The RoleTo lead, integrate and align the legal function through the development and implementation of a functional strategy and operating model that enables a high-performance culture, client satisfaction, reduced risk and compliance to regulatory and legislative requirements. Credit Management <ul><li>Collaborate with the insurance company to ensure customer credit limits are validated and aligned with business needs.</li><li>Understand the business requirements and communicate them effectively to the insurance provider to secure necessary support.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate customer creditworthiness while balancing business growth objectives with prudent credit risk management</li></ul> 2.
