Role Description: <ul><li>The Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing the procurement of direct and indirect materials and services to ensure uninterrupted supply to manufacturing operations while achieving cost, quality, delivery, and working capital objectives. </li><li>The role partners closely with Production Planning, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Global Procurement to execute sourcing strategies, manage supplier performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.&nbsp;</li><li>The successful candidate will have strong procurement execution skills, supplier management experience, and a proactive approach to resolving supply risks and driving operational excellence.&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities: Procurement &amp; Supply Management&nbsp; <ul><li>Execute procurement activities for assigned direct materials, packaging materials, indirect spend categories, and services.</li><li>Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders and manage end-to-end procurement transactions within SAP.</li><li>Ensure material availability to support production plans and customer commitments.</li><li>Monitor supplier delivery performance and proactively manage supply risks.</li><li>Coordinate with planning and operations teams to address shortages, delays, and capacity constraints.</li><li>Maintain optimal inventory levels in line with working capital and service objectives.&nbsp;</li></ul> Supplier Management&nbsp; <ul><li>Manage day-to-day supplier relationships and performance.</li><li>Monitor supplier KPIs including:&nbsp;&nbsp;On-Time Delivery (OTD), Quality performance, Lead time adherence, Responsiveness&nbsp;, Cost competitiveness</li><li>Conduct supplier performance reviews and support corrective action implementation where required.&nbsp;</li><li>Escalate supply risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure business continuity.</li></ul> Cost &amp; Contract Management <ul><li>Support sourcing initiatives and cost reduction projects.</li><li>Obtain quotations and conduct commercial evaluations.</li><li>Participate in supplier negotiations under guidance from Global Procurement or Supply Chain leadership.</li><li>Support implementation of payment term optimization initiatives.</li><li>Ensure contract pricing and procurement terms are accurately maintained within systems.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> Inventory &amp; Working Capital Management&nbsp; <ul><li>Collaborate with planning teams to optimize inventory levels.</li><li>Identify excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory risks.</li><li>Support inventory reduction initiatives without compromising customer service.</li><li>Monitor supplier lead times and MOQ impacts on inventory performance.</li></ul> SAP &amp; Process Excellence&nbsp; <ul><li>Maintain accurate procurement master data including:&nbsp;&nbsp;Vendor records, Pricing information, Lead times, Procurement parameters&nbsp;</li><li>Support SAP implementation and continuous process standardization initiatives.</li><li>Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval authorities, and audit requirements.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement opportunities in procurement processes and supplier collaboration.</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.</li><li>3–7 years of procurement, purchasing, materials management, or supply chain experience.</li><li>Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.</li><li>Experience working with international suppliers and supply networks.</li><li>SAP ERP experience preferred.</li><li>Experience supporting sourcing, supplier management, and inventory optimization initiatives.</li><li>Experience in procurement or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Good understanding of supplier management, inventory control, and material planning (MRP).</li><li>Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel for procurement and data analysis.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.</li><li>Experience supporting cost-saving, process improvement, or SAP implementation initiatives.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet production and project requirements.</li><li>Analyse and provide feedback to appropriate departments on part status / requirements for fulfilling customer demand.</li><li>Manage delivery of critical component parts and product delivery with suppliers and contract manufacturing and critical supply partners to meet customer requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Escalation of any issues to relevant sourcing analyst.</li><li>Monitor &amp; reporting KPI targets with actions– delivery on time, confirmation of purchase orders.</li><li>Invoice processing, resolving blocked invoices &amp; amendments of purchase orders</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Educational Degree, Bachelor or above, Engineering background is preferred.</li><li>Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in indirect procurement, experience in manufacturing company is a must.</li><li>Experience in at least 2 commodities including MRO, Facility, Automation line, HR services.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>To coordinate and facilitate meetings, ensuring accurate documentation through comprehensive minute-taking and timely distribution.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage visa application requests, end-to-end accommodation, travel arrangements, and logistical support for staff and visitors, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and a seamless experience.</li><li>Responsible and liaise with 3rd party service providers to ensure timely and compliant processing of Professional Visit Pass (PVP) application for both staff and external vendors.</li><li>Manage with 3rd party service providers to ensure accommodation arrangements for long-stay foreign staff and vendors, including housing setup (apartment, condominium, or staff house), utility provisioning, and food delivery coordination.&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in internal and external audits, ensure timely closure of audit findings with proper documentation and evidence.</li><li>Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining compliance across all administrative and operational activities.</li><li>Coordinating with the canteen service provider to ensure consistent food quality, hygiene and food quantity to meet the daily operation’s needs and to audit canteen timely manner and attend external audit if needed.</li><li>Manage telephone system and deal with service provider if having issue.</li><li>To manage office furniture. To deal with vendor and raise purchase requisition for new added or replacement.</li><li>Actively engage in safety, quality and compliance programs while providing comprehensive administrative support to operations.&nbsp;</li><li>Serve as the primary contact for internal departments and external suppliers in managing administrative matters with efficiency and professionalism.</li><li>Verify and review service provider / vendor billings to ensure accuracy, compliance with contractual terms, and timely processing.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree in business administration or related field.</li><li>Several years of experience working in an administrative role.</li><li>Effective communication skills in multiple languages, both written and verbal to engage with different level of employees and service providers across diverse regions.</li><li>Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.</li></ul>

Role Description : <ul><li>This role supports project teams by controlling documentation for EPC projects—identifying, uploading and distributing engineering deliverables and maintaining electronic and hardcopy repositories with accurate indexing, revision control, metadata and access permissions.</li><li>It operates EDMS (SharePoint, ProjectWise), manages the change control lifecycle (issue/revise/approve/distribute/archive) and reviews documents for completeness and contractual/QMS compliance.</li><li>The role maintains traceability, transmittals and audit trails, prepares reports, supports technical reviews and handovers, follows up on pending reviews, and safeguards data integrity and confidentiality.</li><li>Control all documentation activities: identify, upload and distribute engineering deliverables.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Maintain electronic and hardcopy repositories with accurate indexing, revision control and retrieval.</li><li>Operate and administer EDMS (SharePoint, ProjectWise, etc.): uploads, metadata, permissions and folder structures.</li><li>Review drawings, specifications, change orders, submittals and vendor documents for completeness, format and contractual/QMS compliance; resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Manage the change control lifecycle: issue, revise, approve, distribute, archive and retire controlled copies.</li><li>Ensure documents are correctly dated, versioned and authorized prior to release.</li><li>Maintain traceability registers, revision histories, distribution lists, transmittals and audit trails.</li><li>Prepare transmittals, distribution notices, status updates and ad?hoc project reports.</li><li>Support technical reviews, coordination meetings and project closeout / handover documentation packs.</li><li>Proactively follow up on pending actions, approvals and overdue reviews.</li><li>Develop and maintain document procedures, metadata standards and templates; identify and implement improvements.</li><li>Provide day to day support for document access, retrieval, formatting/numbering and stakeholder queries, while maintaining access controls, data integrity and compliance with internal/ISO/contractual requirements.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent.</li><li>2 to 6 years’ relevant document control experience, preferably in construction, engineering, manufacturing, oil &amp; gas or EPC project environments.</li><li>Experience supporting project QMS and contractual/client requirements is preferred.</li><li>Software Proficiency: Strong with MS Office (Word, Excel).</li><li>Experience with document management systems/EDMS such as Microsoft SharePoint, Bentley ProjectWise, DocuWare, or similar document control software.
