Responsibilities: <ul><li>Supervise the Transaction Delivery and Service Excellence teams, providing leadership and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.</li><li>Design contact management and transaction delivery strategy in line with the overall HR strategy</li><li>Monitor and evaluate team performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed targets.</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss performance, share best practices, and address service delivery challenges.</li><li>Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to understand service requirements and align team efforts with organizational goals.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying enhancement opportunities and implementing process changes.</li><li>Design the team budget and monitor financial performance versus budget.</li><li>Manage customer feedback mechanisms, ensuring feedback is analyzed and used for service improvements.</li><li>Provide coaching and training to team members on service excellence principles.</li><li>Handle complex service issues and escalations, offering solutions that balance customer needs with organizational objectives.</li><li>Prepare and present reports on service performance, improvement initiatives, and customer feedback to management and stakeholders.</li><li>Contribute to the development and revision of service delivery policies and procedures.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.</li><li>Address and resolve complex inquiries related to reporting, automation, and knowledge articles.</li><li>Report performance metrics to higher management.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>A bachelors degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>A masters degree or relevant certification in service management is a plus.</li><li>A minimum of 4 years of experience in a service delivery or customer service management role is required, preferably within a shared services environment.</li><li>Proven supervisory or leadership experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team.</li><li>Strong understanding of service excellence principles and best practices.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Experience with Workday and ServiceNow platforms and services.</li><li>Experience with HR technology (HRIS, case management tools, etc.).</li><li>Proficiency in using service management software, CRM systems, and data analysis tools.</li></ul> Location: <ul><li>Cluj, Romania</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Trouble shooting, Modify or Create Machine PLC program to suit the need of the plant.</li><li>In-charge of the repair and maintenance of the CCD System or Automated Camera Inspection of the production machines. </li><li>As well as the PLC system of the machine movement and its correct sequencing.</li><li>Suggest improvement of machine automation and PLC program to improve productivity and OEE.</li><li>Train technician on proper parameter modification of PLC program. </li><li>As well as improve their competency on machine automation.</li><li>CCD light adjustments to improve the performance.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> ﻿﻿Requirements: <ul><li>Licensed Electronics Engineer (ECE) or Computer Engineer with 5years minimum experience in Machine Automation and Machine Programming.&nbsp;</li><li>Must have a capability to create program aside from debugging.&nbsp;</li><li>Must have deep programming knowledge on CCD or Automated Inspection Camera used for visual inspection.&nbsp;</li><li>With high understanding of Safety PLC as well as the standard machine PLC.&nbsp;</li></ul>
