Responsibilities: Primary point of contact for all service issues (in-house repairs &amp; field service) <ul><li>Contact person and coordinator for trouble shooting &amp; complaint handling</li><li>Hotline: handles incoming technical calls and routes accordingly if they cannot be addressed directly</li><li>Undertake all schedules and correspondence of repair and maintenance of customers’ valves that are sent into the Service Center for warranty, assessment or billable time and material services.</li><li>Responsible for assessing cleaned valves from decon suppliers and coordinating customers’ repairs or maintenance service request</li><li>Arrange service technicians to evaluate the service cost of the valves received from customer</li><li>Support Service Manager on Service Center reports and presentations</li><li>Create quotation including evaluation results / failure analysis for the repair and send it to customers through customer service</li><li>Act as key interface to report to business units recurring product problems</li><li>Obtain Purchase Order from customer or through GSE sales and arrange service technician for the repair.</li><li>Orders non-standard parts required from technicians for repair through GS3 RGAs</li><li>Manage the service order status in the GS3 (ERP) system from “EVAL” through “APBS” so that it reflects current progress without delay</li><li>Cooperate with Customer Service team and obtain necessary service parts in time.</li><li>Act as key interface with service department in HQ for specialized repairs not executed in the local Service Center</li><li>Coordinate upcoming field service interventions with customer and sales</li><li>Offer and implement fixed repair-service price for the customers as much as possible to reduce workload in the repair process.</li><li>Support and participate in all leading strategic projects to execute Service Center best practices including:</li><li>Housekeeping of the Service Center</li><li>Periodical utilization review of the service technician</li><li>Repair part prioritization and utilization</li><li>Support Customer Operations in periodical parts inventory audit, cycle count, scrap and inventory turns</li></ul>&nbsp;﻿Requirements: <ul><li>Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering is required</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in the Semiconductor or Flat Panel Display (FPD) industry</li><li>Competent in full Microsoft Office suites and ERP systems such as MS Dynamics or SAP is an advantage</li><li>Have experience in Order management</li><li>Possess good inter-personal skills, discipline and work attitude</li><li>Preferably with people management experience</li><li>Must be able to work independently in a high customer demanding environment</li><li>Repair experience of mechanical assemblies, valves or semiconductor process equipment is advantageous</li><li>Languages:&nbsp;English and Mandarin</li><li>Field service experience is desired</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>As a Staff Product Development Engineer in the Signal Integrity Center of Excellence (SI COE), you will lead advanced signal integrity (SI) research, modeling, and validation for next-generation high-speed interconnects used in AI, data centers, and high-performance computing (HPC).</li><li>Your role involves independently conducting SI studies and design platforming, including geometry analysis and simulation-driven optimizations.&nbsp;</li><li>You will be responsible for exploring new SI methodologies, conducting literature reviews, formulating research plans, programming, simulating, and testing to develop innovative solutions—even in ambiguous environments.</li><li>You will collaborate closely with mechanical, manufacturing, materials, and operations teams to drive the adoption of cutting-edge SI technologies.&nbsp;</li><li>As a subject matter expert, you will oversee the entire SI lifecycle, from initial analysis and modeling to design, simulation, prototype fabrication, and final validation. You will tackle complex design challenges, leveraging advanced simulation tools to optimize designs for manufacturability and performance.&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Drive SI design, simulation, and validation for next-gen high-speed interconnects (112G/224G PAM4, PCIe Gen6/7, Co-Packaged Optics) through the product development cycle.&nbsp;</li><li>Conducting SI COE analysis, including&nbsp;</li><li>Performing signal integrity simulations and analysis for high-speed interconnect product development. This includes determining the correct simulation methodology and setup to use, as well as a good understanding of the criteria for each interface.&nbsp;</li><li>Modeling the connector with the consideration of manufacture impact and application impact.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Providing solutions to the SI challenges. This includes identifying the problems, making research plan, developing new technologies, and training and sharing the findings to the SI community.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop novel interconnect solutions by optimizing mating interfaces, lead frames, and PCB transitions for resonance-free, low-loss performance.&nbsp;</li><li>Enhance bulk cable design &amp; termination techniques to minimize skew, impedance mismatches, and signal degradation.&nbsp;</li><li>Advance high-frequency testing methodologies beyond 67 GHz with innovative non-PCB-based test fixtures.&nbsp;</li><li>Utilize AI &amp; big data analytics for predictive SI modeling, auto-routing, and performance optimization.&nbsp;</li><li>Optimize material selection &amp; electromagnetic design to improve noise isolation, signal integrity, and high-frequency response.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with NPD teams &amp; industry partners to influence SI strategies, technology roadmaps, and next-gen product designs.&nbsp;</li><li>Represent at industry forums (IEEE, OIF, PCI-SIG, etc.) and contribute to next-gen SI standards.</li></ul> Required Skills/Experience:&nbsp; <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Should have total work experience of 3-5+years.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 5+ years of work experience in a signal integrity engineering role or related experience&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 3+ years of work experience in connector development - Experience with interconnect design or experience with connector &amp;/or cable/cable assembly design (high speed twinax cables, direct attach copper (DAC) cables)&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated experience using Signal integrity analysis tools (Agilent ADS, Ansys HFSS or equivalent, 3D modeling tools) and testing equipment (including VNA, TDR and BERT).&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead and manage the fixture engineering team, providing mentorship and guidance.</li><li>Design and develop machining &amp; assembly fixtures and tooling for manufacturing processes, applying GD&amp;T principle effectively.</li><li>Continuously develop and sustain the technical competency within the design team.</li><li>Collaborate with cross functional team, including product engineering, process, production and quality assurance.</li><li>To perform detail designs and drafting of detail drawings (parts drawings) with 3D software and upon the approval of the project manager in accordance to drawings, assembly instructions &amp; PFMEA requirements, and forward the designs to the respective vendors and suppliers for quotations &amp; fabrication.</li><li>To provide engineering solution to NPI team members for new launch products, tooling, jigs &amp; fixture setup and monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of fixture solution.</li><li>Ensure proper setup TPM &amp; autonomous maintenance planning on mechanical devices, tools, jig &amp; fixtures with proper procurement documentation and ensure perform the TPM according to TPM planning.</li><li>Support in establishing manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities with proper document (e.g. work Instruction), these includes setting of mechanical devices, tooling, fixture setup and clamping method.</li><li>Initiate and participate in continuous improvement process and 6S at work environment to increase the productivity and maintain safety, quality, cycle time optimization and efficiency towards meeting departmental goals.</li><li>Conduct training for production staffs in workflow and the use and applications of various jig and fixture clamping techniques.</li><li>To conduct the machine/processes capability study and machine acceptance documentation.</li><li>Provide support for internal / external process audits and ensure compliance of established process requirements in the implementation of jigs and fixtures.</li><li>Implement best practice in fixture design and engineering, with a focus on precision and compliance.</li><li>Prepare and present technical documents and reports, including CAPEX investment proposal to management &amp; stakeholder.</li><li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team &amp; stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in fixture engineering.</li><li>Support daily task given by Superior from time to time.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Prefer 8 years relevant professional experience in fixture design and engineering, preferably in a machining/assembly manufacturing environment.</li><li>Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Proven leadership experience with a focus on team development and collaboration.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of GD&amp;T and its application in fixture design.</li><li>CNC/precision machining knowledge is an added advantage</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organization, time management, planning skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.</li><li>Familiarity with automation and advanced manufacturing technologies.</li><li>Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and techniques.</li></ul>
