Sales or customer-facing experience (including law firm business development, secondment, or experience directly managing law firm client matters/relationships) is a plus.</li><li>Partner with Account Executives / Strategic Account Managers to research prospects, shape pursuit strategies, and drive opportunities from qualification through close (new business and expansion), including positioning, objection handling, driving stakeholder alignment.</li><li>Engage managing partners, practice chairs, firm leadership, and senior in-house counsel to understand priorities and position us as a trusted partner in legal AI and workflow transformation.</li><li>Lead senior-level discovery and structured workflow analysis to diagnose challenges, map decision makers / champions, and identify value levers, inefficiencies, and measurable ROI opportunities.</li><li>Translate legal workflows into clear, commercially compelling use cases and solution strategies, aligned to practice areas and client strategic objectives.</li><li>Design and deliver tailored, insight-led demonstrations and high-impact presentations that connect workflow insight, product capability, and commercial outcomes across 1:1, small group, and large group settings.</li><li>Develop bespoke proof-of-concept engagements to validate value and build confidence; serve as the Voice of the Customer by partnering with product/engineering/marketing/strategy, informed by customer/competitor/market research, and represent us at industry events and executive briefings.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Review KYC files for subscribers, agents, merchants, and corporate partners.</li><li>Verify identification documents, TINs, and onboarding documentation for completeness and accuracy.</li><li>Escalate missing or inconsistent documentation to the Group Compliance Manager.</li><li>Assist in reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring reports.</li><li>Identify unusual or suspicious patterns based on defined red flags from Group and local management.</li><li>Document findings and escalate cases accordingly.</li><li>Support the preparation of CTRs and STRs in the required regulatory formats.</li><li>Maintain logs of alerts, escalations, and submitted reports.</li><li>Assist in gathering data and evidence for investigations of suspicious activities.</li><li>Ensure strict confidentiality when handling customer or agent information.</li><li>Support responses to requests from the Central Bank, FIU, or auditors.</li><li>Maintain proper filing of regulatory correspondence.</li><li>Participate in AML/CFT and KYC training sessions.</li><li>Promote compliance awareness among partners and staff under supervision.</li><li>Work closely with the Group AML team.</li><li>Share local findings and escalate emerging risks promptly.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Master degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Audit or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 4 years’ experience in compliance role in banking, fintech, mobile money, or a related field</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>High ethical standards, integrity, and attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken).</li><li>Good working knowledge of MS Excel Power point and reporting tools.</li><li>CAMS or ACFCS certifications are considered an advantage.</li><li>Integrity and confidentiality.</li><li>Ability to identify and escalate risks effectively.</li><li>Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.</li><li>Organized, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines.</li></ul>
