Role Description: SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT: Partners to design and develop high quality software solutions by writing clean, maintainable and efficient codes.AUTOMATION: Applies internal software deployment platform, methodologies and tools to automate the deployment process, ensuring smooth and reliable releases.COLLABORATION: Partners with cross functional team of product managers, designers and other engineers to gather moderately complex requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Responsibilities: <ul><li>SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT: Partners to design and develop high quality software solutions by writing clean, maintainable and efficient codes.</li><li>AUTOMATION: Applies internal software deployment platform, methodologies and tools to automate the deployment process, ensuring smooth and reliable releases.</li><li>COLLABORATION: Partners with cross functional team of product managers, designers and other engineers to gather moderately complex requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.</li><li>TESTING &amp; DEBUGGING: Writes and maintains moderately complex unit tests and integration tests, and performs debugging to maintain the quality and performance of the software.</li><li>CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Makes suggestions for improving the software development and deployment processes, and implements the approved standards to improve efficiency and reliability.</li><li>DOCUMENTATION: Drafts and maintains comprehensive documentation for moderately complex software applications, deployment processes and system configurations.</li><li>TECHNICAL SUPPORT: Provides technical support and troubleshooting for moderately complex issues with deployed applications to ensure minimal downtime and fast resolution.</li><li>Software Engineer: Minimum requirement of 3 years of relevant work experience.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>React/Typescript/UI</li><li>Java/Spring Boot/Python/APIs</li><li>PostgreSQL</li><li>CI/CD pipelines</li><li>AWS/Azure Cloud Services</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Designs and develops high quality software solutions by writing clean, maintainable and efficient codes.</li><li>Leads the application of internal software deployment platform, methodologies and tools to automate the deployment process, ensuring smooth and reliable releases.</li><li>Partners with cross functional team of product managers, designers and different engineers to gather complex requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.</li><li>Writes and maintains complex unit tests and integration tests, and performs debugging to maintain the quality and performance of the software.</li><li>Suggests options for improving the software development and deployment processes, and implements the approved standards to improve efficiency and reliability.</li><li>Builds and maintains comprehensive documentation for complex software applications, deployment processes and system configurations.</li><li>Provides technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues with deployed applications to ensure minimal downtime and fast resolution.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience.</li><li>Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.</li><li>Experience with one or more of the following technologies:</li><li>React/Typescript/UI’s.</li><li>Java Spring Boot/ Python / API’s.</li><li>PostgreSQL.</li><li>CI/CD pipelines.</li><li>AWS Cloud Services.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using Ruby on Rails, ensuring reliability, performance, and an exceptional user experience.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to translate customer needs into high-impact technical solutions, balancing simplicity with scalability.</li><li>Define and communicate clear technical specifications by breaking down complex requirements into actionable, well-structured implementation plans.</li><li>Uphold engineering excellence through test-driven development (TDD), comprehensive integration testing, and disciplined API design and management.</li><li>Optimize data storage and messaging systems, including PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases, and RabbitMQ, to ensure system efficiency and stability.</li><li>Mentor and support fellow engineers through pairing, knowledge sharing, and leading refactoring initiatives to continuously raise team-wide technical standards.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Technical Depth: A degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience) and 3+ years of professional mastery in Ruby and its frameworks (Rails, Grape, or Sinatra).&nbsp;</li><li>A Quality Mindset: A strong TDD advocate who lives and breathes RSpec.&nbsp;</li><li>Systems Thinking: Deep experience with relational databases and message-driven architectures. You understand how parts of a system talk to one another.&nbsp;</li><li>Growth Mindset: A drive to learn and take ownership. You dont wait for permission to make things better.&nbsp;</li><li>Effective Communication: The ability to influence technical decisions and explain "the why" to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>The Software Engineer Lead will be in a position to serve as a subject matter expert for a specific team of Software Engineers.</li><li>In addition to writing code on complex systems and applications, this position provides direction on project plans, schedules, and methodologies.</li><li>The position has direct reports. Work closely with other development team members to understand moderately complex product requirements and translate them into software designs.</li><li>Successfully implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews.</li><li>Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders.</li><li>Resolve complex technical issues as necessary. Mentor and/or train entry-level software engineers as directed by department management, ensuring they are knowledgeable in critical aspects of their roles.</li><li>Keep abreast of new technology developments. Design and work with complex data models. Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and applicable laws.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.</li><li>Ensure all staff is provided with training and resources needed to perform their jobs to the most outstanding degree possible.</li><li>Ensure all staff is provided with frequent feedback and coaching in order to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals consistently.</li><li>Manage and encourage new ideas from staff to foster improvements through innovations.</li><li>Empower the staff to be accountable and responsible for their own actions and decisions.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bilingual English and Spanish All Qualified Applicants must reside in Mexico City Able to work in person 2-4 days per week as needed Expertise in object-oriented development languages such as Java or .Net (C#) with an added benefit of having experience in front end technologies such as Angular or React.</li><li>Experience in software development methodologies (e.g., Kahn Bahn and Scrum).</li><li>Ability to partner and lead internal and external technology resources in solving complex business needs.</li><li>Ability to design and work with complex data models.
