ASEAN Seating Sales Head

Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Support sales VP to manage in charged ASEAN counties commercial + advance sales activities&nbsp;</li><li>Provides counsel, advice and recommendations on the competitive market trends, conditions and opportunities to assure proper consideration in the formulation of sales plans, customer strategies and guide related products strategy&nbsp;</li><li>Develops and manages specialized programs to acquire new business and improve existing business with profitable margin&nbsp;</li><li>Lead quotation activities and coordinate related department to deliver overall proposal on time and Lead price negotiation with customer until make final deal&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for continuing margin improvement activities and manage normal ECN/VEVA etc change controls and LTA negotiation&nbsp;</li><li>Negotiates or assists in the negotiation of customer contracts&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains good relationships with OE customers, especially for key target customers and decision makers for collecting their needs and solve problems to exceed customers’ expectations&nbsp;</li><li>Keep alignments with related global/Asia sales group leaders&nbsp;</li><li>Support function head to complete long range plan and budget build up&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Fluent in English&nbsp;</li><li>Bachelor Degree in Arts (Engineer, Business, Finance, Economics)&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of five (5) years working experience at Tier 1 or Tier 2&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of Seven (10) years commercial Sales Experience&nbsp;</li><li>Reviewing cost and finance analysis model and build up quotation&nbsp;</li><li>Good communication and presentation skill&nbsp;</li></ul>
