Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage the salesteam (External Salespeople, Internal Salespeople, Specialists and Customer Service) for continuous revenue growth (Sales) and profitability.</li><li>Be responsible for creating the salesstrategy for a new product portfolio that the team does not yet operate in, working with large direct customers and distributors.</li><li>Be responsible forsupporting the team in the companysintegration processinto a new group, while creating a strategy to meet the annual sales target.</li><li>Drive the creation of a consistent Action Plan and closely monitor execution and results on a regular basis, providing constant feedback to each individual on the team.</li><li>Be responsible for closely monitoring all listed Opportunities, ensuring that all opportunities are in the system, properly reported and updated, supporting and training the team to lead to a positive closure.</li><li>Have direct responsibility for at least 3 major accounts in Brazil, mainly large direct sales clients.</li><li>Have responsibility for consolidating and expanding distribution channels in Brazil to drive sales of a new portfolio, creating and executing action plans, including demand creation activities, incentive plans, discount programs, etc., to drive double-digit growth.</li><li>Be responsible forthe Pricing Strategy for all Productsin the portfolio, working closely with the Product&nbsp;</li><li>Management Team and the General Manager.</li><li>Ensure profitable revenue growth.</li><li>Be a talent coach/mentor for sales organization. Responsible for continuing to develop and enhance the team through challenging Projects, Experience and Exposure.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Completed degree in electrical, mechanical, automation engineering or related areas.</li><li>Postgraduate degree in the desired area.</li><li>Have a collaborative, participative, motivating profile, and be hands-on when necessary.</li><li>Availability for travel/relocation and visitsto clients.</li><li>Previous experience managing high-performance sales teams.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of the customer market and different marketsegments, in the electrical materialsindustry, factory automation and process automation.</li><li>Intermediate English for conversation.</li><li>Complete Office Package.</li><li>Availability to work in a hybrid manner in São Paulo - SP.</li></ul>
