Responsibilities: Software Development: <ul><li>Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications using Java Spring Boot and JavaScript for backend and frontend development, respectively. Build clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-tested code following software engineering best practices.</li></ul> Full Stack Application Development: <ul><li>Develop end-to-end web and mobile applications using Java Spring Boot, React or React Native, backend APIs, database integrations, and modern UI frameworks to deliver intuitive user experiences.</li><li>Design and develop secure RESTful APIs, backend services, authentication mechanisms, and data access layers while ensuring application scalability and performance.</li></ul> AI Enable Engineering: <ul><li>Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, Amazon Q, or similar tools to improve engineering productivity.</li><li>Experience integrating LLM APIs or AI-powered capabilities into applications is desirable.</li></ul> Collabration: <ul><li>Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, UX Designers, QA Engineers, Architects, and cross-functional engineering teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable software solutions.</li><li>Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, estimation, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies.</li></ul> Testing &amp; Quality: <ul><li>Develop unit tests, integration tests, and participate in peer code reviews to ensure software quality, maintainability, reliability, and performance.</li><li>Follow secure coding standards and engineering best practices.</li></ul> Cloud &amp; Devops: <ul><li>Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native application deployments using technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.</li></ul> Continous Improvement: <ul><li>Identify opportunities to improve software architecture, engineering standards, automation, developer productivity, and application performance.</li><li>Adopt AI-assisted engineering workflows and modern software development practices.</li></ul> Technical Support: <ul><li>Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve application issues while ensuring minimal business disruption.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).</li><li>3–5 years of professional software development experience.</li><li>Minimum 3+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.</li><li>Experience developing production-grade web or mobile applications (not academic or personal projects).</li><li>Strong proficiency in Java Spring Boot and JavaScript.</li><li>Experience developing applications using React or React Native.</li><li>Experience developing backend services using Node.js or equivalent backend technologies.</li><li>Strong understanding of REST API development.</li><li>Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or equivalent.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Git and modern software engineering practices.</li><li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.</li><li>Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software design principles, and data structures.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Own end-to-end technical delivery of SAM Pro capabilities including enhancements, defect management, and platform optimization.</li><li>Configure, develop and maintain Service Now modules, including SAM Pro, HAM Pro, and CMDB, in alignment with business requirements.</li><li>Design and maintain integrations with SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, Cloud platforms, and procurement &amp; contract systems.</li><li>Support configuration and tuning of software normalization, reconciliation rules, and license models within SAM Pro.</li><li>Ensure integrity and quality of data across discovery, CMDB, and entitlement sources.</li><li>Develop automation for SAM use cases such as license harvesting, compliance tracking, and request fulfilment optimization.</li><li>Design and implement workflows, Flow Designer automation, business rules, client scripts, UI policies and notifications while following Service now best practices.</li><li>Maintain technical documentation, participate in platform upgrades and releases, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on platform stability, user experience and efficiency.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science.</li><li>5+ years of total experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on Service Now development experience.</li><li>Experience working with ServiceNow SAM Pro modules including normalization, reconciliation, and content service, is preferred.</li><li>Hands on with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, CMDB data model and platform security concepts.</li><li>Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP APIs.</li><li>Understanding of Software Asset Management Lifecycle with exposure to discovery tools, software normalization and software reconciliation concepts.</li><li>ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is preferred.</li><li>ServiceNow SAM Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent communication and ability to work independently as an individual contributor and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Framework Development: Contribute to, maintain and enhance the test automation framework by adding new capabilities and improving maintainability.</li><li>Ensure the framework supports scalability, modularity, and cross-platform compatibility.</li><li>Be ready to jump into unknown areas and quickly implement the most suitable solutions.</li><li>Test Script Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and reusable test automation scripts.</li><li>Work with different application layers: UI, API, database, and possibly mobile or desktop apps. Identify and troubleshoot test failures, escalating issues when needed. Maintain and update existing test cases and CI/CD pipelines as applications evolve.</li><li>Troubleshooting &amp; Debugging: Investigate test failures and identify root causes— whether it’s a test issue, application defect, or environment problem.</li><li>Provide quick and effective fixes or workarounds.</li><li>Collaboration &amp; Mentorship: Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and product owners to ensure alignment on testing objectives.</li><li>Mentor junior team members on automation best practices and tool usage.</li><li>Code Quality &amp; Version Control: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient automation code. Perform code reviews for junior engineers and provide constructive feedback. Ensure adherence to automation coding standards and version control practices.</li><li>Test Data &amp; Environment Handling: Set up or manage basic test data for automated runs. Run tests across different environments and report inconsistencies.</li><li>Documentation: Document automated tests and provide clear test case descriptions.</li><li>Keep test coverage and automation status updated in tracking tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Experience &amp; Expertise: Excellent coding skill in Python, JavaScript is a plus.</li><li>Proven experience in building test framework, application development and building applications, working with git.</li><li>Solid experience with API automation testing, microservices solutions, setting up CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or similar.</li><li>Great experience with Docker or similar.</li><li>Agile methodology: Experience in working in an Agile environment and comfortable in dynamic settings and requirements.</li><li>You thrive as fast-paced and are an independent contributor with no support required to drive assigned tasks forward with precision and efficiency.</li><li>Communication &amp; Collaboration: Proficient in cross-functional communication with a demonstrated ability to facilitate team communication and knowledge sharing sessions.</li><li>Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with latest development tools and processes, DevOps practices and Cloud solutions like Azure, AWS or similar, Robot Framework, Selenium Grid and reporting tools like Grafana, Report Portal or similar.&nbsp;</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for automation improvement or technical debt reduction.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends, tools, and emerging practices.</li><li>Educational Background: A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.</li></ul>
