.</li><li>Proactively communicate with customers to ensure understanding and resolution of all order-related issues.</li></ul> Analyse Demand Forecast/ Revenue &amp; Inventory Control: <ul><li>Analyze demand forecasts for assigned accounts (customers) and review/control inventory in accordance with business unit targets.</li><li>Conduct demand planning and upload forecasts to the system, managing replenishment orders and billing for consignment customer consumption.</li><li>Generate forecast and LE reports promptly and accurately for Monthly Sales Revenue.</li><li>Review customers actual demand and forecasts to meet their requirements and conduct comprehensive analysis to avoid excess inventory or non-moving stock.</li></ul> Customer Documentation &amp; File Management: <ul><li>File all relevant sales transactions, including purchase orders, order proof lists, order acknowledgments, shipping documents, shipment reports, customer&nbsp;</li></ul> Shipment Management: <ul><li>Prepare and process shipments according to customer requests.</li><li>Collaborate with Planning/Logistics to ensure on-time delivery based on customers request dates and confirm dates for STR performance.</li><li>Oversee drop-shipment orders and ensure continuous follow-up on shipment status, particularly for critical issues.</li><li>Submit credit releases to finance for held accounts.</li><li>Coordinate with Account Managers and customers to release shipments that are on hold.</li></ul> Payment Management: <ul><li>Follow up on open disputes/invoice discrepancies with Customer, Finance &amp; Sales to ensure the best possible A/R results. If necessary, issue credit/debit notes to resolve discrepancies.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor degree in related field.</li><li>5-10 years minimum in customer service/procurement or production planning, proficient in both written and spoken English, PC literate with Microsoft Window software.</li><li>Self-initiative, perseverance, people oriented and able to travel locally and aboard for short assignment</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and implement NLP, LLM, and generative AI approaches (e.g., RAG, prompt strategies).</li><li>Define agentic workflows and reasoning strategies for multi-step legal tasks.</li><li>Develop retrieval strategies, including hybrid search (semantic + lexical), and evaluation metrics (e.g., relevance, ranking quality).</li><li>Analyze large-scale legal datasets to extract insights and improve model performance.</li><li>Establish best practices for model evaluation, validation, and benchmarking.</li><li>Translate experimental results into clear product recommendations and business impact.</li><li>Collaborate with product, legal experts, and engineers to align solutions with user needs.</li><li>Mentor team members and provide technical leadership in data science and AI.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education: Master’s degree or above in a quantitative or technical field (Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, etc.).</li><li>Strong experience in machine learning, NLP, and LLM-based modeling.</li><li>Strong experience designing and running experiments, including model evaluation and iteration.</li><li>Experience with generative AI techniques (e.g., prompt engineering, RAG).</li><li>Experience designing and evaluating hybrid search (semantic + lexical) using embeddings and vector databases.</li><li>Experience designing agentic workflows and reasoning strategies, with hands-on experience applying agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen) in real-world use cases.</li><li>Proficiency in Python and data analysis tools.</li><li>Strong foundation in statistics, modeling, and large-scale text processing.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Designs, builds, and supports SAP platform solutions by applying sound engineering practices to ensure system stability, performance, and scalability.</li><li>Utilizes enterprise tools and methodologies to automate system deployments, transport, and administrative activities, enabling reliable and repeatable releases.</li><li>Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to translate moderately complex business and technical requirements into effective SAP Basis solutions.</li><li>Performs system validation, technical testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting to maintain the quality and availability of SAP systems.</li><li>Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance SAP Basis processes, automation, and operational efficiency.</li><li>Creates and maintains clear technical documentation for SAP landscapes, configurations, and operational procedures.</li><li>Provides technical support for moderately complex SAP Basis issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact to business operations.</li><li>Drives automation and quality through the use of enterprise testing and deployment tools, including Tosca for test automation and qTest for test management, execution, and traceability.</li><li>Develops, executes, and maintains manual and automated test assets for SAP systems, ensuring end‑to‑end coverage across SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing cycles.</li><li>Performs system validation, monitoring, defect analysis, and troubleshooting in partnership with development, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure reliability and performance.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum requirement of 5 years of relevant work experience with SAP Basis.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in SAP Basis engineering, with strong knowledge of SAP system architecture, technical landscape design, system administration, upgrades, transport, performance monitoring, and operational support across multiple SAP environments.</li><li>Experience managing and supporting SAP technical operations, including system availability, batch processing, interfaces, background jobs, monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution in alignment with enterprise service expectations.</li><li>Proven ability to support SAP Fiori and UI technical components from a Basis perspective, including configuration, activation, performance support, and coordination with security and application teams.</li><li>Experience leveraging scripting and technical tools (such as SQL and automation utilities) to improve operational efficiency, support system analysis, and standardize SAP Basis activities.</li><li>Working knowledge of cloud‑hosted and hybrid SAP landscapes, including experience supporting SAP systems on platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, with an understanding of infrastructure, connectivity, and platform operations.</li></ul>
